Description

  

      Transportbehälter    für Flaschen    Die Erfindung     betrifft    einen Transportbehälter für  Flaschen, z. B. Bier-, Wasserflaschen, oder derglei  chen.  



  Es sind Behälter aus Holz und Metall bekannt,  die mit einem Gitter für die Flascheneinteilung aus  gestattet sind. Die Benutzung solcher bekannter Me  tallbehälter ist mit grossem Geräusch verbunden und,  wie- die     Erfahrungen    zeigen, ein Bruch der eingesetz  ten Flaschen nicht selten. Um das Schlottern der  Flaschen zu verhindern, sind die Gitteröffnungen  dem Flaschendurchmesser gut angepasst, was jedoch  zur Folge hat, dass die Etiketten beim Einsetzen der  Flaschen sehr oft beschädigt werden, was diese unan  sehnlich macht. Auch ist es bei dem rauhen Betrieb  nicht zu vermeiden, dass sich die Gitterstege verbie  gen, das Einsetzen der Flaschen behindern oder un  möglich machen.

   Erschwerend ist auch das     verhält-          nismässig    grosse Gewicht der Behälter, das sich beim  Verladen nachteilig auswirkt, als tote Last mitge  schleppt wird und das Nutzgewicht der Ladung er  heblich mindert.  



  Zur Behebung der genannten Nachteile weist der  erfindungsgemässe Transportbehälter einen Kasten  aus bewehrtem Kunststoff auf und besitzt für die  Flascheneinteilung ein ortsfestes oder auswechselbares  Kunststoffgitter oder ist mit hochstehenden Dornen  ausgestattet, wobei sein oberer verbreiterter Winkel  rand eine Stapelung ermöglicht.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des  Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen       Fig.    1 den Flaschenkasten im Längsschnitt, links  mit Dornen-Einteilung, rechts mit Gitteranordnung ;       Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie     I-I    der       Fig.    1 ;       Fig.    3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     II-II    der       Fig.    2.         Fig.    4, 5 und 6 zeigen verschiedene Formen der  Haltedorne, während die       Fig.    7, 8 und 9 verschiedene Querschnitte der  Haltedorne veranschaulichen.  



  Der aus bewehrtem Kunststoff geschaffene Kasten  besitzt allseitig gebrochene Kanten und ist insbeson  dere an den Ecken stark abgerundet. Der Boden be  sitzt eine verstärkte Randeinfassung 1. Die obere  Kante 2 ist winklig nach aussen abgesetzt, so dass sich  zur Stapelung der Kästen aufeinander, der Boden  rand 1 des jeweils oberen Kastens in den Randwinkel  2 des unteren Kastens einsetzt. Die     Seitenflächen    sind  mit grossen Fenstern 3 versehen, einmal zur Ge  wichtsminderung, wie auch zur     Kenntlichmachung    des  Kasteninhaltes. Hochstehende Rippen 4 verstärken  die Wandungen, desgleichen horizontale     Rippungen     4a, insbesondere am Fensterrand.

   Sofern ein Kunst  stoffgitter 5 bzw. ein mit Kunststoff bezogenes Draht  gitter angeordnet ist, sind Rillen oder Nuten 6 vor  gesehen, in welche sich Stege des Gitters einsetzen  lassen, das sowohl fest montiert, verschweisst wie  auch auswechselbar sein kann. In letzterem Falle  sind Sicherungsmittel vorgesehen, um ein Heraus  rutschen zu vermeiden.  



  Anstelle des Gitters 5 sind für die Flaschenein  teilung auch hochstehende Dorne 7 vorgesehen, die  vorteilhaft mit zylindrischem Schaft und kegelförmi  ger oder domartiger Spitze 8 ausgestattet sind und  ortsfest, wie auch verschiebbar angeordnet sein kön  nen, um ihren Abstand untereinander dem verschie  denen Flaschendurchmesser anzupassen. Vorzugs  weise sind die Dorne 7, 8 hohl     gehalten    und stehen  in organischer Verbindung mit dem Kastenboden.  Die Form der Dorne ist dem     jeweiligen    Verwendungs  zweck entsprechend verschieden.  



