Clip with needle flap for fabric tensioning and drying machines which can be swiveled up for non-use. The invention relates to a clip with a clip flap mounted as a pendulum above the table and a needle flap for fabric tensioning and drying machines that can be pivoted up for non-use.
In the known clips of this type, clip and needle flap have a common bearing place on the clip frame. If the needle valve is in the inoperative position, its needle bar is high above the clip frame in the open air and is not only annoying, but also easily gives rise to accidents. For these reasons, the needle valve has already been kept shorter than the valve flap, but this means that the plane of the fabric web when the needle valve is used is different from that when the valve valve is used.
To counter these disadvantages is the purpose of the invention, which is that the needle valve is mounted on the flap valve.
The bearing point of the needle valve is advantageously located approximately at the lower end of the clip valve.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 the clip when the clip flap is used, FIG. 2 the clip when the needle flap is used, and FIG. 3 shows a section to FIG.
The clip frame 1, representing a chain link, has the table 2 and a bearing point 3 provided over the latter for the clip flap 4 designed as a pendulum Push-button roller 6 loosely rotatably mounted, for which the table 2 has a recess 7 (Fig. 3).
The needle valve 8 with the needle bar 9 is mounted on the valve valve 4, advantageously at the lower end thereof. In the illustrated example, the needle flap 8 and the feeler roller 6 have a common bearing point 10 on the flap flap 4.
When using the flap valve 4, the needle valve 8 is pivoted up (Fig. 1). The needle valve 8 is held in this position by means of a locking spring 11 on a projection 12 of the clip valve 4. On this there is a protective strip 13, which then covers the needle tips of the needle bar 9.
To use the needle valve 8, it is pivoted downwards (FIG. 2). Incidentally, the needle valve 8 is cranked and then rests with its cranked part on the front edge of the table 2. Due to its heavy weight, the needle valve 8 pivots the valve flap 4 backwards so that the clamping bar 5 is lifted from the table 2. In order to limit the movement of the needle valve 8 in the direction of the fabric web, the former is provided with a stop 14 which engages in the recess 7 of the table 2 (FIG. 3).
On the table 2 there is also a locking pin 16 under the action of a spring 15, which engages in a recess 17 on a projection 18 of the needle valve 8 when the needle valve 8 is used. In this way, the needle valve 8 is secured against unwanted pivoting up ge when unneeding the fabric web. The stops 19, 20 on the flap valve 4 and the needle valve 8 are used to control the use of the same.
