Description

Small device mounting unit The main patent relates to a small device mounting unit.

This is characterized in that it comprises two transport members, one capable of receiving and transporting step by step the parts to be completed, the other capable of receiving and transporting step by step successive reserves of the various supplies to be assembled. , the trajectories followed by these two categories of objects having at least one zone where they pass opposite one another, means finally being provided, allowing the user to act on the first transport member named in sort of successively bringing each piece to be completed in this zone.

The aim pursued by this arrangement is, the second conveying member having, for example, cells each containing a type of supply, to successively bring all the parts to be completed in front of said cell, to extract a supply from the latter for place it on the part, then repeat the operation next to the next cell, containing another supply, and so on. It is also planned to reserve empty cells, next to which the parts will then be scrolled with a view to subjecting them to an inspection or lubrication, for example.

However, the case may arise where some supplies constituting pre-assembled assemblies do not support being placed in bulk in cells.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides that the conveyor member capable of receiving and transporting step by step the parts to be completed comprises means suitable for receiving and transporting at least once as many units of supplies intended for said rooms. The single figure of the appended drawing represents an embodiment of the object of the invention, given by way of example.

In 1 is, seen in plan, the transport member of the parts to be completed. It is in the form of a disc, the periphery of which is arranged so as to be able to carry a certain number of these parts 2, regularly spaced.

They can thus, according to what the main patent indicates, scroll one by one opposite the cells 3 of a linear member for transporting supplies to be placed on the parts 2.

But, in addition to this arrangement according to the main patent, this disc 2 has, next to cha = that part 2, a cell 4, intended to receive a pre-assembled assembly of supplies and only one. These cells 4 are arranged on a circle concentric with the parts 2, which are located near the periphery of the disc.

The invention according to the main patent providing that, in the cells 3 of the supply transport member, it is possible to provide, instead of the latter, a sign or an inscription constituting a work order, it is for example possible to provide here a cell B indicating that the assemblies located in 4 must be put in place one by one.

Arrived at B during the assembly of the various supplies contained in the cells 3, the user will thus proceed to the installation of the pre-assembled assemblies, preserved from any damage, since each one occupies only one cell 4.

There could, of course, be more than one cell or other suitable receptacle 4 per part 2 to be completed,
