Processing tool for kitchen machines for mechanical kneading, swinging and stirring The invention relates to a processing tool for kitchen machines for mechanical kneading, swinging and stirring, with an axis of rotation.
In the case of electrically operated cows' handsets, two rotating rods with a similar hook shape towards the free end are often used to carry out the two first-mentioned tasks, each of which can be inserted into the handset with its axis of rotation parallel to each other in order to be driven at the same time. Accordingly, two driver elements must also be provided on the device, although other plug-in devices that can be used on the device are only used in one piece.
The present invention seeks to reduce the material, manufacturing and thus cost-effective effort and consists in the fact that the tool is in one piece and between the drive part of the axis of rotation and its free end has a helical working element, which has at its ends one cross arm is connected to the drive part or the free end of the axis of rotation.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing.
1 shows an elevation of the machining tool, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the working member of the tool.
The illustrated processing tool consists essentially of an uninterrupted round rod, which from one end to the other end a drive part 1 of the axis of rotation and in continuation thereafter a first cross arm 2, a helical loop 3, a second cross arm 4 and the free end portion 5 of the Forms rotation axis. The first transverse arm 2 is approximately radially to the axis of rotation, while rend the second straight transverse arm 4 to the axis end part 5 at an acute angle of z. B. 60 to 70 is arranged so that its connection point with the loop 3 is lower than that with the axle end part 5.
The loop 3 connects the outer ends of the two transverse arms 2 and 4 in a partial helix turn of preferably 300 degrees, the helix having a pitch of approximately 30. The axle end part 5 is inserted in a shoe 6 made of plastic or the like, the sole surface 7 of which is cambered and serves as a support point when the rotary device is used.
With the described processing tool attached to an electric kitchen machine, with a loop radius of about 3 cm and an approximately equal distance between the drive part 1 and the axle end part 5, an optimal effect in kneading, swinging, stirring and pureeing has been achieved.
The rotation of the tool is preferably carried out in the sense that the transverse arm 4 with the loop 3 seeks to lift the material to be processed from the bottom of the vessel on which the device with the shoe 6 is easily placed, ie. H. in Fig. 2 in counterclockwise rotation. For this purpose, the cross arm 4 is directed downwards with its outer end.
