Description

  

  Verbindungsprofil für     Kantenschutzprofile    und     Eckverbindungen       Die konventionellen Verbindungsprofile, die auf eine  Kante oder Ecke auf Gehrung zusammengesetzt sind,  haben den Nachteil, dass beim Zusammenpressen der  Hölzer der durch die Pressung auf die     Gehrungsfuge     stossende     überlappungsschenkel    nach aussen abgedrängt  und dadurch die     Gehrungsfuge    nach aussen geöffnet  wird. Dieser Nachteil soll durch die vorliegende Erfin  dung beseitigt werden.  



  Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verbindungsprofil  für     Kantenschutzprofile    und Eckverbindungen, bei wel  chem der beim Zusammenpressen der Hölzer in der  Stossrichtung durch die     Gehrungsflächen    einer     Abdrän-          gung    nach aussen unterliegende     überlappungsschenkel     am inneren Ende seiner     Gehrungsfläche    eine der     Ab-          drängung    entgegenwirkende     Gegensteigungsnase    auf  weist, welche in eine entsprechende Keilnut des Gegen  profiles eingreift.  



  Die     Gegensteigungsnase    erzeugt in der Keilnut des       Gegenprofiles    eine der     Abdrängungskraft    nach aussen  entgegenwirkende, den     überlappungsschenkel    in Anlage  am Gegenprofil haltende Kraft.  



  In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausführungsfor  men des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar  zeigt:       Fig.    1 und 2 einen Querschnitt durch je eine Ausfüh  rungsform einer Profilverbindung bei einem Kanten  schutzprofil,       Fig.    3 ein Verbindungsprofil bei einer     Eckverbin-          dung,    und       Fig.4    einen Querschnitt durch ein konventionelles       Kantenschutzprofil.     



  Gemäss den Ausführungsformen nach     Fig.    1 und 2 ist  eine beliebige Tischlerplatte 1 mit einem Kantenschutz  profil 2 versehen. Bei dem verwendeten Verbindungspro  fil ist ein     Überlappungsschenkel    3 der Platte 1 in  Gehrung an das     Kantenschutzprofil    2 angeschlossen, so  dass die     Gehrungsfuge    auf die untere Kante 4 ausläuft.

    Beim konventionellen Verbindungsprofil gemäss     Fig.4     besteht die Gefahr, dass beim     Verpressen    der Holzteile 1,    2 infolge     Aufstossens    des     Überlappungsschenkels    3 in der  Richtung des Pfeiles a auf die     Gehrungsfläche    des       Kantenschutzprofiles    2 der     Überlappungsschenkel    im  Sinne des Pfeiles c (in     Fig.4)    nach aussen abgedrängt  wird.

   Um dieses Abdrängen des     Gehrungsschenkels    3  längs der     Gehrungsfläche    nach aussen zu verhüten, ist bei  den Ausführungsbeispielen gemäss     Fig.l    und 2 der       Überlappungsschenkel    3 am inneren Ende der     Gehrungs-          fuge    mit einer     Gegensteigungsnase    5, und das Gegenpro  fil des Kantenschutzes 2 mit einer entsprechenden Keil  nute 6 für den Eingriff der Nase 5 versehen.

   Die an die       Gehrungsfläche    anschliessende Flanke der Nase 5  schliesst mit der durch die Fusslinie dieser Flanke  verlaufenden Querebene einen Winkel von 30  ein und  wirkt beim Anpressen der     Kantenschutzleiste    3 an die  Platte 1 der durch den     Gehrungswinkel    erzeugten seitli  chen Druckkomponente entgegen und zieht den     überlap-          pungsschenkel    3 in der Richtung des Pfeiles b an das  Profil heran. Die Nase 5 verhindert dabei ein Abdrängen  des     überlappungsschenkels    3 nach aussen.  



       Fig.3    zeigt, wie das gleiche Profil bei einer     Eck-          verbindung    für rahmenförmig zusammengesetzte Leisten  1, 2 verwendet werden kann. Auch, hier wird beim       Gegeneinanderpressen    der Leisten 1 und 2 im Sinne der  Pfeile a durch die in der Richtung des Pfeiles b wirkende       Gegensteigungsnase    5 ein Abdrängen des     Überlappungs-          schenkels    3 nach aussen verhindert. Die erläuterten  Verbindungsprofile sollen hauptsächlich in Möbel- und  Bauschreinereien Anwendung finden.

  The subject of the invention is a connection profile for edge protection profiles and corner connections, in which the overlapping leg, which is subject to an outward displacement through the miter surfaces when the timber is pressed together in the joint direction, at the inner end of its miter surface has a counter-slope nose which counteracts the displacement, which in a corresponding keyway of the counter profile engages.



  In the keyway of the counter-profile, the counter-pitch nose generates a force which counteracts the displacement force outward and keeps the overlapping leg in contact with the counter-profile.



  In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: FIGS. 1 and 2 show a cross section through one embodiment each of a profile connection for an edge protection profile, FIG. 3 shows a connection profile for a corner connection, and FIG Cross-section through a conventional edge protection profile.



  According to the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 2, any blockboard 1 is provided with an edge protection profile 2. In the connection profile used, an overlap leg 3 of the plate 1 is mitred to the edge protection profile 2, so that the miter joint runs out on the lower edge 4.

    With the conventional connecting profile according to FIG. 4, there is the risk that when the wooden parts 1, 2 are pressed, the overlapping legs in the direction of arrow c (in FIG outside is pushed away.

   In order to prevent this displacement of the miter leg 3 along the miter surface to the outside, in the embodiments according to Fig.l and 2, the overlap leg 3 at the inner end of the miter joint with a counter-slope nose 5, and the Gegenpro fil of the edge protector 2 with a corresponding wedge groove 6 for engagement of the nose 5 is provided.

   The flank of the nose 5 adjoining the miter surface forms an angle of 30 with the transverse plane running through the foot line of this flank and, when the edge protection strip 3 is pressed against the plate 1, counteracts the lateral pressure component generated by the miter angle and pulls the overlapping leg 3 in the direction of arrow b to the profile. The nose 5 prevents the overlap leg 3 from being pushed outwards.



       3 shows how the same profile can be used in a corner connection for strips 1, 2 that are assembled in the form of a frame. Here, too, when the strips 1 and 2 are pressed against one another in the direction of the arrows a, the opposing incline nose 5 acting in the direction of the arrow b prevents the overlap leg 3 from being pushed outwards. The connecting profiles explained are mainly intended for use in furniture and construction joineries.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verbindungsprofil für Kantenschutzprofile und Eck- verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der beim Zusammenpressen der Hölzer (1, 2) in der Stossrichtung (a) durch die Gehrungsflächen einer Abdrängung nach aussen unterliegende überlappungsschenkel (3) am inne ren Ende seiner Gehrungsfläche eine der Abdrängung entgegenwirkende Gegensteigungsnase (5) aufweist, die in eine entsprechende Keilnut (6) des Gegenprofiles ein greift. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1.
