  Vorrichtung zum   Zusammenschweissen    von heissiegelfähigen Faltlappen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zusammenschweissen von heissiegelfähigen Faltlappen auf mindestens einer Fläche von Packungen mittels eines erwärmten Schweissgliedes.



   Es ist allgemein bekannt, bei der Herstellung von Packungen, die an die Flächen eines Gegenstandes angelegten Faltlappen von Packungen mittels Schweissbacken   oder-stempeln    zusammen zu schweissen. Diese Schweissglieder werden meist durch elektrische Stromstösse erwärmt und müssen so lange auf die Schweissstelle aufgepresst bleiben, bis sie unter die Fliesstemperatur des zu verschweissenden Materials abgekühlt sind, damit eine einwandfreie Schweissung erzielt werden kann. Dies bedingt, dass der Schweissvorgang eine gewisse Zeit beansprucht, während welcher die zu verschliessende Packung unter dem Schweissglied angehalten werden muss. Die Förderung der Packungen kann deshalb nur schrittweise erfolgen.



   Um eine höhere Produktion zu erreichen, hat man bereits vorgeschlagen, die Schweissbacken mit den Pakkungen über eine gewisse Strecke mitzubewegen und sie dann wieder in ihre Ausgangslage zurückzubewegen.



  Der Schweissvorgang kann dann während der Förderbewegung der Packungen vollzogen werden. Dies bedingt aber einen grossen konstruktiven Aufwand. Oft ist auch bei Verpackungsmaschinen der für solche   eine und    herlaufende Schweissbacken erforderliche Raum nicht vorhanden. Die Erfindung bezweckt eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, welche die erwähnten Nachteile nicht aufweist.



  Erfindungsgemäss ist das Schweissglied ein endloses, über Umlenkrollen geführtes umlaufendes Metallband, das durch beheizte Umlenkrollen und/oder durch Heissgasdüsen beheizt ist.



   Vorzugsweise sind zwei endlose Metallbänder vorgesehen, die über einen Teil ihrer Länge parallel verlaufen und eine Förderstrecke für die Packungen bilden, wobei sie die Packungen auf ihren Stirnseiten festklemmen.



   In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform einer Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von   heissiegelfähigen    Faltlappen in schematischer Darstellung;
Fig. 2 eine Variante der Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 eine Ansicht eines endlosen Metallbandes mit zusätzlichen Anpressrollen und
Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 3.   



   Die Vorrichtung g nach Fig. 1 weist zwei endlose    Metallbänder 2 auf, die um Umlenkrollen 3, 4 umlaufen.



  Die beiden Metallbänder bilden ein Fördermittel für die Packungen 1, die in einer Führung 5 von einer Faltvor  richtsur4g zugeführ, werden. Die Packungen 1, aus heiss-    siegelfähigem   Einschlagmaterial    sind bereits fertiggestellt, doch müssen an ihren Stirnseiten die eingefalteten Lappen noch zusammengeschweisst werden.



   Die Umlenkrollen 3 sind zu diesem Zweck mittels elektrischen Widerstandselementen 6 beheizt. Sie übertragen ihre Wärme auf die Metallbänder 3, die somit als Schweissglieder wirken und während ihres Umlaufes die Faltlappen festschweissen. Um die Temperatur der Metallbänder 2 unter die Fliesstemperatur des Ein  schlagmaterials    zu senken, bevor die Packungen 1 freigegeben werden, sind vor den Umlenkrollen 4 eine Anzahl Kaltluftdüsen 7 angeordnet.



   Es hat sich gezeigt, dass als Bandmaterial für die Bänder 2 am   zweckmässigsten    ein Metallgeflecht verwendet wird. Gute Resultate wurden mit einem Tressengewebe erzielt, dessen Schussdrähte 0,34 und dessen Kettendrähte 0,28 mm Durchmesser aufweisen.



