Disk game device with different speeds The present invention relates to a disk game device with different speeds with an alternating mechanism that can be driven by the drive motor.
Driving the changing mechanism from the drive motor instead of the turntable has the advantage that the changing time is constant, regardless of the turntable speed set.
The previously known, alternating mechanism drives derived from the drive motor are, however, constructed in the manner of the turntable drive and contain a plurality of parts including gears because the reduction from the drive motor must be greater than from the turntable shaft.
The invention provides a turntable of the type mentioned with a reduction gear between the drive motor and changing mechanism, which is a fold and cheap.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the alternating mechanism drive consists of an elongated shaft with worm gears provided at both ends, of which the one seen at the motor end can be engaged and disengaged.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, where FIG. 1 is a perspective illustration of an apparatus according to the invention in one embodiment and FIG. 2 is a perspective illustration of another embodiment thereof.
The device shown consists of a base plate 10 with a central indentation 12 for the turntable 13, which can be driven ben from the stepped shaft 18 of the drive motor via an intermediate gear 15 with various adjustable speeds. The tonearm 17 is pivotably arranged on the tonearm bearing 22 and can also be raised and lowered by means of a control rod 84 or the like.
The tonearm is on the one hand via a track follower arm 26 with the cam disk 30 of the exchange in connection, such that control tracks 64, 66 and 68 emanating from a Spielaus recess 62 control the pivoting movements of the tonearm, preferably in such a way that the disc size by means of the tonearm is scanned while the plate is still on the stacking axis before being dropped.
On the other hand, the tonearm is via a control arm 24 with a pivot lever 40 arranged on a pin 42 in working connection. The pivot lever is part of an automatic switching device operated after the end of the record game, which has a longitudinally displaceable switching lever 44 in addition to the pivot lever 40, which is pushed back by a nose 46 arranged on the turntable shaft 14 after the disc has been played.
The cam disk drive consists of an elongated shaft 60 which has a worm drive 62, 64 at the motor end and a worm drive 66, 68 at the cam disk end.
The worm drive at the end of the motor consists of a worm 62 arranged on the motor shaft, which can ben the worm wheel 64 on the elongated shaft 60, and the worm drive on the cam end consists of a worm 66 arranged on the shaft 60, which is connected to a worm wheel 68 is in working connection on the cam.
The worm drive at the end of the cam is in constant engagement, while the worm drive at the end of the motor can be engaged and disengaged. For this purpose, according to FIG. 1, the shaft 60 is supported at the end of the cam disk in a stationary bracket 76, while the shaft 60 is supported at the motor end in a tab 70 of a horizontal pivot lever 72. The pivot lever can be pivoted about a pin 74 in such a way that the drive is disengaged when it is pivoted clockwise, while the drive is engaged when it is pivoted counterclockwise.
The engagement of the worm gear 62, 64 after Pfiattenspiel'beendigung is effected by the lever 44 of the automatic switching device. For this purpose, the lifting device 144 is mounted on the end of a pivot lever 50. The pivot lever 50 is pivotable about a fixed pin 52 and is under the influence of a toggle spring 54. The movement of the left end of the pivot lever 50 is limited by a recess 56 in the base plate. The location tion of the lever 44 on the pivot lever 50 is in the form of a pin 48 which engages in a curve 38 in the pivot lever 72. The curve shape is such that the pushing back of the lever 44 causes the worm gear 62, 64 to move.
The toggle spring 54 causes engagement to take place quickly.
When the cam disk has then rotated a full revolution, a cam 32 on the cam disk together with the pin 48 resets the lever 44 of the automatic switching device and at the same time also disengages the worm gear 62, 64 via the cam 38.
The pin 48 is controlled in a slot (not shown) in the base plate.
The worm gear 66, 68 is preferably self-locking, so that the rest position of the cam disc can be set during disc playback.
In order to set the rest position of the cam so that the curve 32 does not hinder the re-engagement, z. B. the shaft 60 can be arranged to be a bit longitudinally displaceable under the influence of a spring that is tensioned during the drive of the cam and after disengagement of the Ge gear unit rotates the cam by a small angle, corresponding to the longitudinal displacement of the shaft 60.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the shaft is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable, specifically in a socket 20 at the motor end. The end of the cam disk of the shaft is surrounded by a hollow shaft 2 on which the worm 66 is arranged, and a coupling 24 on the shaft 60 causes the hollow shaft 22 to rotate with the worm 66.
In this embodiment, the disengagement of the clutch 62, 64 is brought about by the longitudinal displacement of the shaft 60.
To the longitudinal displacement of the shaft 60 to act, a two-ter pivot lever 36 is provided in addition to the pivot lever 50, which is pivotably mounted about a Zap fen 62 on the pivot lever 50. The two pivot levers 36, 50 are connected by means of a toggle spring in such a way that the lever either occupy the position shown in full lines or occupy the position shown with dashed lines, where the first is the engagement position and the second is the Disengagement is. A fork 28 on the pivot lever 36 works together with a carrier 26 on the shaft 60 and effects the longitudinal displacement.
In this embodiment, the automatic starting device is reset by a pin 39 on the cam disk which cooperates with a tab 51 on the pivot lever 50.
The two toggle springs 54 and 40 are arranged in relation to one another in such a way that the toggle spring 54 is first tensioned when the pin 69 slides along the tab 51 until the lever 50 tips, and only then is the spring 40 influenced and acted moving the lever 36.
The alternating mechanism drive is simple and consists only of simple parts that can be manufactured in mass production without precise tolerances. The wave can e.g. B. consist of piano wire, and neither the worm 66 nor the worm wheel 64 requires precision. The worm 62 on the motor shaft can possibly be manufactured as one piece with the step part 18. In so far as precision is not necessary, the two screws can possibly consist of a few turns of piano wire.
