Description

  

  Verfahren     zum    Erstellen von Schalungen für Sichtbetonmauern    Wenn Sichtbetonmauern erstellt werden sollen,  bei denen also die Mauerflächen nach dem Ausscha  len keiner Bearbeitung mehr ausgesetzt werden sol  len, muss die Schalung mit besonderer Sorgfalt er  stellt werden, weil unregelmässiges Zusammensetzen,  offene Fugen und geringe Querverschiebungen der       Schalungsbretter    gegenüber der Ideallage sichtbare  Rippen und     Abstufungen    im Mauerwerk entstehen  lassen, welche unerwünscht und unschön sind.  



  Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zum Erstellen von Schalungen für Sichtbeton  mauern dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schulungsbret  ter verwendet werden, die in ihren     Flanken        Profilnu-          ten    enthalten, und dass benachbarte Schulungsbretter  mit     Hilfe    von     T-Profilschienen    gefügt werden, wobei  der Mittelschenkel gegen die Betonseite über     die     Ebene der Schulungsbretter vorsteht.  



  Es wird dadurch erreicht, dass die     T-Profilschie-          nen,    deren Querschenkel die Schulungsbretter ver  binden, das ungleiche Werfen der Schulungsbretter  behindern und sie in eine genau vorbestimmte Rela  tivlage in derselben kontinuierlichen     Fläche    zwingen,  und dass die vorstehenden Mittelschenkel in den Be  tonflächen Rillen erzeugen, die als gewolltes Bild die  Mauerfläche einteilen.  



  In der Zeichnung ist schaubildlich ein Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel einer Schalung dargestellt. Die Schu  lungsbretter B     sind    an den Flanken mit Nuten verse-         hen    und werden durch Kunststoff-Schienen S     mit          T-Profil    gefügt, wobei die     Mittelschenkel    dieser  Schienen S auf die Betonseite vorstehen.  



  Die     T-Profilschienen    und     Flankennuten    der       Schalungsbretter    müssen daher nicht scharfkantig,  sondern können auch gerundet sein.

  It is achieved in that the T-profile rails, the transverse legs of which connect the training boards, prevent the uneven throwing of the training boards and force them into a precisely predetermined relative position in the same continuous surface, and that the protruding central legs have grooves in the concrete surfaces that divide the wall surface as an intended image.



  In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of a shuttering is shown diagrammatically. The training boards B are provided with grooves on the flanks and are joined by plastic rails S with a T-profile, the middle legs of these rails S projecting onto the concrete side.



  The T-profile rails and flank grooves of the shuttering boards therefore do not have to be sharp-edged, but can also be rounded.

PATENTANSPRUCH I Verfahren zum Erstellen von Schalungen für Sichtbetonmauern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schalungsbretter verwendet werden, die in ihren Flanken Profilnuten enthalten, und dass benachbarte Schulungsbretter mit Hilfe von T-Profilschienen ge- fügt werden, wobei der Mittelschenkel gegen die Be tonseite über die Ebene der Schulungsbretter vor steht. UNTERANSPRUCH Verfahren nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass Profilschienen aus elastisch ver formbarem Kunststoff verwendet werden.
