Description

Hot water heated heat exchanger The invention relates to a hot water heated heat exchanger consisting of several elements.

  Such heat exchangers are known.

With them, the heating water flow is guided through pipes in countercurrent to the medium to be heated, which flows through a jacket surrounding the pipes.

In such heat exchangers, it is necessary to achieve a high heat transfer, the media, especially liquids, with high Ge speed both through the tubes and through the shell of the heat exchanger.

In the case of high temperature differences, the amounts of liquid are relatively small. It is therefore necessary that the passage is formed from only a few tubes.

With a certain heating surface, the heat exchangers must be built very long. It is therefore customary to connect several elements one behind the other, the casing sides being connected to one another by pipe sockets and the pipe sides by means of bends.

This results in large overall heights for the heat exchangers formed from individual elements. The aim of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to create a heat exchanger which, with compact and space-saving construction, is also simplified and made cheaper.

The purpose is achieved in that the tubes of all elements are rolled or welded into a common tube plate at each end, and that on the inside of the tube plate a chamber with partition walls for deflecting the medium to be heated and a chamber on the outside of the tube plate Partition walls for diverting the heating water is arranged.

The inner chamber expediently consists of a U-profile and the outer chamber of a half-tube.

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown by way of example and purely schematically, namely: FIG. 1 shows a representation of a known embodiment, FIG. 2 shows a representation according to FIG. 1 for the new embodiment, FIG Figures 2 and 4 are a diagrammatic representation of the new embodiment.

According to FIG. 1, the known embodiment consists of a number of elements 1 which are connected one behind the other in such a way that the casing sides are connected to one another by pipe sockets 2 and the pipe sides by deflection bends 3.

In the object according to FIG. 2, the individual heat exchanger elements 11 are connected one behind the other in such a way that the casing tubes 12 are welded into elongated, preferably U-shaped chambers 13. In these chambers, partition walls 14, 15 are arranged, which in terms of effect correspond to the pipe socket 2 of the embodiment according to FIG.

The inner tubes 16 are rolled into a common tube plate 17 on both sides or welded. On the outside of each tube plate 17 is a common elongated front chamber 18, which is preferably semicircular. In these antechambers 18 there are also separating plates 19 which, in terms of their effect, correspond to the pipe bends 3 of the embodiment according to FIG.

This results in an extremely space-saving arrangement and a substantial simplification of the manufacture and assembly of such countercurrent heat exchangers.
