Description
Carrying containers for six, eight or ten uniform objects and method for their manufacture
The subject of the present invention is a carrier for six, eight or ten uniform objects, in which four outer side walls have upper attachment parts with which an unfolded double longitudinal center wall and between this and each longitudinal side wall two partition walls are connected by fold lines, the whole thing in such a way that six compartments are formed for the accommodation of objects. This carrier is characterized by a simple, solid construction and it enables the storage and comfortable carrying of six, eight or ten uniform objects at the same time, e.g. B. bottles, cans or the like. Advantageously, the double longitudinal center wall for carrying the container on a handle opening.
The carrier according to the invention can be produced in a simple manner according to the method which is also the subject of the invention in that a blank consisting of one piece, having fold and cut lines, is folded over and glued along a strip, so that a double-walled, flat, stackable structure is created, from which the carrier is produced by folding or folding.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing and the manufacturing method is explained below with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a blank for the production of a carrier,
Fig. 2 is a flat, double-walled structure glued at one point, created from the blank,
Figure 3 is a perspective view of the finished carrier made from the structure of Figure 2;
Fig. 4 is an end view of Fig. 3 on a smaller scale, and
FIG. 5 is a plan view of FIG. 3 on a larger scale.
In Fig. 1, two parts are designated by la and lb, which together form the front longitudinal side wall 1 of the container. With 2 the rear longitudinal side wall is designated and 3 and 4 are the two narrow side walls. These side walls 1 to 4 are connected to one another by fold lines 5, 6, 7 and 8, and a front longitudinal center wall 9 and a rear longitudinal center wall 10 are provided above them. The front longitudinal side wall 1 has an upper attachment part 1c which is connected by a fold line 11 to an intermediate wall 12, which in turn is connected to the front longitudinal center wall 9 by a fold line 13.
Furthermore, the attachment part 1c is connected above the part 1b of the longitudinal side wall 1 by a fold line 14 to an intermediate wall 15, which in turn is connected by a fold line 16 to a connecting wall 17, which is also connected to the rear longitudinal center wall 10 by a fold line 18. An upper attachment part 2a of the rear longitudinal side wall 2 is also connected by a fold line 19 to an intermediate wall 20, which is connected to the rear longitudinal center wall 10 by a fold line 21. The extension part 2a is connected on the other side by a fold line 22 to an intermediate wall 23, which is connected by a fold line 24 to a connecting wall 25, which in turn is connected by a fold line 26 to the front longitudinal center wall 9 and by a fold line 27 to an upper extension part the narrow side wall 3 is connected.
In addition, an upper attachment part of the narrow side wall 4 is connected to the rear longitudinal center wall 10 by a fold line 28.
The front longitudinal center wall 9 is provided with a handle opening 29 and the rear longitudinal center wall 10 has a matching handle opening 30 in which there is a corresponding tab 31 which is connected to the wall 10 by means of a fold line 32 so that it can be folded over.
Furthermore, bottom parts 33-37 are attached to the bottom of the side walls 1 to 4, by means of which the bottom of the container can be formed in a known manner.
In order to produce a carrier from the blank shown in FIG. 1, first of all the part 1b, the partition 15 and the bottom part 37 are folded over around the fold line 8 and 16 inwards into the position shown in phantom in FIG. An adhesive strip 38 is then applied to the rear longitudinal center wall 10 and the parts 1b and 37. Furthermore, the parts 9, 1c and 33 are provided with a corresponding adhesive strip 39. Now all the parts to the left of the fold line 6 and 24 are folded over around these fold lines from the position shown in FIG. 1 into the position according to FIG. The adhesive strip 39 comes to rest on the adhesive strip 38 and the relevant parts are glued along these strips.
This creates the double-walled, flat, stackable structure shown in FIG. 2, from which the finished carrier can be made by folding the side walls 3 and 4 around the fold lines 26, 27 and 18, 28 and the intermediate walls and connecting walls and the base parts 33-37 Fig. 3-5 can be generated. The two longitudinal center walls 9 and 10 lie on top of one another and form a double longitudinal center wall. The flap 31 of the wall 10 can be folded over around the fold line through the handle opening 29 of the wall 9 and makes it easier to carry the container. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the carrier described has six compartments, all of which are of the same size and each serve to hold a bottle, can or the like.
The carrier could also be designed so that the middle compartment on each side of the double longitudinal center wall is larger than the two outer compartments. It could then be accommodated in each middle compartment two bottles or cans and in the outer compartments one bottle or can, a total of eight bottles or cans in the carrier. Furthermore, the carrier could be designed so that the two outer compartments on each side of the double longitudinal center wall are larger than the middle compartment. In this case, a bottle or can in each middle compartment and two bottles or cans in each of the outer compartments, a total of ten bottles or cans, could be accommodated in the carrier.
The bottom of the container could also be designed in other known ways.
