Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen ein aus Bauelementen bzw.
Component 1 The present invention relates to a component consisting of a square plate for the creation of masonry.
For some time now, more and more prefabricated components have been used in building construction, both in the construction of small and large buildings, with which the construction time can be significantly reduced compared to the bricks previously used. This is made possible on the one hand by the relatively large dimensions of these components compared to the brick and by the often applicable dry construction method. However, the relatively large dimensions also have disadvantages, particularly with regard to transport and handling at the point of use.
In addition, such components have only ge rings compressive strength, which requires the erection of a structure supporting the structure (pillars, metal framework).
The present invention aims to create a construction element consisting of a square plate for creating masonry, which on the one hand is very light with relatively large dimensions (small weight per unit area) and on the other hand has a great inherent strength, in particular a high compressive strength .
This plate-shaped component is characterized according to the invention in that recesses are provided in one side of the plate and are arranged in such a way that the parts of the plate lying between the recesses form a honeycomb-like structure.
Such construction elements are, also according to the invention, particularly suitable for use in the construction of double masonry.
At least one wall should be built up from such recessed components.
Such a double masonry has excellent insulation properties (sound insulation, moisture insulation), it is very stable (high compressive strength), 2 and there is also the possibility of heating or cooling by means of wall ventilation.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and application examples shown in the drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 is a view of the recesses, ver seen side of a half of a plate-shaped construction element according to the invention, Fig. 2 is a section through the line II-11 of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a view from the left, partly in cut,
along the line III-III of the component according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 and 5 view or plan view of a built by means of components according to FIG. 1 and nachge tensioned double masonry.
Fig. 1 to 3 of the drawing show an existing from a square plate 1 component, in one side of which A recesses 2, 2 ', 2 ", etc. see provided and lines and columns are angeord net such that they lie between the recesses the parts or webs 3, 3 ', 4, 4', 5, 5 'etc. of the plate 1 form a honeycomb structure.
The columns of the recesses are divided into three groups in the example shown, the recesses of each row of the individual groups being offset from the recesses 2 'of an adjacent row by half the distance between two recesses. A similar arrangement can be found between the recesses of adjacent columns.
Of course, the recesses 2, 2 'etc. could also be distributed evenly over the entire side A of the plate 1.
In the recesses free of parts of the plate 1 to accommodate reinforcement or tension wires th serving holes 6 are provided.
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the other side B of the plate 1 forms a flat surface on which a structural plaster could possibly be applied in the finished masonry.
The recesses 2, 2 'etc. have a constant cross section having the shape of a regular hexagon over their entire depth. Thanks to this honeycomb structure, the components or panels 1 have a very high compressive strength while being light.
The recesses 2, 2 'etc. run out at their bottom into a point 7 (FIGS. 2 and 3). The depth of the recesses 2, 2 'etc. in the example shown is at least 3/4 of the total plate thickness.
The horizontal and vertical abutting sides of the plate 1 are provided with longitudinal grooves 8 and 11 and longitudinal ridges 9, 10 and 12, 13, which are provided to interact with correspondingly designed longitudinal ridges and longitudinal grooves on adjacent plates or components. In the joints, at least one groove will remain partially free in order to accommodate reinforcement or sealing elements.
The components 1 consist of crushed gravel (without sand) with a grain size of 1-4 mm and cement and are produced by vibrating and pressing the earth-moist mixture.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show a double masonry made up of structural elements or plates 1 according to FIG. 1 (FIG. 5). By means of reinforcement and tension wires 14, which lead through the bores 6 (Fig. 1, 2), each of the walls 15, 16 is to a rigid or
stiff structures held together. On the one hand to give the whole double masonry sufficient rigidity and on the other hand to produce the desired distance between the two walls 15, 16, a spacer element in the form of a sheet metal strip 17, expediently made of steel, is placed and at least at one end of two adjacent wires 14 fixed. The strip 17 is expediently used as a clamping anchor for the tension wires 14.
Of course, such spacing elements or similarly designed spacers can also be provided at the lower end of the wires 14.
An insulation is advantageously introduced between the two walls 15, 16. This insulation can be in the form of a mat or third wall. The space between the walls 15, 1.6 could also be filled with foam.
In a construction with its third, isolate the wall, which is also kept at a distance from the two outer walls, the result is masonry with optimal insulation value, since there is still an air cushion between the walls 15, 16 and the actual insulating wall.
