Description

  

  Vorrichtung     zum    lösbaren Festhalten     zweier    Bauteile aneinander    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum  lösbaren Festhalten zweier Bauteile aneinander, welche  einen     Schraubbolzen    und eine Mutter aufweist, gekenn  zeichnet durch ein     L-förmiges,    steifes     Blechpressstück,     dessen einer Schenkel an seinem freien Ende minde  stens eine unter spitzem Winkel aufgebogene Kralle und  nahe beim anderen Schenkel eine     Durchlassöffnung    für  den     Schraubbolzen    besitzt,

   während dieser andere  Schenkel bei seinem freien Ende mindestens eine auf  einen Abschnitt der Wandung der     Durchlassbohrung     mindestens annähernd ausgerichtete     Abstützfläche    be  sitzt.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 einen Schnitt durch die Vorrichtung und zwei  mit ihr aneinander festgehaltenen Bauteile,       Fig.    2 einen der     Fig.    1 ähnlichen Schnitt nur des zur  Vorrichtung gehörenden     Blechpressstückes,    und       Fig.    3 eine Draufsicht dieses letzteren.  



  Die Vorrichtung besteht aus dem steifen     Stahlblech-          pressstück    1, dem     Schraubbolzen    2 und der von diesem  getragenen Mutter 3. Als Beispiel von zwei durch die  Vorrichtung lösbar aneinander festzuhaltenden Bautei  len sind eine als     Blechpressstück    gefertigte     Spültischab-          deckung    und eine Tragleiste B gezeigt, auf der sich die  Abdeckung A abstützt. Der     Schraubbolzen    2 ist im ge  zeigten Beispiel durch     Kondensator-Bolzenschweissung     an der Unterseite der Abdeckung A befestigt.  



  Das den Hauptteil der Vorrichtung bildende     Blech-          pressstück    1 ist     L-förmig,    wobei die Schenkel la,     1b    un  gefähr gleich lang sind. Der Schenkel 1a hat einen     U-          förmigen    Querschnitt; er besitzt nahe beim anderen  Schenkel 1b eine     Durchlassöffnung    4 für den Schraub  bolzen 2 und der Querrand seines im spitzen Winkel  aufgebogenen Endteiles 1c ist beim     Stanzpressvorgang       so zugeschnitten worden, dass mindestens eine Kralle  1d vorhanden ist. Der     übergang    zwischen den Schen  keln 1a,     1b    ist rund.

   Der Schenkel 1b ist im Querschnitt  etwa V-förmig, mit rundem     übergang    zwischen den  Flanken, die nahtlos in den Steg und in die Flansche des  Schenkels 1a übergehen. Der äussere Endteil 1e ist ein  wärts     abgekröpft;    seine innenseitige Oberfläche     1f    ist da  zu bestimmt, flächenhaft an der glatten Mantelfläche des       Schraubbolzens    2 anzuliegen, deshalb im mittleren Teil  auf einen Abschnitt der Wandung der     Durchlassöffnung     4 mindestens angenähert ausgerichtet.  



  Beim Anziehen der Mutter 3 gräbt sich die Spitze  jeder Kralle     1d    geringfügig in das Holz oder den son  stigen Baustoff des Bauteiles B ein; dem ist zuzuschrei  ben, dass obwohl das     Blechpressstück    1 eigentlich einen  Hebel bildet, auf den     Schraubbolzen    2 kein nennens  wertes Kipp- oder Biegemoment einwirkt, welches seine  Befestigung am Bauteil A zusätzlich zur reinen Zugbe  anspruchung beansprucht.

  The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.   The device consists of the stiff sheet steel pressing piece 1, the screw bolt 2 and the nut 3 carried by this. As an example of two components to be releasably held together by the device, a sink unit cover made as a sheet metal pressing piece and a support strip B are shown on which the cover A is supported. The screw bolt 2 is attached to the underside of the cover A in the example shown by capacitor stud welding.



  The sheet metal pressing piece 1, which forms the main part of the device, is L-shaped, the legs 1 a, 1 b being approximately the same length. The leg 1a has a U-shaped cross section; close to the other leg 1b, it has a passage opening 4 for the screw bolt 2 and the transverse edge of its end part 1c, which is bent up at an acute angle, has been cut to size during the stamping and pressing process so that at least one claw 1d is present. The transition between the legs 1a, 1b is round.

   The leg 1b is approximately V-shaped in cross-section, with a round transition between the flanks, which merge seamlessly into the web and into the flanges of the leg 1a. The outer end part 1e is angled a downward; its inside surface 1f is intended to lie flat against the smooth lateral surface of the screw bolt 2, and therefore at least approximately aligned in the middle part with a section of the wall of the passage opening 4.



  When tightening the nut 3, the tip of each claw 1d digs slightly into the wood or the other building material of component B; This can be attributed to the fact that although the pressed sheet metal piece 1 actually forms a lever, no significant tilting or bending moment acts on the screw bolt 2, which demands its attachment to component A in addition to the pure tensile stress.
