Sighting microscope with an opto-mechanical feeler device The invention relates to a sighting microscope with an opto-mechanical feeler device and a reference reticle that can be inserted behind the eyepiece, on the microscope objective for mechanical,
Scanning of a test object an additional device consisting of an optical sensor can be attached:
whose output measuring position (zero position) in the field of view of the microscope can be monitored with the help of a mirror connected to the tiltable sensing finger through Ida's microscope objective in the image plane of the eyepiece: the line mark shown above, which is only in;
this position coincides with a bar of the eyepiece line cross.
The known microscopes of this type only allow the correct initial measurement position (zero position) to be monitored in the optical image (the tactile finger,
however, no immediately measurable assessment. A measurement can only be carried out mechanically through measurable displacement of device parts with the use of optical reading aids.
However, this type of measurement is not suitable, in particular for the measurable determination of small differences in dimensions in the size of 1.1 mm to 0.1 mm, for example for measuring runout, pitch or pitch errors "because such:
small displacements: due to the frictional and adhesive forces and the required:
Backlash in (the transmission links are not perfectly measurable. Furthermore, the type of known devices Iden lack,
@that because of the finite beam path of the Mäkoskopobjs positional and adjustment errors l the tilting axis of the tilting mirror connected to the sensing finger, the accuracy of the measurement considerably impaired.
In addition to these well-known Visler microscopes, telescopes are known for measuring distances and for comparative measurements with oil-mechanical scanning, which serve to enlarge the display of the difference in size between the test specimen and a standard.
A device called an optical precision probe which is designed as an autocollimation telescope with a geometrical field of view subdivision consists of:
consisting of an eyepiece, a collimator reticle and a telescope lens, on (the tube of which is a stylus that can be displaced in the direction of the optical axis of the telescope lens and moves a tiltable autocollimation mirror.
The collimator reticle arranged in the image plane of the eyepiece contains a graduated scale in one half that forms the field of vision of the collimator and the field of view of the telescope in the other
forming half a through. With the axial displacement of the stylus, the mirror tilts (the scale division in the image plane of the gravel eyepiece:
shown offset from the fixed line mark and enlarged. Since the scale division is directly numbered in the length values of the stylus displacement, the tilting of the mirror corresponding to the size of the stylus stroke or the differences in dimensions,
of the test specimen against the standard corresponding values in an optical image over the (area of the scale graduation l directly readable and measurable.
The scale division is shifted to infinity by the telescope objective so that positional errors of the tilt axis of the mirror to the objective have no influence on the measuring accuracy.
In spite of this design, which is more advantageous than the known sighting microscopes, such optical precision sensors also have serious disadvantages, Ida would be designed as independent structural units and not without major modifications.
Can be attached to existing optical equipment and, due to the only iaxially displaceable stylus #, also not for performing internal measurements:
are suitable. It is also disadvantageous that an additional device is required for optical scanning of a test object, with changing the probe devices used in each case causing cumbersome and time-consuming adjustment work.
To eliminate these shortcomings and disadvantages, the invention was therefore based on the object of creating a sighting microscope which, during the mechanical scanning of a test object in the optical image, allows direct measurement over the range of a scale division and which also is suitable for inside measurements and
The accuracy of the measurement is not impaired by the bearing and adjustment errors of an optical element, in particular of the tilting mirror coupled to the optical probe finger.
A solution to the task at hand that satisfies the needs in practice arises from the fact that the removable microscope objective, the sighting microscope, can be pivoted by a telescope objective and a telescope objective perpendicular to the optical axis,
an existing additional device can be replaced by a measuring lever that carries a tilting mirror that works together with a fixedly arranged autocollimation mirror and that can be inserted together with the eyepiece of the sighting microscope and one instead of the reference reticle,
with a scale graduation and a line mark, a collimator reticle that forms an optical fine probe whose measuring lever deflections can be read and measured directly in the optical image by means of the line mark shown offset from the fixed scale graduation.
It is advantageous if, in order to carry out measurements in right-angled coordinate devices, the additional device and the collimator reticle are arranged to be rotatable about their optical axes and in working positions offset by 90 to one another:
The collimator reticle, which is arranged on a rotatable support body, can be illuminated by only one stationary light source in both working positions with the help of two deflecting prisms connected one behind the other in each lighting beam path, two of which are on the rotatable support body and two are permanently arranged.
