<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Calendar clockwork The invention relates to: a calendar clockwork with winding, pointer setting and date correction device.
There are calendar clockworks in which the sliding movement, b, returns to the pointer position after the date has been corrected. Experience shows that this has the disadvantage that the pointers are unintentionally adjusted when they are returned to the pointer position.
This disadvantage is eliminated with the inventive calendar clockwork. It is characterized by such an arrangement that when the winding shaft is pulled out of the winding position into the date correction position, the pointer position of the individual parts is passed through, but when the winding shaft is pushed back from the date correction position into the winding position, the individual parts are in a neutral position while avoiding the position of the hands go through in which elevator,
The hand setting and date correction devices are switched off.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a view perpendicular to the plane of the movement of the parts of the calendar clockwork necessary for understanding the invention, showing the elevator position.
Fig. La is a three-dimensional representation of the intended cooperation ends of the control lever and the rocker in the elevator position.
FIG. 2 is a view corresponding to FIG. 1, but in the pointer position of the individual parts;
2a is a representation corresponding to FIG. 1a, but in the pointer position of the ends of the adjusting lever and the rocker.
3 is a view corresponding to FIGS. 1 and 2, but in the date ring adjustment position, that is to say in the correction position of the individual parts. Fig. 3a is a section along the line IIIa-IIIa of FIG. 3 through the ends of the control lever and rocker.
4 is a view corresponding to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, but with the individual parts in a neutral position.
FIG. 4a is a section along line IVa-IVa of FIG. 4 and FIG. 4b is a section along line IVb-IVb of FIG. 4.
1, 2, 3 and 4 show the date ring 1 with the internal gear rim 2, the winding shaft 3, on the square 4 of which the sliding mechanism 5 is mounted, which is mounted and driven in the usual way, not shown, and the one mounted pivotably at 6 Adjusting lever 7, the block 8 of which engages in the annular groove 9 of the winding shaft 3, which is fastened at 10:
. Adjusting lever spring 11, the rocker 15 which goes through the annular groove 12 of the shaft 3 and is pivotably mounted at 13, loaded by the spring 14, the winding wheel 16 loosely rotatably mounted on the shaft 3, the tickle 18 which meshes with the hour wheel 17 and which is in pointer position with the inner crown teeth 19 ides sliding gear 5 is in engagement.
A control disk 21 pivotably mounted on rocker 15 by means of a pin 20 has an angled slot 22 in which a block 23 provided on the two-part adjusting lever 7 and coaxial with block 8 engages (FIG. 4a).
On the bearing pin 20 for the control disk 21 there is also a loosely rotatable gear wheel 24 which engages on the one hand with a gear 25 fixedly seated on the sliding mechanism 5 and on the other hand with a gear 27 loosely rotatably mounted on the control disk 21 by means of a pin 26. The corrector disk 29, which has four cams 28 and whose cams 28 work together with the internal gear rim 2 of the date ring 1 in the date ring adjustment position (FIG. 3), is coaxially and firmly connected to the gear wheel 27.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The rocker 15 has at its free end cooperating with the adjusting lever 7 a nose 30 with an inclined working surface 31. The adjusting lever 7 consists of two superposed plate-shaped parts 7a and 7b of the same outline. The upper adjusting lever part 7b carries at one end the block 23 mentioned above, which engages in the slot 22 of the control disc 21, and at its other end a cam 33 with an inclined working surface that extends over the free end of the lower adjusting lever part 7a 34.
The upper adjusting lever part 7b is in the area of the block 23 between the lower adjusting lever part! 7a and the control disk 21 and held in the area of the cam 33 between the lower control lever part 7a and the control lever spring 11 (FIG. 4a). In addition, the upper adjusting lever part 7b is guided in the vicinity of the block 23 through a pin 35 which engages in a conical bore in the part 7b and is seated in the part 7a.
The pin 39 of the adjusting lever part 7a intended for cooperation with the notches 36, 37 and 38 of the adjusting lever spring 11 passes through a slot 40 of the upper adjusting lever part 7b.
The illustrated and described combined elevator, pointer setting and date correction device works as follows: In the elevator position according to Eig. 1 and la, where the winding shaft 3 is in its innermost axial position, the pin 39 of the actuating lever 7 engages as usual in the outermost detent 36 of its spring 11 and the crown teeth of the winding wheel 16 are in engagement with the outer crown teeth of the sliding mechanism 5. The Connection between sliding gear 5 and pinion 18 of the pointer setting device is interrupted.
The control disk 21 is held by the block 23 in the extreme right pivot position (Fig. 1), and the tip circle of the cams 28 of the corrector disk 29 lies within the tip circle of the internal toothing 2 of the date ring 1, which is thus when the winding shaft 3 rotates rotating corrector disk 29 remains unaffected. The free ends of rocker 15 and adjusting lever part 7a or adjusting lever part 7b do not work together.
