Fig. 4 zeigt die Ausgangsstellung.
sin=w + (H + x')2 - H2 sin2w = (H + x')2 (Dreieck P 1' 6) (1I). \ Das zweite Glied in der II. Gleichung stellt die Länge der Verschiebung des Mittelpunktes M1... M2... M3... bis M13 der Kreisbahn vom Mittelpunkt M des Hub kreises dar, wenn man noch im I. Quadranten H - cosw abzieht und im 1I. Quadranten H - cosw addiert.
Method for the machining of crankshafts, and device for performing method 1 The invention relates to a method for machining crankshafts and a device for performing the method using a rotating ring as a support carrier for the chip tools, which is provided with longitudinal feed if necessary is.
It is already known to clamp the crankshaft end and center bearings centrally on a lathe, while for machining the crank pins of the crankshaft they have to be clamped eccentrically.
It is also the so-called Moll apparatus be known, in which the crankshaft is taken from a fixed plate after machining its center and end bearings, and a special machine with rotating tools runs around the strokes. This apparatus is also limited in terms of speed and economic application.
Finally, a crankshaft milling machine is known in which large milling wheels must be used. If a knife breaks, the entire cutting wheel can fail.
The invention has set itself the goal of a procedural Ren and to provide a device with which all these disadvantages can be avoided. A normal lathe should be able to be used as the basic machine.
The invention consists in that the cutting tools are arranged directly on the inner circumference of a circumferential circular path provided with a radial feed, so that the point of the workpiece to be machined is encircled in a cycloid shape.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention, the procedure can be such that during further finishing of the crankshaft journal of the crankshaft this is rotated with a radius equal to the stroke of the crankshaft and the center of the circular path is controlled plane-parallel by a template, so that the advance of this plane-parallel 2 movement back and forth is equal to twice the stroke of the crankshaft.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing and the following description, for example.
1 shows a view of a lathe with a facing slide and additional device, FIG. 1 a shows the curves during the plane-parallel movement of the center point of the circular path, FIGS. 3a and 4a details, FIG. 2 shows the position of the circular path relative to the crank pin with simultaneous rotation of the crank pin with the Radius of the crankshaft stroke (H), Fig. 3 shows a crankshaft template for controlling the plane-parallel movement of the circular path center, Fig. 4, 5 and 6 three different positions of the circular path center and the control template with button, Fig. 7 shows a representation for the computational determination of the course of the process .
A normal lathe receives on its Planschie an additional device that is used to guide a small number of tools 1 in a circular motion around the workpiece 15. This circular path 2 only needs to be selected so large that the crankshaft can just be passed through an open ring of the additional device; In extreme cases, you can even choose the circular path according to the dashed line 2's so small that you have to move the device in the plane direction when moving longitudinally from stroke to stroke. These small circumferential rings (circular tracks 2 ') achieved in this way with their bearings, however, still permit relatively high speeds, so that the tools can still be used at cutting speeds of 150 m / min and more.
A special motor 3 is used to drive these tools 1.
In Fig. La one of the tools 1 is to be in the circular path at 4 when the motor 3 drives the circular path 2 and the feed in direction 5 begins to run. As a result, the tools describe, due to the circular movement in connection with the forward feed movement, the shape of a cycloid, as is shown.
The procedure described above is now continued up to point 6. Here, the Drehbewe supply of the workpiece through the headstock of the lathe is initiated by suitable means (cams, measurement controls, etc.) at a speed appropriate to the feed movement.
This speed now results in a further feed movement that supplements the feed movement 5, so that the imaginary center line develops similarly to curve 7 until the actual pin diameter at point 8 is reached. At this point 8 the feed movement 5 is completely canceled, and only the rotary movement of the spindle with the workpiece continues accordingly 9, namely a little more than one rotation of the workpiece.
As a result, the journal diameter is generated by envelope cuts.
The above-described operation of the central bearing can be carried out analogously for the crank pin. Here, the crankshaft is clamped eccentrically in the lathe and as much as possible the entire amount of material 11 is machined with knives of immersion depth 10 with one revolution of the workpiece, as shown in FIGS. 3a and 4a.
However, the method of operation is much better with centric clamping of the crankshaft and machining of the rest of the pin circumference 15 of the crank pin by rotating it with the crank pin radius H, while the additional device or
the circular path 2 with constant swirling around the pin 15 by means of the facing slide 19, which is controlled by a crankshaft template 18 by means of a copy button 17 plane-parallel by twice the stroke H depending to the right and again to the left, where the template 18 around the eccentric point Ml 'is rotated.
If x 'denotes the eccentric radius or the distance by which the center of the circular path from the center of rotation M of the crankshaft with stroke H lies, the circular path radius R, the radius of the crank pin r, then H + x' = R - r.
