Pole wheel for a pole-changing synchronous machine and method for its manufacture The invention relates to a pole wheel for a pole-changing synchronous machine with pronounced poles, in which the poles are distributed unevenly on the circumference, and a method for its manufacture.
The pole switching in rotors of synchronous machines with pronounced poles can be done in two different ways, as is known. According to the egg method, the number of poles is reduced by a magnetic parallel connection of two adjacent poles at one or more points on the rotor circumference. The other method disconnects two poles or a multiple of two poles. In both cases, a uniformly constructed pole wheel with the smaller number of poles results in a greatly reduced peak value of the fundamental wave of air induction and large parasitic fields with an unrelated number of poles.
The disadvantages mentioned can be greatly reduced in a known manner. For this purpose, the first method (parallel connection of poles) uses poles of unequal width, which are unevenly distributed around the rotor circumference. With the second method (disconnection of poles) the use of unequal poles is not appropriate. All that remains is the uneven arrangement, in that the poles adjacent to the pole that can be switched off are moved closer together. However, this measure is only possible to a very limited extent, because even with a slight displacement of the pole cores, the pole coils have too little distance from one another.
In addition, an uneven arrangement of the poles on the rotor circumference is practically impossible if the rotor ring consists of stamped sheet metal segments with grooves for the Polbefe stigung. Because the segments have to be stacked in a nested manner, several punching tools would be required, each of which would have a different arrangement of the grooves.
The present invention is intended to overcome these difficulties. According to the invention, all poles have the same pole cores evenly distributed around the circumference, but some of the poles have asymmetrical pole shoes.
The method for producing a pole wheel with laminated poles according to the invention is characterized in that first a complete cut with the same pole cores and the same, wider pole pieces is punched and that the pole piece edges are then punched to the desired width and position with respect to the pole cores .
Based on the drawing, an exemplary embodiment is described below.
The single figure shows schematically a part of a pole wheel with pronounced poles 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each pole consists of a pole core 5, 6, 7 or 8 and a corresponding pole piece 9, 10, 11 or 12. Each pole core 5, 6, 7 and 8 is surrounded by a pole coil (not shown in the figure), with all pole coils having the same structure. Pole 3 is switched off when the pole is switched. Poles 2 and 4 are the poles adjacent to the pole that can be switched off. The pole cores 5, 6, 7 and 8 are all the same; their center lines also have the same distance A from one another.
In contrast, as can be seen from the figure, the pole shoes 10 and 12 of the poles 2 and 4 adjacent to the disconnectable pole 3 be shifted from the symmetrical position and moved closer to each other. From the stand B of the pole pieces 10 and 12 from the pole piece 11 is therefore smaller than, for example, the distance C of the pole piece 10 from the pole piece 9 with the same width of all pole pieces It is available that all pole coils have the same, unchanged distances from one another and that all pole attachments in the rotor ring have the same distance.
In spite of this, the arrangement of the poles has the advantage, as a result of the shifted pole shoes, that with the reduced number of poles a high peak value of the fundamental wave and small parasitic fields are achieved.
In the embodiment shown, the side surfaces 13 of the pole pieces 10 and 12 are inclined in order to create a sufficiently large support surface for the pole coils not presented Darge. The other side surfaces 14 of the pole pieces 10 and 12 are beveled so that the leakage flux between the pole pieces 10 and 11, or 11 and 12, which are moved close together, is reduced.
When using bare poles, a method for producing a pole wheel according to the invention consists in first punching a complete cut with the same pole cores and the same, wider pole pieces, as shown in the figure by the dashed lines of the pole pieces 9, 10, 11 and 12 is shown.
Only a single punching tool is required for this.
In a second operation, the pole shoe edges are then punched to the desired width and position with respect to the pole cores 5, 6, 7 and 8 according to the solid lines.
