Description

  

      Verfahren    zum Herstellen von     Skis    und nach diesem Verfahren  hergestellter     Ski       Gemäss dem     Patentanspruch    des Hauptpatentes  ist ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines aus einem  Kern und einer formbestimmenden     Kunststoffhülle     bestehenden     Massivkörpers    von     vorbestimmter    Aus  senform dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den einen  Teil einer zweiteiligen Pressform mehrere Lagen von  Glasfaser-Folien und darüber der Kern eingelegt wer  den,

   dass nachher die Glasfaser-Folien über den  Kern zu dessen Umfassung gebogen und nachher  der als     Deckel    dienende zweite Formteil     aufgepresst     wird und die     Glasfaserumhüllung        mit        härtbarer    Kunst  harzmasse getränkt wird, die in der Form ausgehärtet  wird.  



  Die vorliegende Zusatzerfindung bezieht sich auf  ein Verfahren dieser Art, angewendet auf die Her  stellung von Skis und zwar im Besonderen auf das  Problem des     Anbringens    sicher haltender und wirk  samer Kantenschienen.  



       Erfindungsgemäss    ist vorgesehen, dass in den  Kanten zwischen Sohlen- und Flankenebenen Flach  schienen, die an einem Rand verschränkte     Spitzzäh-          ne    aufweisen, diagonal zum Skiquerschnitt durch den       kunstharz-getränkten        Glasfasermantel    bis zum An  liegen der Zahnspitzen am Kern eingetrieben wer  den, und dass Formpressung und Aushärtung der       Kunstharzmasse    darnach erfolgt.  



  Ein- nach diesem Verfahren     hergestellter    Ski ist       erfindungsgemäss    gekennzeichnet durch diagonal zum  Skiquerschnitt in der     Glasfaserumhüllung    eingebettete  und sich mit Zähnen am Kern abstützende Flach  kanten.  



  Ein Beispiel zur Realisierung des     erfindungsge-          mässen    Skiherstellungsverfahrens ist in der Zeich  nung dargestellt. .  



       Fig.    1 zeigt in     grösserem    Massstab eine Flach-    schiene 3, beispielsweise aus Stahl bestehend, deren  einer Rand     mit    gegeneinander verschränkten     Spitz-          Zähnen    30a, 30b versehen ist.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt eine geschlossene Pressform im Quer  schnitt.  



  Der Formunterteil ist mit 23, der Formdeckel  mit 24 versehen, und diese Teile     umschliessen    den       Formhohlraum,    in welchem ein Skikern 11 eingesetzt  ist, der von     kunstharz-getränkten        Glasfaserfolien    12  umhüllt ist. Vor dem Aufsetzen des     Formdeckels    ist  eine     Kantenschiene    3 in diagonaler Richtung an der  Übergangskante zwischen der Skisohle 100 und     der     Skiflanke 101 durch die     Glasfaserhülle    12 eingetrie  ben worden, bis die Zähne 30a, 30b in der     Randkeh-          lung    des Kernes 11 anstossen.

   Der vorstehende Flach  rand der Kantenschiene 3 wird zwischen zwei Geh  rungsflächen des Formunterteiles 23 und einer Halte  schiene 25 durch Festschrauben der Schrauben 26  festgespannt, so dass sich die Schiene beim Ruf  pressen des Formdeckels gegenüber dem Skikern 11  nicht mehr bewegen kann. Nach erfolgter Aushärtung  der     Kunstharzmasse    in der Form werden am Ski die  vorstehenden Kantenränder auf das gewünschte Kan  tenprofil     abgeschliffen.    Eine derart in der erhärteten       Kunstharz-Glasfaser-Umhüllung    eingebettete Skikan  te ist praktisch unlösbar mit dem Ski verbunden.