   In Fig. 2 ist eine andere Ausführungsform der Vor  richtun, g dargestellt. Die Metall band er 2 und die Umlenk-      rollen    3,4   sind      grlualdsätich      gleich    wie   in    Fig. 1   ansge-    bildet. Die-Beheizung der Bänder 2 und der Umlenkrollen 3 erfolgt dagegen durch eine grössere Zahl von Heissluft- oder Heissgasdüsen 8, die schraffiert dargestellt sind, während die Kühlluftdüsen 7 der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 entsprechen. Nötigenfalls können, wie dargestellt, die Umlenkrollen 4 ebenfalls durch Kühlluftdüsen 7 gekühlt werden.  



   Um eine bessere Anpressung der Metallbänder an die Stirnseiten der Packungen 1 zu erzielen, können gegen das auf die Stirnseiten der Packung gerichtete Trum der Metallbänder 2 Anpressrollen wirken, die über Blattfedern 10 oder ähnliche Federmittel auf einem Träger 11 befestigt sind, der seinerseits zur Veränderung der Anpresskraft der Rollen 9 verstellbar ist. Die Verteilung der Rollen 9 über die Breite und Länge des Metallbandes 2 ist aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich. Zwischen den einzelnen Rollenreihen können Heissgasdüsen und nötigenfalls auch Kühlluftdüsen gemäss der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 vorgesehen sein.

The invention relates to a device for welding together heat-sealable folding flaps on at least one surface of packs by means of a heated welding member.



   It is generally known, in the production of packs, to weld the folding tabs of packs placed against the surfaces of an object together by means of welding jaws or stamps. These weld links are usually heated by electric current surges and must remain pressed onto the weld point until they have cooled down below the flow temperature of the material to be welded, so that a perfect weld can be achieved. This means that the welding process takes a certain amount of time, during which the pack to be closed has to be stopped under the welding link. The packs can therefore only be promoted gradually.



   In order to achieve higher production, it has already been proposed to move the welding jaws with the packs over a certain distance and then to move them back to their starting position.



  The welding process can then be carried out during the conveying movement of the packs. However, this requires a great deal of constructive effort. Often the space required for such welding jaws moving in and out is also not available in packaging machines. The invention aims to provide a device which does not have the disadvantages mentioned.



  According to the invention, the welding link is an endless, revolving metal strip which is guided over deflection rollers and which is heated by heated deflection rollers and / or by hot gas nozzles.



   Preferably, two endless metal belts are provided, which run parallel over part of their length and form a conveying path for the packs, whereby they clamp the packs on their end faces.

   The device g according to FIG. 1 has two endless metal belts 2 which revolve around pulleys 3, 4.



  The two metal belts form a conveyor for the packs 1, which are fed in a guide 5 from a folding device. The packs 1 made of heat-sealable wrapping material have already been completed, but the folded flaps still have to be welded together on their end faces.



   For this purpose, the pulleys 3 are heated by means of electrical resistance elements 6. They transfer their heat to the metal strips 3, which thus act as welding links and weld the folding tabs in place during their rotation. In order to lower the temperature of the metal strips 2 below the flow temperature of the impact material, before the packs 1 are released, a number of cold air nozzles 7 are arranged in front of the pulleys 4.



   It has been shown that a metal mesh is most expediently used as the band material for the bands 2. Good results have been achieved with a braided weave whose weft wires are 0.34 mm and the warp wires are 0.28 mm in diameter.



   In Fig. 2, another embodiment of the device is shown before, g. The metal band 2 and the deflection rollers 3, 4 are basically the same as in FIG. 1. On the other hand, the belts 2 and the deflection rollers 3 are heated by a large number of hot air or hot gas nozzles 8, which are shown hatched, while the cooling air nozzles 7 correspond to the embodiment according to FIG. If necessary, as shown, the pulleys 4 can also be cooled by cooling air nozzles 7.



   In order to achieve a better pressing of the metal strips against the end faces of the packs 1, pressure rollers 2 can act against the strand of the metal strips directed towards the end faces of the pack, which are fastened via leaf springs 10 or similar spring means on a carrier 11, which in turn is used to change the Contact pressure of the rollers 9 is adjustable. The distribution of the rollers 9 over the width and length of the metal strip 2 can be seen from FIG.