If, for example, on the circle with the crankshaft radius H (designated by I in Fig. 7) 12 positions per semicircle at a distance of 15 degrees from each other, numbered 1 to 13 (angle = 7c / 12) and determine the position of the for each position End point of the circular path R on the horizontal main axis x, if in this position the circular path touches the surface of the pin r, then one obtains the position of the circular path center M1 on this main axis x when the circular path touches the surface of the pin r in this position ,
then one obtains for the position of the circular path center point M1 on this main axis x, the center positions 1 to 13 numbered in FIG. 2, where the position 13 is removed from the starting point M1 by the distance 2H (see FIG. 7).
4, 5 and 6 show the three positions of lifting circle, crank pin and circular path center and template position at zero degrees (FIG. 4), at 90 degrees (FIG. 5) and at 180 degrees (FIG. 6). With 17 the copy button is referred to, which scans the template 18 (see also Fig. 1).
Fig. 4 shows the starting position. The tools or turning tools of the circular path 2 touch the crank pin 15 at the outermost point of intersection up to which the pin is turned off by the circular path or up to which the pin is turned forward. The copy button 17 stands from x 'from the fulcrum Ml of the template 18.
Fig. 5 shows the position after rotation of the Hubzap fens by 90 degrees (angle w) around the center M of the stroke circle H. The center of the circular path Ml has been shifted plane-parallel on the main axis x to the right to point M7 (see also Fig . 2 and 7).
The line 1 in Fig. 7 (the eccentric guide beam) can be read without further ado from the right-angled triangle as 1 = 1 / (H + x ') 2-H2 = 1 / x' (x '+ 2H).
Figure 6 shows the position after rotation of the hub pin by 180 degrees. The distance 1 from M to point M13 is now 2H + x ', which is also evident from FIG. The total shift of the center point of the circular path is 2H, that is the shift from starting point 1 to end point M13 with half a turn of the crank pin (see Fig. 7).
In Fig. 7 I denote the circle with the stroke radius H, II the circle with the radius H + x ', III the circle with the eccentric radius x' and IV the circle with the largest eccentric radius 2H + x '. Assume that the crank pin 15 has been pivoted by the circular angle w up to the position 15 '.
Then distance PM = H, distance P - 1 = H sinw, distance P - 6 = H + x 'and the distance on the X-axis 1' - 6 = y (H + x ') 2 - H =. sin2w (see triangle P, 1 ', 6).
One can now set up two circular equations in polar coordinates for the pivot point M and the variable point 6: H2 - sin'w + H '- cos2w = H2 (triangle MP1') (I) H2.
sin = w + (H + x ') 2 - H2 sin2w = (H + x') 2 (triangle P 1 '6) (1I). \ The second member in the II. Equation represents the length of the shift of the center point M1 ... M2 ... M3 ... to M13 of the circular path from the center point M of the stroke circle, if one is still in the first quadrant H - cosw withdraws and in the 1I. Quadrant H - cosw added.
(The vectors P - M and H + x 'rotate in the first quadrant in the same direction and in the second quadrant in the opposite direction). If one considers the triangle P, M, 6 and the triangle P10, M, 10 then one sees that for the second member of the equation 1I the distance M - 6 in the 1I. Quadrant, that is H - cosw, must be added.
From this equation one can easily see that for the starting point at 1, i.e. if sinw = 0 and cosw = 1, the circle H + x ', if H - cosw = H is subtracted, the distance M - 1 = x 'includes. For the segment M - 13, H + x '+ H - cosw = H + x' + H = 2H + x '. For the segment M - 7, 1 / x '(x' + 2H) results, since the angle w = 90 degrees.
This result is as shown in Fig. 5 for the designated eccentric beam 1 = 1 / x '(x' + 2H), as can be read for triangle M, 7, P7 of FIG.
From Fig. 7 and Fig. 2 it can be seen that the plane-parallel allelic shift of the center of the circular path in Qua dranten I with distance 1-7 is smaller than in the II. Quadran th with distance 7-13.
Inserting the distance 1-7 into equation II with z, one obtains: (x '+ z) 2 = (H + x') 2 - H = sin2w - H = cos2w (III). If, for the sake of simplicity, x ', the eccentric radius, is set equal to H, then for the limit values of sinc) and cosw: (z + H) = 3H' =; z = H 1/3 - H.
If the distance is 7-13 = 2H minus H 1/3 + H, that is 3H - 1.7H = 1.3H and z = 0.7H, the degree of irregularity would be 0.7: 1.3 or 54%.
So if you want to work evenly, you can divide the performance accordingly, taking into account the degree of irregularity. You can also distribute the arrangement in such a way that when using two additional devices, one can work in quadrant I and the second in quadrant 1I - that is, divided by one quadrant each.
