Talon de chaussure La présente invention a pour objet un talon de chaussure présentant dans sa face antérieure un évi dement qui, sur au moins une partie de sa profon deur, est de largeur décroissante de l'arrière à l'avant, afin qu'il puisse retenir une saillie correspon dante d'une semelle.
On connaît déjà de tels talons de chaussure. Ce pendant, dans les talons connus, l'évidement est pra tiqué sur toute la hauteur du talon, en sorte que le bord antérieur de leur surface inférieure a un con tour irrégulier et inhabituel. Cette particularité est à l'origine de divers inconvénients. En particulier, la pièce d'usure de cuir ou de caoutchouc dite bon bout n que l'on fixe sur la surface inférieure du talon doit être conformée spécialement de manière à cor respondre au contour de cette face, ce qui complique l'approvisionnement des cordonniers.
En vue d'obvier à ces inconvénients, le talon qui fait l'objet de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que ledit évidement s'étend verticalement jusqu'à la face supérieure du talon, afin que ladite saillie de la se melle puisse être engagée dans ledit évidement, mais pas jusqu'à sa face inférieure.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du talon faisant l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective de ce talon. La fig. 2 est une vue en perspective d'une partie d'une semelle.
Comme représenté à la fig. 1, le talon présente un contour habituel en forme de U en plan et le côté 1 destiné à être dirigé vers la semelle du soulier, est légèrement concave. Le talon est en une pièce par opposition à la construction habituelle formée de plusieurs couches. Il comporte un trou central 2 le traversant à partir de la partie supérieure jusqu'au fond, des traverses 3 de support étant disposées à l'intérieur de ce trou. Une telle construction permet de réduire au minimum le poids du talon et utilise moins de matière qu'un talon plein tout en mainte nant sensiblement la même rigidité et la même ré sistance qu'un tel talon plein.
A l'intersection des traverses 3 se trouve un bos sage central plein 4 dans lequel une vis ou une fiche de fixation peut être retenue pour la fixation du talon au soulier.
Le côté du talon 5 peut présenter des marques pour simuler l'apparence d'un talon de fabrication conventionnelle.
La surface supérieure 6 du talon présente un en foncement 7 de faible profondeur s'ouvrant à la fois vers le haut et vers le côté 1 du talon, l'enfoncement 7 étant formé pour recevoir une partie coopérante 8 d'une semelle 9 (fig. 2) et s'emboîter avec cette partie. Dans ce but, il présente des entailles latérales en forme de U fournissant par là des parties d'emboîte ment 10. La partie coopérante 8 de la semelle a la même épaisseur que la profondeur de l'enfoncement 7 et peut être fixée dans celui-ci par un adhésif pour former une unité complète d'une semelle avec talon.
Les bords du talon et de la semelle sont finis avant de les assembler pour être ajustés sur un sou lier, l'unité complète du talon avec la semelle ayant ainsi les dimensions correctes pour le soulier particu lier envisagé. Cette unité peut alors être fixée au sou lier par un adhésif et/ou peut être clouée sur celui-ci de la manière habituelle. Une sécurité supplémentaire peut être fournie en insérant une vis ou fiche depuis l'intérieur du soulier dans le bossage 4 au centre du talon.
Finalement, une pièce de cuir, de caoutchouc ou analogue, peut être fixée sur la surface inférieure du talon qui n'est pas visible sur le dessin, cette pièce venant à fleur avec cette surface.
Un tel talon peut être fabriqué, par exemple, à partir de polystyrène pour lequel des adhésifs per manents sont utilisables, mais il peut également être fabriqué à partir d'autres matières variées, telles que du caoutchouc, du polythène ou du polypropylène.
Dans une variante, pour réduire le poids du talon, on- peut ménager plusieurs petits trous au lieu d'un seul grand trou supporté par des traverses telles que représentées en 3. De plus, la forme des parties d'emboitement de la semelle et du talon peut, par exemple, être en queue d'aronde.

As shown in fig. 1, the heel has a usual contour in the shape of a U in plan and the side 1 intended to be directed towards the sole of the shoe, is slightly concave. The heel is one piece as opposed to the usual multi-layered construction. It has a central hole 2 passing through it from the upper part to the bottom, support crosspieces 3 being placed inside this hole. Such a construction allows the weight of the heel to be reduced to a minimum and uses less material than a full heel while maintaining substantially the same rigidity and the same strength as such a full heel.
At the intersection of the crosspieces 3 is a solid central bos sage 4 in which a screw or a fixing plug can be retained for fixing the heel to the shoe.
The side of the heel 5 may have markings to simulate the appearance of a conventionally manufactured heel.
The upper surface 6 of the heel has a shallow recess 7 opening both upwards and towards the side 1 of the heel, the depression 7 being formed to receive a cooperating part 8 of a sole 9 (fig. . 2) and interlock with this part. For this purpose, it has lateral U-shaped notches thereby providing interlocking parts 10. The cooperating part 8 of the sole has the same thickness as the depth of the recess 7 and can be fixed therein. ci by an adhesive to form a complete unit of a sole with heel.
The edges of the heel and sole are finished before they are assembled to fit over a shoe, the complete unit of the heel with the sole thus having the correct dimensions for the particular shoe envisaged. This unit can then be attached to the shank by adhesive and / or can be nailed to it in the usual manner. Additional security can be provided by inserting a screw or plug from inside the shoe into boss 4 in the center of the heel.
Finally, a piece of leather, rubber or the like can be attached to the lower surface of the heel which is not visible in the drawing, this piece being flush with this surface.
Such a bead can be made, for example, from polystyrene for which permanent adhesives are useful, but it can also be made from various other materials, such as rubber, polythene or polypropylene.
In a variant, in order to reduce the weight of the heel, it is possible to provide several small holes instead of a single large hole supported by crossbars as shown at 3. In addition, the shape of the interlocking parts of the sole and of the heel can, for example, be dovetailed.
