Nachschubvorrichtung an Regalen Beim Bau von Gestellen, insbesondere für Klein packungen in Läden oder Kiosken, ist es vorteilhaft, die Regale mit Fächern zu versehen, die jeder Art von Kleinpackungen angepasst werden können, wobei nach Wegnahme des vorderen Stückes automatisch ein Nachschub der Packungen erfolgt.
Es sind bereits verschiedene Regalordner mit automatischem Nachschub bekannt. Entweder sind die Tablare mit den Fächern so steil angeordnet, dass die Packungen von selbst nachrutschen, even tuell ist hinter der letzten Packung eine Belastungs rolle angeordnet, die den Nachschub fördert. Automa tischen Nachschub erhält man durch eine Feder, die nahe der Vorderkante befestigt, unterhalb des Warenstapels nach hinten gezogen und hinter diesem aufgerollt ist. Bei jeder Wegnahme einer Packung rollt sich die Feder - wie die bekannten Rollmeter auf und presst gegen die hinterste Packung, so den Nachschub bewerkstelligend.
Die erfindungsgemässe Nachschubvorrichtung an Regalen aus Tablaren mit hinterem Anschlag zeich net sich aus durch eine zentrisch wirkende Spiral- blattfeder, deren beide Enden mit Endplatten ver sehen sind und einerseits am hinteren Anschlag, anderseits an der auf dem Tablar gestapelten Ware anliegen, so diese nach vorn schiebend.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Beispiel des Erfin dungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Regals mit Nach schubvorrichtung, Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht auf ein Regal, Fig. 3 und 4 sowie 5 und 6 je zwei Ansichten der beiden Endplatten.
Das Tablar 1 des Regals ist durch die Unter teiler 2 in einzelne Fächer 3 für je einen Stapel aus gleichartigen Einzelpackungen 4 aufgeteilt. Zwischen dem hinteren Anschlag 5 des Tablars 1 und dem Stapel aus den Einzelpackungen 4 befindet sich das Nachschuborgan. Dieses besteht aus der zentrisch wirkenden Spiralblattfeder 6, die sich zwischen den beiden Endplatten 7 und 8 befindet.
An der End platte 7 ist das Gehäuse 9 angeordnet, in welchem die zusammengepresste Feder 6 Platz hat, wobei die andere Endplatte 8 den Abschluss bildet und der Kopf 10 des Stiftes 11 hinter der Öffnung 12 der Endplatte als Verriegelungsorgan wirkt. In diesem Zustand ist das Nachschuborgan für den Versand und die Lagerung geeignet. Das Nachschuborgan ist also von der Form des Regals resp. des Tablars und der gestapelten Ware unabhängig und kann überall dort Verwendung finden, wo von einem An schlag aus eine Pressung erfolgen soll.
Der Unterteiler 2 ist aus drei senkrecht aufein ander stehenden, durchsichtigen Kunststoffplatten 13, 14 und 15 zusammengesetzt. Bei eingesetztem Un terteiler liegt die Platte 13 quer auf dem Tablar auf, während die Platte 14 die seitliche Begrenzung der Fächer 3 darstellt. Den vorderen Abschluss des Un terteiles und damit auch des Faches des Tablars bil det die Platte 15, die die Platte 13 beidseitig über ragt. Nebst dem Abschluss dient die Platte 15 auch noch der Befestigung des Unterteilers 2, indem sie in die Nute 16 des Tablars eingeschoben ist. Nahe der vorderen Platte 15 befindet sich auf der Platte 13 eine keilförmige Erhöhung 17.
Entsprechend der Breite der Einzelpackungen 4 werden die Unterteiler 2 seitlich verschoben, bis die gewünschte Fachbreite erreicht ist. Daraufhin kann, jedes Fach mit einem Packungsstapel gefüllt werden. Dahinter wird das Nachschuborgan einge setzt. Durch die Leitkurve der Erhöhung 17 auf der Platte 13 bedingt, überragt die vorderste Packung den Stapel und kann leicht gefasst werden. Nach der Wegnahme dieser Packung erfolgt automatisch ein Nachschub des Stapels, bis die nächste Packung an der Platte 15 anschlägt.
Die am Rand des Tablars angeordneten Unter teiler können eine andere Ausführungsform haben. Als hinterer Anschlag für das Nachschuborgan kann eine Nut, in die die Endplatte eingreift, oder eine Abschlusswand angeordnet sein.
Die vordere Abdeckwand 18 ist funktionell für die Nachschubvorrichtung nicht massgebend und könnte weggelassen werden.
Der Vorteil der Nachschubvorrichtung liegt da rin, dass das Nachschuborgan unabhängig vom Tab lar und vom Unterteiler ist und überall angebracht werden kann.

Automatic replenishment is obtained by a spring that is attached near the front edge, pulled back below the stack of goods and rolled up behind it. Every time a pack is removed, the spring rolls up - like the well-known roll meter - and presses against the rearmost pack, thus creating the replenishment.
The inventive replenishment device on shelves made of trays with a rear stop is characterized by a centrally acting spiral leaf spring, both ends of which are provided with end plates and on the one hand on the rear stop and on the other hand on the goods stacked on the tray, so this forward pushing.
In the drawing, an example of the subject of the invention is shown. It shows Fig. 1 is a side view of a shelf with after pushing device, Fig. 2 is a front view of a shelf, Fig. 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 are two views of the two end plates.
The shelf 1 of the shelf is divided by the lower divider 2 into individual compartments 3 for a stack of identical individual packs 4 each. The supply member is located between the rear stop 5 of the tray 1 and the stack of the individual packs 4. This consists of the centrally acting spiral leaf spring 6, which is located between the two end plates 7 and 8.
On the end plate 7, the housing 9 is arranged, in which the compressed spring 6 has space, the other end plate 8 forming the end and the head 10 of the pin 11 behind the opening 12 of the end plate acts as a locking member. In this state, the supply organ is suitable for shipping and storage. The supply organ is therefore of the shape of the shelf, respectively. of the tray and the stacked goods independently and can be used anywhere where a press is to be made from a stop.
The divider 2 is composed of three transparent plastic plates 13, 14 and 15 which are perpendicular to one another. When the Un divider is used, the plate 13 rests across the tray, while the plate 14 represents the lateral boundary of the compartments 3. The front end of the lower part and thus also the compartment of the tray bil det the plate 15, which the plate 13 protrudes on both sides. In addition to the termination, the plate 15 also serves to fasten the lower divider 2 by being pushed into the groove 16 of the shelf. A wedge-shaped elevation 17 is located on the plate 13 near the front plate 15.
According to the width of the individual packs 4, the dividers 2 are shifted laterally until the desired compartment width is reached. Then each compartment can be filled with a stack of packs. The supply organ is used behind this. Due to the guide curve of the elevation 17 on the plate 13, the foremost pack protrudes beyond the stack and can be easily grasped. After this pack has been removed, the stack is automatically replenished until the next pack hits the plate 15.
The arranged on the edge of the tray sub divider can have a different embodiment. A groove into which the end plate engages or an end wall can be arranged as a rear stop for the feed member.
The front cover wall 18 is not functionally relevant for the replenishment device and could be omitted.
The advantage of the supply device is that the supply unit is independent of the table and the divider and can be attached anywhere.
