(180 ) phasenverschobene Impulsreihen u,1 und u,2 gezün det, deren Impulsbreite mindestens 10 ,us beträgt.
EMI0002.0070
Self-excited inverter with adjustable. Output voltage by means of pulse length modulation of the primary current in the frequency range from a few Hz up to 3 kHz There are inverter circuits known, with the help of which can be generated from direct voltage alternating voltage with a controllable effective value and freely selectable Fre quency.
The regulation of the output voltage of autonomous inverters is achieved by varying the duration of the direct current flow. In the previous circuits, additional controllable valves were provided for this purpose, which only serve the task of extinguishing the direct current before the end of a half cycle. In these circuits, the voltages at the controllable valves are not precisely determined; they depend on the respective load case.
It was the purpose of the present invention to produce a circuit which does not require any additional controllable valves to control the output voltage and in which the voltages at the controllable valves is limited to the value of the source voltage. These demands led to the prior example circuit (Fig. 1) with four controllable valves. The advantage of this circuit is that the same number of controllable valves required can be used to transmit the same power as with a bridge inverter circuit that does not allow the output voltage to be regulated.
The parallel inverter circuit works with only two controllable valves and, with the same type of valve used, can only transfer half the power of the bridge circuit. It also does not allow any control of the output voltage. This exemplary embodiment of the invention will then be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The DC voltage source U, (Fig. 1) works alternately on a series circuit of a controllable valve, a transformer primary winding, an inductance and a second controllable valve (V1- Wii-LGii- V2) and (V3- W12-LG12- V4) The direction of winding of the two primary windings W11, <I> W12 </I> is selected such that an alternating voltage u2 is created in the secondary winding W2.
The anodes of valves V2 and V4 and the cathodes of valves V1 and V3 are each connected by a capacitor C1, C2 so that the valves of the other are extinguished when one series circuit is ignited. In order to limit the transient voltages occurring at the capacitors <B> <I> Cl, </I> </B> C2 (and thus at the controllable valves) to the value of the source voltage U, diodes D1, D3 of the anodes of the valves V2 and V4 are switched to the positive pole of the source.
The cathodes of valves V1 and V3 are connected to the negative pole of the source via diodes D2 and D4.
The sequence of operations in the circuit is as follows: B. the valves V1 and V2, a current id flows through the winding Wii and the inductance <B> LG ". </B> Since the inductance LG11 is small, the source voltage U i will be at the terminals after a short time from winding W11.
Because of the transformer effect, it also occurs with the same sign at terminals e-d of winding Wie and at terminals g-h of secondary winding W2. Since the capacitances C1 and C2 at the terminals a-d and f -c are charged to the value of the source voltage. The secondary load current i2 now flows through the secondarily connected load impedance Z2.
The variation of the output voltage u2 is achieved by changing the time period during which the valves V1 and V2 or V3 and V4 are left in the conductive state.
If the valve V4 is ignited, the valve V2 extinguishes because of the voltage Uq at the terminals <B> f </B> -c of the capacitance <I> C2. </I> The current id through the winding W11 is caused by the inductive Portion of the load impedance Z2 and further maintained by the inductance <B> LG "</B>. This current id recharges the capacitance C2. As soon as its voltage at the terminals cf has reached the value of the source voltage, the diode D1 becomes conductive .
The current through the winding Wii now decays in a circle (Di-Vl-Wii-LGil). At the same time, when valve V4 is ignited, the voltage induced in winding W12 causes a current to flow through the circuit (W12-LG12-V4-D4)
- cleverly. This current decays with the disappearance of the voltage on the winding W12 after the time constant of this circuit. Up to the moment of ignition of the valve V3, the DC voltage source U can now deliver no energy to the load impedance Z2.
After the ignition of the valve V3, the current id flows through the valve V3, the winding W12, the inductance LG12 and the valve V4. Voltages with reverse polarity are now induced in the windings Wii and W2. The voltage on the winding Wii now also causes the charge reversal of the capacitance C1 via the circuit (v3-Ci-W11-LG "-Di).
As soon as the voltage of the capacitance C1 at the terminals d-a has reached the value of the source voltage, the diode D2 becomes conductive. The current flowing through the inductance LGii decays in a circle <B> (LG "</B> -Dl - v4 <I> - D2 - </I> W11).
The same state now prevails for the right primary winding W12 as was initially assumed for the left winding Wii. The secondary load current 12 now flows in the opposite direction. If the valves V2 and V1 are ignited one after the other, the same process takes place symmetrically to the longitudinal axis A -B of the circuit, and you come back to the initial state.
The valves are ignited by four rows of pulses (Fig. 2). The valves V1 and V3 are by two to half the period
EMI0002.0061
(180) phase-shifted pulse series u, 1 and u, 2 ignited, the pulse width of which is at least 10. us. The valves V2 and V4 are activated by two square pulse series u, .2 and
EMI0002.0070
u, 4 ignited, whose pulse width is 180.
The positive edges of the series u, .1 and% are delayed by the variable angle <I> a </I> compared to the positive edges of the series ug.2 and u, .4. The angle a is controllable from 0-180. Depending on the type of valve used, frequencies of up to around 3 kHz can be achieved.