For a more detailed explanation of the invention is in; the Fi.g. 1 to 4: The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention for the case of mechanical scanning of a test object, schematically, e.g.
Partly shown in section, namely: Fig. 1 is a side view, Fig. 2 is a front view, Fig. 3 is an enlarged view,
the collimator reticle and the deflection prism in one beam path and FIG. 4 shows a representation according to FIG. 3, rotated by 90, in the other beam path.
The foot of a sighting microscope is designated with 1, on which a measuring slide 2 serving to support a test object 2 'is displaceably arranged. A support arm 4 is pivotably mounted on a hinge pin 3, on which a housing 5 is arranged so as to be adjustable and serves to accommodate the opto-mechanical sensing device.
The optical touch device consists of an eyepiece 6, a reference reticle (not shown in the drawing) that can be inserted in an opening behind the eyepiece and a microscope objective which is also not shown.
For mechanical scanning of a test object, the comparison line plate can be replaced by a collimator line plate 7 and the microscope objective can be replaced by an additional device 12. The collimator reticle contains a reticle 9 arranged on a set of prisms 8 cemented to form a plane-parallel glass sheet and a reticle 11 provided with a scale 10.
The additional device 12 consists of a telescope objective 13 and an autocollimation mirror 15 fixed to its tube 14, which cooperates with a tilting mirror 17 mounted on a pivotable measuring lever 16, the tilting axis 18 of which, the optical axis of the telescope objective 13, is arranged vertically.
In this way, the additional device 12, together with the collimator plate 7 and the eyepiece 6; of the sighting microscope, forms an optical precision probe, whose measuring lever deflections with the help of the tilting mirror 17 and the autocollimation mirror 15, by ,
the telescope objective 13 in the image plane of the eyepiece 6 shows the fixed scale graduation 10 offset image 9 'in the line mark 9 enlarged,
are made. Since the scale division 10 is numbered according to the length values of the measuring lever deflections, the dimensional deviations of a test object are, by means of, the deflections of the measuring lever 16 from the zero position, in which the line mark 9 exactly, to the zero line,
the scale division 10 is mapped, directly readable and measurable in the optical image. A vis! Ermicroscope of the same design, the beam path of which is bent by 90 ° by a reflection prism 19 for the purpose of convenient handling,
.therefore, by simply exchanging only two completely adjusted units, it allows optical scanning of a test item as well as use as a mechanical sensing device in the form of an optical fine probe;
which is suitable as a zero indicator and for directly readable and measurable external and internal measurements in the range of the 10 scale division.
As a result of the parallel beam path that prevails between the telescope robot 13 and the autocollmation mirror 15 , position and adjustment errors of the tilt axis 18 in the direction of the optical axis have no influence on the measurement accuracy , the dimensional differences,
of the test specimen corresponding displacement of the line mark image 9 'designed in the ocular image plane is only dependent on the size of the tilting mirror 17 caused by the measuring lever 16.
For measurement in two right-angled coordinate directions, the additional device 12 is around the optical axis of the telescope objective 13 and the collimator reticle 7 is around the optical axis of the eyepiece,
6 rotatably arranged around in Aden associated working positions snap-in. The Kolliana- reticulation plate 7 is arranged on a support body 20 which is rotatably mounted on a fixed bushing 21.
In both working positions, the Kollmatonstichplatte 7 is fixed with only one .located light source 22 via a condenser 23 through a diaphragm opening 24 and a permanently installed lighting prism 25 with the help of two;
i in each lighting beam path, one behind the other, arranged in a row and offset from one another, deflecting prisms 26, 27 and 26 ', 27' ib: illuminable, of which the deflecting prisms 26 and 26 'are on dome-rotatable support bodies 20 and i the Umle, nk prisms 27 and 27 'are arranged on the socket 21.
In idem one from (Fig. 3 of the drawing visible illumination beam path: the lighting: the collimator reticle 7 via the movable with the rotatable support body 20 prism 26 and Idas .an fixedly arranged prism 27 on the socket 21. In;
In the same way, the arrangement of the two other deflecting prisms 26 ′ and 2 7 shown in the other illumination beam path in FIG. 4 of the drawing is provided. The change in the measuring force direction required for the measurement in the other
