In the present description, the term surface finishing agent means means that can be used to protect and refine surfaces of all kinds, such as for the treatment of surfaces made of inorganic materials, e.g. B. of metal, stone, stoneware, etc., and of organic materials, e.g. B. made of wood, leather, plastics such as linoleum, etc., and paper.
It has been found that new trisamino-s-triazine derivatives which have at least one hydrophilic substituent and at least one lipophilic radical are eminently suitable as constituents in surface finishing agents.
The inventive surface finishing agent for non-textile substrates is characterized in that it contains at least one trisamino-s-triazine derivative, which has at least one hydrophilic substituent and at least one lipophilic radical, mixed with substances suitable for surface treatment, as the active component.
As hydrophilic substituents are primarily ionic groups, both anion-forming and cation-forming substituents into consideration, e.g.
B. acidic groups such as carboxyl and sulfonic acid groups, also basic groups such as primary, secondary and tertiary amino groups, preferably those with aliphatic N-substituents. As further hydrophilic substituents, for example, the hydroxyl and the mercapto group,
Carbamoyl and sulfamoyl groups, and their N-substituted derivatives be IN ANY. Compounds which can be used according to the invention can have one or more such hydrophilic substituents which preferably substitute a lipophilic radical. If several such substituents are present in a compound, they can be identical or different.
Suitable lipophilic radicals are hydrocarbon and halohydrocarbon radicals, in particular aliphatic radicals with 1-20 carbon atoms and fluoroalkyl radicals.

The hydrophilic substituents represented by Y in formula I are to be understood as meaning, in particular, ionogenic, both acidic and basic groups, but also non-dissociating hydrophilic groups, such as, for example, the following: carboxyl, sulfonic acid, sulfamoyl, N-alkylsulfamoyl -, Hydroxy- alkoxy-carbonyl, N-Hydroxyalkyl-earbamoyl-, N, ND:
i- (hydroxyalkyl) carbamoyl, the hydroxyl, the Mercapto group, the amino group, an alkyl and dialkylamino group, an aminoalkoxycarbonyl or an alkanolamino or dialkanolamino group.
The alkylene or alkenylene radicals represented by Q in formula I are preferably straight-chain and can have 1-20 carbon atoms.
The compounds of the formula I can be obtained by reacting 2,4,6-trichloro-s-triazine with amines of the formulas II, IH and IV

They have the properties characteristic of natural waxes, such as solubility in fat solvents, miscibility with natural and synthetic waxes, good penetration and flowability in wax formulations, formation of pastes and gels with organic solvents, especially with mineral spirits, gloss formation after light rubbing, etc.
Like the compounds of the formula I, their metal and ammonium salts, the addition salts of inorganic and organic acids and the quaternary ammonium salts can also be used instead of natural waxes or together with them.
Surface finishing agents according to the invention are obtained by mixing a trisamino-s-triazine derivative of the formula I or more such derivatives with conventional substances suitable for treating surfaces. Such substances are, for example, the following: natural and synthetic waxes, resins, silicones, etc., which improve the physical properties ver, as well as solvents, as well as inorganic and organic fillers, eg. B.
Silicates, ground plastics, anionic, cationic or nonionic dispersants, cleaning agents, such as natural and synthetic soaps, surfactants, pigments, agents to improve light resistance, stabilizers of all kinds, such as corrosion inhibitors, odorants, dyes, biocides Active ingredients or agents containing such active ingredients, e.g. B. Insecticides, Fungicides, Bactericides, etc.
The surface finishing agents according to the invention can be present and applied in the form of aerosols, solutions, emulsions, semi-solid and solid pastes. The means can therefore be used to protect and refine surfaces of all kinds, including the treatment of paper, e.g. B. the production of carbon paper is to be understood.
The following examples describe the preparation of the surface finishing agents according to the invention. Parts therein mean parts by weight. Example 1 (liquid floor wax) 5.25 parts of 11- [2 ', 4'-bis-n-octadecylamino-s-triazinyl- (6') -amino] -undecylic acid, sodium salt 0.75 Parts of vinyl octadecyl ether polymer (melting point: 49 ° C.) 1.50 parts of microwax (melting point: 74/76 ° C.;