If the winding shaft 3 is now pulled in the usual way from its winding position into the pointer position, the individual parts move into the position according to FIGS. 2 and 2a. The adjusting lever 7 is therefore pivoted counterclockwise (FIGS. 1 and 2) and thereby presses the rocker 15 inward against the action of its spring 11, because the end face 41 of the nose 30 of the rocker 15 rests on the end face 42 of the cam 33 of the adjusting lever part 7b is supported (Fig. 2 and 2a).
The rocker 15 has brought the sliding mechanism 5 out of engagement with the winding wheel 16 and in engagement with the pinion 18 of the pointer setting device. During the movement of the adjusting lever 7 (that is, both parts 7a and b) together) from the position of FIG. 1 to that of FIG. 2, the block 23 engaging in the slot 22 has pivoted the control disk 21 somewhat in the counterclockwise direction, but not so far,
that the corrector disk 29 comes to work with the internal toothing 2 of the date ring 1, on the contrary, the corrector disk 29 is removed further from the internal gear rim 2 as a result of the inward movement of the rocker 15.
If you want to correct the date, i. H. To adjust the date ring 1 by means of the corrector disk 29, the winding shaft 2 is pulled from the pointer position according to FIG. 2 even further outwards into the position according to FIG. 3.
During this process, the adjusting lever 7 (i.e. both parts 7a and 7b together) is swiveled even further in the counterclockwise direction until the pin 39 enters the innermost detent 38 of the spring 11 and the free end of the adjusting lever 7 is out of the area of the nose 30 the rocker 15 comes out and the spring 14 pivots the rocker 15 clockwise,
until the end face 42 of the adjusting lever part 7b rests against the inner face 44 of the rocker 15. During this movement, the rocker 15 has brought the sliding mechanism 5 into a central position where it is not in engagement with either the winding wheel 16 or the pinion 18.
In contrast, the block 23 and the rocker 15 have now brought the control disk 21 into their left end position and thus the corrector disk 21 into the working position, in which the tip circle of the cams 28 intersects the tip circle of the internal toothing 2 of the date ring 1. When the winding shaft 3 rotates, the date ring 1 can be rotated forwards or backwards by means of the corrector disk 29, i.e. its position can be corrected, and with the given arrangement very quickly, so that the date ring 1 can be rotated a full turn in a few seconds can.
If one goes with the winding shaft 3 from the winding position according to FIG. 1 via the pointer position according to FIG. 2 into the date correction position according to FIG. 3, there is, as has been shown, no risk of the hands being unintentionally displaced when passing through the pointer position .
If, on the other hand, one would have to go through the pointer position into the elevator position during the reverse process, experience has shown that there would be the risk of an unwanted pointer adjustment. In the case of the device described, when the winding shaft 3 is pushed in, one does not reach the pointer position, but rather a neutral position according to FIGS. 4, 4a and 4b.
If the winding shaft 3 is pressed inwards from the position of FIG. 3 into the axial position of FIG. 4, the axial position of the shaft 3 itself corresponds to that of FIG. 2, but not the position of the other parts, thanks to a special one Cooperation between rocker 15 and control lever part 7b.
During the transition from the position according to FIG. 3 to that of FIG. 4, the sliding mechanism 5 remains out of engagement with the pinion 18 and the winding wheel 16, because when the adjusting lever 7 is moved, the rocker 15 does not pivot thanks to its curved inner surface 44. In contrast, the control disk 21 is pivoted due to the curved slot 22 clockwise by 20, so that the head
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
circle of the cams 28 of the corrector disk 29 entirely within the tip circle, the internal toothing 2 comes to rest,
so that the correction device is also switched off. When the adjusting lever 7 is moved clockwise, the inclined working surface 34 of the adjusting lever part 7g- moves onto the inclined working surface 31 of the nose 30 ider rocker 15, and the adjusting lever part 7g- is, as shown in Fig. 4a, in a plane perpendicular to the adjusting lever level pivoted so that he can not pivot the rocker 15.
In the position according to FIG. 4, the elevator, pointer adjustment and date corrector are switched off. The elevator shaft 3 can now be left in the position according to FIG. 4, preferably with an automatic elevator, or it can either be moved back into the position according to FIG. 3 or further into the elevator position according to FIG. During this movement into the elevator position according to FIG. 1, the adjusting lever 7 leaves the rocker 15, the adjusting lever part 7g- arrives in the position according to FIG. 1 a, and the sliding mechanism 5 engages with the elevator wheel 16.
The pointer position is thus bypassed, and: the parts are all again in the position according to FIG. 1.
