Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf das Untersetzungsgetriebe. In.
Electrical machine The invention relates to an electrical Ma machine with several armatures and a common output shaft coupled to the armature shafts.
Such an arrangement has been known for many years and is described in German patent specification no. 321339:. However, the known arrangement is only intended for AC electric motor operation, a common magnetic circuit excited by alternating current being generated for the two armatures. Both anchors were housed in a common frame; however, special pole pieces were provided for the two armatures.
In the construction of this arrangement, the heavy alternating current machines common in railway operations were used and a relatively space-saving and weight-saving arrangement had to be created for this purpose.
For other purposes, however, this arrangement is still very complex and has therefore not been able to establish itself within the last few decades for other applications. Above all, the known arrangement by joining two cuboid stators in a common frame still has a rather broad shape.
The invention is based on the task of avoiding the disadvantages mentioned and of creating a new device based on the principle of the double armature which, as an electrical machine, is not only universal with high specific power and also considerable efficiency both in generator and motor operation is usable, but also has a handy, flat design .aufnahm, which makes the machine suitable for utility devices nm household and .in operation before given.
According to the invention, the set object is achieved in an electrical machine with several armatures and a common output shaft coupled to the armature shafts in that a common stator has several armature receptacles, the axes of which run parallel. This has the advantage that it aims that at least two cylindrical armatures can be arranged close to each other and thereby require a flat armature assembly that z. B. can be used as a push part.
According to an expedient embodiment of the electrical machine according to the invention, it is provided that the armatures are arranged in cylindrical receptacles of a valley magnet system that surrounds them, and the stator body is formed. This stator body generates both the required magnetic field and a magnetic return path known per se, which optimally conducts the magnetic lines of force and prevents scattering.
This stator body can consist of one piece or be assembled, for example consist at least partially of a layering of stamped sheets.
Another useful embodiment of the electrical machine according to the invention consists of a double-T-shaped stator body with a preferably magnetic middle part, on the ends of which are arranged as pole pieces transverse parts which together form at least two armature mountings.
According to an expedient further development of the inventive concept, it is provided that the stator body has annular gap-shaped receptacles in which iron loosely self-supporting armatures are arranged.
In principle, the electrical machine according to the invention can have direct or alternating current excitation for the stator during motor operation. Electromagnetic excitation can also be provided for generator operation. According to a preferred embodiment, the stator is permanently magnetized.
With the aid of the drawing, in which two useful embodiments of the electrical machine according to the invention are shown, for example, the concept of the invention will be explained in more detail. Show it:
1 shows an embodiment suitable for motor and generator operation with a permanently magnetized stator and with several pole pieces, FIG. 2 shows an arrangement with an iron yoke jacket that is equally suitable for motor and generator operation,
Fig. 3 is a plan view of the reduction gear. In. 1, 1 and 2 mean two pole shoe-shaped cross members which are connected to one another by a permanent magnet 3.
According to the exemplary embodiment, the permanent magnet 3 can be designed as a magnetic single crystal. 4 and 5 denote two cylindrical iron cores which contain the bearings 4 and 5 and are fastened in the housing or another board connected to the pole pieces 1 and 2.
In the circular air gaps formed by the pole shoes and the cylindrical cores, there are cantilevered ironless anchors 6 and 7. It is within the scope of the invention to also arrange iron-core anchors in the armature receptacles of the pole shoe-shaped transverse parts 1 and 2.
In FIG. 2, 10 denotes an iron yoke jacket which, according to the exemplary embodiment, is layered together from individual sheets. 11. and 12 denote two cylindrical magnetic cores, the poles of which are marked as S and N.
Bearing points 13 and 14 anchored in the housing or another frame serve both to hold the magnetic cores 11 and 12 and to accommodate the armatures 15 and 16, which can be made ironless as in the embodiment according to FIG.
In Fig. 3, the numbers 17 and 18 mean gear wheels that are arranged on the armature shafts and number 19 the common output of the reduction gear.
The armatures can optionally be connected in parallel and / or in series.
By using ironless anchors, a particularly favorable efficiency is achieved. However, the invention is not restricted to their use, but rather it is also possible to use armatures with iron cores and generally other armature shapes, for example permanent magnets for synchronous motors. In particular, it is conceivable to design the armature as single crystal magnets.
