Fig. 1 den zur Herstellung des Flaschenträgers dienenden Zuschnitt;
Fig. 2 den aus dem Zuschnitt durch Aufklappen um den Bodenteil gebildeten Flaschenträger in perspektivischer Darstellung;
Bottle carrier
As a rule, the customer does not purchase a single bottle of various beverages, but rather buys a small supply of 4, 6 or more bottles in the store, especially beer or mineral water. To facilitate the transport of these bottles from the point of sale to the consumer, various types of bottle carriers made of cardboard or plastic are already known, but they are all bulky and assembled from complex blanks with clips or adhesives. They cannot be regarded as disposable or one-way packaging and make the goods to be transported excessively expensive.
The bottle carrier according to the present invention is intended to eliminate this disadvantage; It is formed from a single blank of rectangular basic shape, which is divided into a back section, a bottom section, a front section, a lid section and a front handle section by parallel transverse folds, and is characterized in that a longitudinal fold is perpendicular to the mentioned transverse folds in the longitudinal axis of the cut is provided, which halves the individual blank sections and is designed as a slot in the area of the bottom, front and cover section, with two identical handle openings in each case symmetrically to the longitudinal fold at the cut outer ends of the back section and the front handle section, and at least two openings for the cover section the bottle necks are punched out, the whole thing
that the bottle carrier can be formed from the blank by simply opening the bottom part on the one hand the back part, on the other hand the front part with the lid part and the front handle part and the bottle carrier can be used either in this form or folded around the longitudinal fold, in the latter case the Longitudinal fold halved parts of the back part lying against one another form a support center wall and the handle openings lie one on top of the other.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Show it:
1 shows the blank used to produce the bottle carrier;
2 shows the bottle carrier formed from the blank by opening it around the bottom part in a perspective illustration;
Fig. 3 shows the bottle carrier according to FIG. 2, folded around the longitudinal fold, also in a perspective view.
The rectangular blank of the bottle carrier shown in FIG. 1 is divided by parallel transverse folds la and b, 2a and b, 3a and b, 4 into a back part 5, a bottom part 6, a front part 7, a lid part 8 and a front handle part 9. Between the transverse folds la and b, the blank cardboard has a series of sickle-shaped cut-outs 10; an equal number of similar punchings 11 lies opposite the punchings 10 between the transverse folds 2a and 2b.
The sickle tips of both rows of holes are directed towards the bottom section 6. The cutouts 10 and 11 are exactly opposite each other in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the blank, the sickle radii of the cutouts and the longitudinal and transverse distances of the cutouts are chosen so that the ovals 12 indicated by dashed lines approximately correspond to the bottom surfaces of the bottles for which the carrier is intended . The number of sickle pairs 10, 11 facing one another corresponds to the number of bottles that the carrier has to take up.
In the longitudinal direction of the sickle pairs 10, 11 circular openings 13 for the bottle necks are punched out in the lid section 8. So that the lid part 8 can be more easily slipped over the bottle necks when the carrier is formed, these openings 13 have rectangular extensions 14 that extend towards the front handle part 9 and partially protrude into it. In the front handle part 9, two handle openings 15 of the same type are punched out symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the cut, and the back part 5 also has two corresponding handle openings 16 at its cut outer end.
When the bottle carrier is formed by opening the back section 5 around the transverse folds la and 1b and the front section 7 with the cover section 8 and the front handle part 9 around the transverse folds 2a and 2b, the two handle openings 15 coincide with the two handle openings 16, after the cover Part 8 has been brought into a horizontal position by buckling around the transverse folds 3a and 3b, and around the transverse fold 4 (Fig. 2).
The longitudinal fold running through the longitudinal axis of the blank is denoted by 17 and is designed as a slot 18 between the transverse fold la and the transverse fold 4.
The procedure for filling and forming the bottle carrier is as follows: The bottles are placed on the bottom part 6 of the unfolded blank according to FIG. 1, one bottle each between a pair of sickles 10, 11 on the ovals 12 indicated by dashed lines 5 around the transverse folds lb and la and the front part 7 folded up around the transverse folds 2a and 2b. The tabs of the sickle-shaped cut-outs 10 and 11, which are connected to the bottom part, enlarge the standing areas of the bottles, while the cutting strips lying between the cross-folds la and lb on the one hand and between the cross-folds 2a and 2b on the other hand, due to the sickle-shaped cut-outs, lay obliquely upwards of the curve of the bottle base.
Thereafter, the lid section 8 is bent around the transverse folds 3a and 3b, the rectangular extensions 14 allowing the bottle necks to pass through the circular punched-outs
13 facilitate. After the front handle part has now been bent back by the transverse fold 4, the two handle openings 15 cover each other with the two handle openings 16. The bottle carrier now has the shape shown in FIG. 2 and is thus, together with carriers of the same type, in rows and without causing significant loss of space, set in the larger crates of the beverage wholesaler.
When selling at retail, you pull the bottle carrier by the handle openings that are one above the other
15, 16 from the Grossharass and folds the two identical parts of the bottle carrier around the longitudinal fold
17 in such a way that the previous back section 5 becomes the central wall and the bottle carrier is shown as shown in FIG. 3. In this form, it is stable enough to ensure the safe transport of 4 bottles from the retail outlet to the consumer.
It is not absolutely necessary to duplicate the transverse folds 1 to 3, and the sickle-shaped cut-outs marked 10 and 11 can be unnecessary, provided the carrier is intended for square bottles that have no curves towards their bottom or towards the neck. If necessary, the punched-out areas 13 shown as being round can also be adapted to other bottle neck cross-sections.
In the drawing a bottle carrier for 4 bottles was shown; Of course, carriers for fewer or more bottles can also be produced according to the described principle of the invention.
