Stapeleinrichtung
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht mit teilweisem Schnitt des Vorderteils eines Kassenstandes mit davorstehendem Wagen zum Befördern der Warenkörbe;
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht des entsprechenden Standes mit der Tragplatte;
Stacking device
The present invention relates to a stacking device with a horizontal support plate which is used to stack similar objects and which can be raised and lowered on a vertical guide rod by means of an annular body encompassing this, in particular a device for stacking shopping baskets in self-service shops.
According to the invention, the stacking device is characterized in that, in addition to the guide rod, another rod is rotatably arranged around its vertical axis and supports are provided on this on a helical line with a predetermined slope, on which the ring body is supported by means of a support member located thereon.
Through these measures it is possible that, depending on the position in which the rotating rod is located with regard to its axis, another support for the support member becomes effective. By rotating the rod, the support member and thus the support arm can be raised or lowered. In a preferred embodiment, the rotating rod can be coupled to a handwheel via a transmission, which allows the position of the rod and thus the height of the support arm to be determined by turning the handwheel. Is it e.g. In order to stack shopping baskets in self-service shops, the support arm can first be brought to the highest position. When setting up additional baskets, it is then desirable to lower the support arm accordingly. This can then be done by turning the handwheel, which also results in a rotation of the rod with the supports.
A device can be provided on the rod in order to bring it into the position in which the support plate is at the top when the support plate is unloaded. A device can also be provided in order to lower the support plate when the handwheel is released. Both can be done by tension springs and ropes that engage the rotatable rod or the support sleeve.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a side view with a partial section of the front part of a checkout stand with a trolley in front of it for transporting the shopping carts;
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the corresponding stand with the support plate;
FIG. 3 is a horizontal section corresponding to the section line III / III in FIG. 1.
With 10 the front wall of the checkout counter, with 11 an intermediate wall, with 12 a side wall. 13 is a base plate, 14 and 15 are the feet of the counter.
The support arm 16 of the support plate 17, onto which the shopping baskets 38 can be placed, engages through a slot in the front wall 10. The support arm carries at the rear a sleeve 18, by means of which the support arm is guided on the vertical guide rod 19, with the mediation of several superposed ball rims held in their mutual position by a cage. The sleeve 18 carries an extension piece 21 which serves as a support member.
The rod 22 is mounted so that it can rotate about its vertical axis. Pins 23 which carry compression springs 24 at the upper end are distributed over its circumference. The upper ends of these compression springs form a helical line running around the axis of the push rod 22 and having a relatively high gradient. Feather on the pressure comes by means of the support member 21 of the support arm 16 to rest.
A pinion 25, into which an endless chain 26 engages, sits on the rod 22. This engages in a further pinion 20 which is connected to the handwheel 27.
Each position of the handwheel 27 therefore corresponds to one of the rotating rod 22, and the various positions of the handwheel 27 correspond to positions, of which in one the support member 21 of the support arm 16 is on the uppermost compression spring 24a, in another on the next compression spring 24b, in a third on the compression spring 24c etc. rests.
A cable 29 runs in a groove 28 in the head of the rod 22, one end of which engages the rod 22, while the other end is connected to the tension spring 30 which is mounted at 31 at its other end.
The loop 33 of a rope 34, which is guided over an upper roller 35 and a lower roller 36 and is connected to the free end of the tension spring 37, the other end of which is mounted at 37 ', grasps an eye seated on the sleeve 18.
The baskets 38 can be placed on the support plate 17 and stacked on top of one another. In the lowest position that the support plate can assume after it has been lowered in the direction of arrow 42, the baskets with front and rear ears (not shown) rest on the longitudinal bars 39 of the carriage 41, which can be moved by means of the wheels 40. The trolley 41 is designed so that it can accommodate two stacks of shopping baskets. 43 with another full stack of baskets is referred to. The longitudinal spars 39 are located so that they can laterally pass the alignment of the path of the support plate 17 and the front end of the checkout counter.
The carriage 41 can therefore initially be retracted further to the right; only when a stack of baskets has been loaded is it shifted (to the left in the illustration in FIG. 1) by a basket width and then takes the position shown in FIG.
When the baskets are stacked, the support plate is first brought into the topmost position shown in FIG. This is ensured by the fact that when the support plate 17 is unloaded and the handwheel 27 is released, the tension spring 30 by means of the rope 29 brings the rotating rod 22 into such a position that the topmost pin 23a with the compression spring 24a located thereon comes into the position in which the support member 21 of the support arm 16 rests on the compression spring 24a.
If several baskets are now stacked and the support plate is to be lowered, the handwheel is turned until the compression spring support 24 comes into the position in which the support member 21 is located by turning the rod 22 around its own axis. No particular force is required to turn the wheel, because the tension spring 30, which acts on the rotating rod 22, takes care of this. You only have to hold the handwheel in the position corresponding to the next level of the support plate. The positions of the handwheel 27 corresponding to the support positions of the individual pins 23a, 23b, 23c can be indicated by markings.
The support plate 17 sinks accordingly, but is resiliently absorbed by the compression spring 24b.
Depending on the number of pins 23 and compression springs 24, a corresponding number of intermediate positions of the support plate 17 is possible until it has reached its lowest position, where the support plate is loaded by the baskets, because these with their front and rear ears on the longitudinal bars 39 of the carriage 41 come to rest. In this position, after both stacks of baskets have been filled, the carriage 41 can be withdrawn and a new carriage can be advanced. Until then, the support plate 19 must be held in the lowest position by holding the handwheel. If the handwheel is released, the tension spring 37 pulls the sleeve 18 and thus the support plate 17 into the uppermost position via the cable 34. For this purpose, the force of the said tension spring is only sufficient when the support plate is unloaded, i.e. when there are no shopping baskets on it.
The baskets can then be further stacked in a newly driven carriage 41.
Instead of the helically arranged pins 23 with compression springs 24, other supports can also be provided on the rotating rod.
