Device for tensioning sieve and filter fabrics The present invention relates to a device for tensioning sieve and filter fabrics.
Such tissues can only be used when tensioned up to a certain wire size. Tensioning is an old technology problem. Originally, the tissue parts to be tensioned were provided with reinforcements at the edges with perforations. The clamping devices, mostly in the form of screws, engaged in these perforations. Even today, a large part of the sieve apparatus is set up for this cumbersome form of clamping.
In the last few decades the so-called sieve fold has become established in various designs. These are essentially sheet-metal strips that are shaped so that tissue to be tensioned can be inserted into them or attached to them. The bent end of these folds is then placed in the sieve apparatus and used there for tensioning with the aid of screws or springs which transfer the tension to the actual sieve or filter field.
If a filter or sieve mesh is to work properly and, in addition, the longest service life is to be achieved, a very specific calculable voltage is necessary. Attempts have hitherto been made to apply these clamping forces, which are already in the range of several 1000 kg for normal screen widths, by hydraulic systems, and it has also been proposed to fill hoses with compressed gas for this purpose.
These constructions inevitably resulted in very high pressures, which in hydraulic or pneumatic systems in a machine running at high speeds led to sealing inaccuracies and thus to operational problems.
To avoid the high clamping pressures, it has already been proposed to lock the screen mesh at the ends and then to push the cross connections that divide the screen field and are on stock for the fabric, upwards. Up to now, however, there has been no suitable clamping device for this theoretically correct knowledge.
The device according to the invention is characterized by elastic, pressurizable means under internal pressure, on a part. their outer surface supported by stable profiles clamping hollow bodies, which are arranged so that the clamping pressure of one part of the body acts in the direction of the normal to the screen or filter fabric and the clamping pressure of the other part of the body acts in the direction of the screen plane.
Below are based on the drawing from exemplary embodiments of the subject invention be written.
Fig.l shows a single support and clamping device according to the section line II-II in Fig. 2, Fig.2 shows the same clamping device according to the section line II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a section through a carrier rail with ne lying therein Clamping hollow body and hollow pressure transmission rail,
Fig. 4 shows a section through a support rail ne with clamping hollow body, which is partially wrapped by a protective and compensating rail, Fig. <I> 5s ,, </I> 5b and 5c show schematically the function of a display, signal and disconnection device, Fig. 6 shows a section through part of a clamping device for clamping in:
Direction of the sieve plane along the line IH -IH in Fig. 7, Fig. 7 shows a section along the line IV-IV in Fig. 6, Fig. 8 shows a section through a Spannvor direction with an intermediate strip attached between the support strip and the hollow body, and FIG. 9 shows the top view of a screening machine with built-in clamping hollow bodies and a central pressure line.
The device for tensioning sieve and Fil tergeweben is placed between the lateral Limitations 4 and 5 of the sieve or filter apparatus, where it is advantageous to use the existing within the construction supports (Fig. 1 and 2). In order to protect the actual clamping hollow body and equalize cross waves in the screen or filter fabric, a protective and compensating rail 1 is arranged, which is on the one hand on the screen fabric 2 and on the other hand on the actual clamping hollow body 3.
The clamping hollow body 3 with its end closures 6ra and 6b directly adjoins the lateral boundaries 4 and 5. The end piece 6b is equipped with a valve tube 7, which does not differ from a normal car valve. The end closures 6a and 6b are teardrop-shaped on the side facing the interior of the hollow body.
This training creates an additional seal, since the internal pressure, acting on the lips 8, presses the end closures against the inner surface of the clamping hollow body 3.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it may be expedient to design the stiffening supports 9 in a U-shape within the screening machine. Possibly. Differences in height can be compensated for by pieces of lining 10, for example made of wood.
In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the U-shaped stiffening girder 9a or 9b is angular. The compensating rail la in FIG. 3 completely encloses the clamping hollow body 3a, while in FIG. 4 the compensating rail 1b only partially encompasses the clamping hollow body 3b. The embodiment according to FIG. 3 has the advantage of being easier to replace as a complete unit,
formed from parts la and 3a, for themselves if the unit is always replaced as a whole. The embodiment according to FIG. 4 allows the compensation rail 1b to be replaced separately without the clamping hollow body 3b also having to be replaced.
