Disassemblable injection syringe with a glass cylinder
The connection between the glass cylinder of the injection syringe and its front and rear fittings has so far been realized with the help of soft solder on the basis of lead, bismuth, antimony and tin. Since the soft solder contains two elements of different thermal expansion capacity, changes in temperature, such as. B. in sterilization and the like, a tension in the connection and the connection does not seal without the use of harmful lead in the solder material. On the other hand, when the temperature drops, especially during storage and transport, the fitting and the solder material shrink, and as a result of their different expansion coefficients, deformations and possibly destruction of the glass cylinder occur.
If the glass cylinder is broken, the injection syringe must be given to a specialist for repair.
Injection syringes are known in which the aforementioned connection is implemented with the aid of metal rings. With regard to the different expansion coefficients of the material used, these injection syringes with metal rings again have the same disadvantages as the connections made with solder material. Injection syringes are also known in which the front end part of the syringe made of plastic is screwed into the glass cylinder. From a technological point of view, creating the thread in the glass cylinder is very difficult.
These disadvantages are eliminated in the case of the dismountable injection syringe according to the invention with a glass cylinder, a cap, a plunger and a front closure part in that one end of the glass cylinder is narrowed and the inner diameter of the constriction corresponds to the outer diameter of the front closure part or the diameter of a thread of the front closure part corresponds, wherein the dismountable connection between the glass cylinder and the front closure part is formed with the aid of a groove and a lock or with a thread for a nut.
The tightness can also be achieved by an elastin ring made of a harmless material such. B. be secured from silicone rubber. The connection can be dismantled and seals even after repeated sterilization, so that these injection syringes can be used in the temperature range from minus 500 to plus 2000 C. In the case of the injection syringe of this construction, the service is not required, since this injection syringe is dismantled directly by the consumer and the defective component can be replaced by a new one. If necessary, the injection syringe can be assembled from new spare parts.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a detachable connection of the injection syringe with the narrowed end of the glass cylinder with the aid of the safety device and the elastic ring attached directly to the shoulder of the front closure part,
Fig. 2 shows a separable connection of the injection syringe with the narrowed glass cylinder end with the aid of the fuse and the elastic ring attached in a groove in the front part, and
3 shows a dismountable connection of the injection syringe with the narrowed glass cylinder end with the aid of the nut and the elastic ring.
In the case of the injection syringe consisting of a glass cylinder 2, a cap, a plunger and the front end part (1), the dismountable connection is formed with the help of the narrowed end of the glass cylinder 2, the inner diameter of the constriction being the outer diameter of the front end part 1 according to FIG 1 and 2 or the diameter of the thread 8 of the front closure part 1 according to FIG. Between the narrowed end of the glass cylinder 2 and the front end, part 1, there is a flexible sealing ring 3 made of a material that is not harmful to health. This ring 3 is attached either directly to the front closure part 1 of the injection syringe according to FIG. 1 or in a groove 4 according to FIGS. 2 and 3.
To avoid an axial displacement of the front closure part 1 in the glass cylinder 2, the locking ring 5 seated in a groove 6 of the front closure part 1 or a nut 7 screwed onto the front closure part 1 with the thread 8 is used.
