Objective with telecentric beam path and an imaging ratio of 1: 1 In metrology, the requirement often arises to make an imaging in the telecentric beam path with an imaging ratio of 1: 1, whereby the imaging should be largely distortion-free and coma-free.
In addition, the astigmatism and the field curvature should be well corrected for large aperture ratios and image field sizes. So far, this requirement has been met by providing an objective which had at least six lenses.
In order to reduce this great effort, an objective has already been specified which consists only of a refractive and a reflective member. In this known lens, the refractive element consists of a planoconvex lens whose convex surface faces the reflective element.
The centers of curvature of both the convex surface of the refractive member and the reflective member coincide at the center of the planar surface of the refractive member. Furthermore, the distance between the refractive and the reflective member is chosen to be equal to the focal length of the breaking member.
From these two conditions it can be seen that the known lens described provides an image on a scale of 1: 1, with both the image plane and the object plane being identical to the plane surface of the refractive member.
The fact that the plane of the image and the object lie on the plane of the refractive link makes this lens unusable for metrological purposes.
It is the object of the invention to provide a telecentric lens for measuring purposes with a picture ratio of 1: 1, which has an equally good state of correction as the known constructions consisting of six lenses, but is less expensive and at the same time image and object plane have a non-zero distance from the system.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the objective consists of a refractive and a reflective member, that the refractive member has at least two lenses, and that the image-side focal point of the refractive member in the apex of the reflective member and the center of curvature of the reflective member lies in the image drawn by the breaking link.
With this arrangement one obtains a completely distortion-free and coma-free image on a scale ratio 1: 1, and the astigmatism and the field curvature can also be achieved without a great deal of effort on the refractive element correct.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows the basic structure of the objective, FIG. 2 shows a special embodiment.
In Fig. 1, a mirror 1 is provided between the object G and the refractive member L, which deflects the light beams reflected on the mirror Sp and again penetrating the lens L perpendicular to the optical axis, so that an image B is ent.
The lens L has a focal length f. The vertex of the mirror Sp lies at the rear focal point Fi of the lens L. The lens L generates a virtual image G 'of the object.
The center of curvature M of the mirror Sp lies at the location of this image. From the rays drawn in, it can be seen that the imaging beam path is telecentric and that the imaging ratio is 1: 1.
According to FIG. 2, the refractive element consists of the two lenses L and L2. The reflective element Sp is connected downstream of these lenses. A prism P for beam splitting is provided between the object G and the lens L. The radii of the prism, the lenses and the mirror are designated with r1 to r7, the vertex distances with d. The values for d and r can be taken from the table below.
In this table, the refractive indices related to the red hydrogen line C are denoted by no, to the yellow helium line d by nd and to the blue hydrogen line F by np.
The sizes in the table below should not be more than 0,5: f in the curvature k, and no more than d in the vertex distance + 0.2 - f to - 0.1 - f, üi of the refractive index n do not deviate by more than 0.1 from the values given in the table. The specified tolerances also apply to the prism. It can be seen that the thickness of the prism can also be zero, so it need not be provided.
Within the specified tolerance range, the radii r4 and r5 can also be selected so that they are the same, and further that the distance d4 = 0. In this case, the lenses L1 and L2 can be cemented together.