While the tensioning of sieve fabrics and the assessment of the tensioning state was previously dependent on the pure eye check and the unreliable check by hand by pressing or knocking, the reue tensioning system here allows an electrical or pneumatic control.
FIGS. 5a to 5c show the operating states and the functions resulting from them. In Fig. 5a, the measuring device 11 is controlled via the line 12 by the internal pressure of the clamping hollow body 3 GE. The full circle shows the normal state. The dashed circle indicates an inadmissible overpressure.
The device then closes the electrical contact, indicated by plus and minus pointers, and emits an acoustic and possibly also an optical signal via a normal electrical alarm clock, which is also made audible and visible in the usual way at a central monitoring point by remote line can be.
In FIG. 5b, the designations <B> 11 </B> and 12 correspond to the functions in FIG. 5a. There is 3 normal state in the clamping hollow body.
In Fig. 5c, the clamping pressure is also transmitted through the line 12 to the measuring device 11 from; There is a risk of the screen fabric fluttering as a result of insufficient tension. The measuring device closes another electrical contact and also emits an optical or acoustic signal so that the anomaly in the operating state is eliminated.
A major problem with tensioning screen and filter fabrics is the simultaneous tensioning and fastening of the entire fabric. This Pro problem can only be solved if both of the support beams, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, and of the two ends of the Ge fabric and the screening machine, stretched simultaneously. This problem can be solved by
by doing. 6 and 7, the ends of the screen fabric in a so-called fold 13, which differs from the design be known folds, is attached .. Between the fold 13 and the support bar 14 attached to the sieve machine structure itself via the angle 18 is a clamping hollow body arranged similarly to the previously described hollow bodies 3.
The support strip 14 is shaped such that it partially surrounds the angle 18 and has a part-circular recess on the receiving side for the clamping hollow body 3. In addition, the support strip 14 has a recess 14a in the lower part, in which the end part 13ca of the clamping field 13 can slide. With the help of this construction it is possible to exert a pull Z on the screen fabric 2 in the direction of the screen plane via the valve 7 by letting in compressed gas.
This means that the entire screen mesh can be tensioned completely evenly and evenly in just a few seconds.
It has furthermore proven to be expedient to give the support strip 19 a shape according to FIG. 8, which allows the arrangement of a strip 15, which is advantageously made of elastic active substance, for receiving the clamping hollow body. This design is advantageous because the adhesion of the elastic material of the clamping hollow body 3 on the elastic rule's strip 15 is particularly good. This adhesion must be careful so that the screen fabric 2 cannot exercise its own movements over the fold 13 during the oscillating stress caused by the screening machine.
Another means of preventing such natural vibrations of the fold is a sliding strip 17 for the end part 13a of the clamping fold 13. Finally, it is possible to use an elastic binding agent 16 to form a particularly strong, vibration-resistant association between the elastic strip 15 and the clamping hollow body 3 to glue.
In addition to compressed gases and liquids, the elastic, organic or synthetic compounds known per se can also be used as pressure media.
9 shows, in a clear representation, deliberately omitting the screen fabric 2, a screening machine which is equipped with the device according to the invention.
On the two central beams clamping hollow bodies 3 with the rails 1 are angeord net and the two clamping folds 13 at the ends of the screen fabric 2 are equipped with the device according to FIGS. 6 to 8, so that the overall arrangement via the line 19 and the valve 20 can be placed evenly and simultaneously under clamping pressure. It is of course also possible to put the clamping hollow bodies individually under pressure via individual valves 20a to 20c.
The tensioning device described allows for the first time to tension screen mesh, according to the scientific knowledge about a uniform and high tension pressure in the screen mesh, which is necessary for its proper function and a long service life of the fabric. For the first time, it also allows the voltage to be properly measured, checked and anomalies in the operating state to be checked electrically.
The practical effectiveness of the device is shown, among other things, in the fact that over long tests the service life of the sieve mesh has been increased by 300 to 500%.
