Device for double shedding in jacquard ribbon looms with a multi-coil beater. In the previously known jacquard ribbon looms with a multi-coil beater, it is not possible to produce more bobbins, e.g. to produce two-coil belts in such a way that with one revolution of the main drive shaft of the chair, ground and figure shot at the same time,
i.e. two shots at the same time. a specialist training. Such a way of working is, however, in view of the associated more economical production of more bobbin tapes on jacquard ribbon looms he wishes.
To make such chairs with normal deep or high and low jacquard machines suitable for this purpose, a Vorrich device for double shedding in jacquard looms with multi-coil beater is provided according to the invention, in which the harness cords of the same warp threads over each weave a cable and a lever that looks like a lever,
Between the cable and the harness cords arranged machine element are connected to two consecutive sinkers of the jacquard machine.
For each warp thread group of the looms, a cord or rope pulley can be freely suspended below the roller board or sinker bottom of the jacquard machine in the open loop of a pull cord attached with its ends to a sinker of the jacquard machine.
Each loose roller can be rotatably mounted in a bracket which prevents the pull cord from jumping off the roller and advantageously has an eyelet at the free end for attaching all harness cords of a warp thread group.
In the drawing, the invention is illustrated schematically in two exemplary embodiments, namely: FIGS. 1-3 show the double shedding using a normal deep shedding jacquard machine and FIGS. 4-7 using a normal vertical and deep shedding jacquard machine, 8 schematically illustrates the double compartment formed with the new device in a two-reel racket,
9 and 10 show, on an enlarged scale, an embodiment of the roller arranged as an intermediate member between the sinkers of the jacquard machine and harness cords, in a side view and in a longitudinal section along the line A-A of FIG. 9.
In the sections of a deep-shed jacquard machine (FIGS. 1-3) or tall and deep-shed jacquard machines (FIGS. 4-7), a and b are the knives in the sections shown schematically in side view in FIGS. 1-7 of the knife basket moved up and down with one revolution of the chair shaft, c and d two consecutive plates arranged in rows, and e and f the associated ones,
sinker needles influenced by the jacquard card, not shown. In the case of the low-level jacquard machine, the sinkers rest on the fixed sinker base g, while in the case of the high-level and low-level jacquard machines they are supported on the so-called Koller board h, which is known to be up and down together with the knife basket but in the opposite direction is moved.
i are the harness cords through whose strands the warp threads k are drawn.
In the case of the innovation, the harness cords i of the same warp threads k of each weave are connected to the two sinkers c and d one behind the other via a cable with a loose roller, namely a narrow roller 1 with guide groove is provided for each warp thread group of the weaves of the bottom plate g resp.
Koller board h in the open loop of a pull cord m fixed at its ends to a plate c and d be suspended freely movable and, as FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrate, rotatably mounted on a flat iron bracket q, which causes the pull cord m to jump off the role prevented and at the free end an eyelet n or the like. Has to attach all harness cords of a warp thread group.
The mode of operation in the embodiment according to Figs. 1-3 is as follows: In the normal position, both sinkers c, d are pushed back by the jacquard card by means of needles e, f, i.e. pushed out of the stroke range of the knives a, b of the knife core set to double the stroke compared to the normal.
So you will not be picked up by the knives, but remain in the starting position, supporting yourself on the bottom of the board. As a result, the warp thread k, which can be influenced via the associated harness cord i, remains in the lower shed (FIG. 1).
If only the plate c is pushed back by the needle f, the plate d is only picked up by the knife b, with the roller 1 only executing half the way to the lifting movement of the knife basket, since the pull cord m has one end on the the platinum base g resting board c is fixed. The associated warp thread k is only raised to the middle fold (Fig. 2).
If both sinkers c, d are finally influenced by the jacquard card in such a way that they are simultaneously lifted by knives a, b, the roller 1 makes the same stroke as the knife basket and the warp thread k is moved into the upper compartment by means of the associated harness cord i moved (Fig. 3).
In this way, all warp threads k can be controlled in such a way that they always form a double shed, so that shooter o can step through the upper shed and shooter p through the lower shed at the same time with each revolution of the chair shaft (Fig. 8).
In the embodiment according to Fig. 4-7, the same is achieved with a high and low shed jacquard machine, only that here, due to the interaction of the basement board moving downwards at the same time (approx. Y3 of the lifting path), the starting position of the warp threads k is the middle shed and not, as in the embodiment of Fig. 1-3, the deep compartment.
The loose roller 1 and the pull cord m can be made of any material. The invention is of course not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown.
Thus, instead of a cable pull with a loose reel 1, another, in principle equally effective machine element, for example, can be used as an intermediate element between the sinkers c, d of the jacquard machine and the harness cords a lever, on which the associated harness cords i are suspended at a point between its ends,
while each end of the lever is connected by a cable to one of the two consecutive boards c and d.
With the described device it is achieved with the simplest means, utilizing the laws given for the loose machine element, that the warp threads move within one turn of the chair shaft from a low to a middle or high shed or from a middle shed, depending on the requirements can be placed in a high or low compartment, depending on
whether the loose roll is moved from the jacquard machine by means of the pull cord through a sinker or through both of the sinkers assigned to it at the same time, with it and the harness cords connected to it either only performing half the stroke or the entire stroke of the jacquard machine.
Such a device thus enables multi-coil, e.g. two-coil belts of all kinds allow two shooters to pass through the double fold at the same time with one rotation of the main drive shaft of the chair. The advantage achieved by this is obvious, because if you e.g. previously required a full turn of the main drive shaft for each weft on jacquard ribbon looms with two-coil beater,
With the new device, the possibility of entering both basic and figure shots at the same time only takes half the time, thus doubling the chair's performance.