  Letztere Ausführung begünstigt den Gebrauchs  zweck erheblich, das Einsetzen von Flaschen wird      erleichtert, da die Flaschen an der Domspitze     ent-          langgleiten    und in die vorgesehene Öffnung ohne  Beschädigung der Etiketten hineinrutschen können.  Die Anordnung der     Dorne    kann im gleichen     Press-          oder    Spritzvorgang der Kästen erfolgen, vorteilhaft  als Hohldorne. Wesentlich ist auch das Mindergewicht  des Kunststoffbehälters, das etwa     1/s    des bisherigen       Holz    oder Metallbehälters beträgt und     demzufolge     eine grössere Nutzladung gestattet.

   Auch wird das  bisherige Geräusch der Ladung wesentlich gemindert.  



  Nach     Fig.    5 und 6 ist ein zylindrischer Fuss 7a  vorgesehen, der in einen stark konischen Schaft 7b  ausläuft, oder auch stark abgesetzt, den dünnen Hals  7c besitzt. Der Fuss 7a sichert den guten Stand der  eingesetzten Flaschen, wobei der Schaft 7, 7b oder  Hals 7c das Einsetzen der Flaschen begünstigt und  ein Beschädigen des Etiketts beim Transport verhin  dert. Auch der Querschnitt der Dorne kann beliebig  sein, beispielsweise nach     Fig.    7, 8 bzw. 9, oval,     vier-          oder    rechteckig mit abgerundeten Kanten, nach Art  eines     Malteserkreuzes    und dergleichen.

   An den Wan  dungen des Kastens sind Fahnen oder     Halbdorne    8a  angeordnet, in entsprechender Ausführung zu den  mittleren Hauptdornen.  



  Der Kastenboden besitzt vorteilhaft leichte Nei  gung nach der Seite hin und am Rande     Öffnungen    9  für den     Abfluss    von Flüssigkeit. Des weiteren sind  für den erhöhten Stand der Flaschen Leisten oder  Rippen 10 vorgesehen, die gleichzeitig als Verstär  kung dienen und die sich eventuell ansammelnde  Flüssigkeit zu den     Öffnungen    9 leiten.  



  Anstelle der Leisten 10 können andere Erhöhun  gen für den sicheren Stand der Flaschen vorgesehen  sein, und zwar runde Sitzflächen,     Einfassringe,    vor  teilhaft unterbrochen, und dergleichen.

   Another complicating factor is the relatively large weight of the container, which has a disadvantageous effect during loading, is dragged along as a dead load and significantly reduces the usable weight of the load.



  To overcome the disadvantages mentioned, the inventive transport container has a box made of reinforced plastic and has a fixed or replaceable plastic grid for the bottle division or is equipped with upstanding thorns, its upper widened angle edge allowing stacking.



  An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows the bottle crate in longitudinal section, on the left with a thorn division, on the right with a grid arrangement; Fig. 2 is a cross-section along the line I-I of Fig. 1; 3 shows a section along the line II-II of FIG. 2.   The box made of reinforced plastic has broken edges on all sides and is particularly rounded at the corners. The bottom be seated a reinforced border 1. The upper edge 2 is offset at an angle to the outside, so that to stack the boxes on top of each other, the bottom edge 1 of the respective upper box in the edge angle 2 of the lower box is used. The side surfaces are provided with large windows 3, once to reduce weight, as well as to identify the box contents.    If a plastic grid 5 or a plastic-related wire grid is arranged, grooves or grooves 6 are seen in front of which webs of the grid can be used, which can be fixed, welded and interchangeable. In the latter case, securing means are provided to avoid slipping out.



  Instead of the grid 5, upstanding mandrels 7 are also provided for the flasking, which are advantageously equipped with a cylindrical shaft and kegelförmi ger or dome-like tip 8 and can be fixed, as well as slidably arranged to adjust their distance from each other to the different bottle diameters. Preferably, the mandrels 7, 8 are kept hollow and are in organic connection with the box bottom. The shape of the mandrels is different according to the respective purpose.



  The latter design considerably favors the intended use, the insertion of bottles is made easier, since the bottles slide along the top of the dome and can slide into the intended opening without damaging the labels. The mandrels can be arranged in the same pressing or injection molding process as the boxes, advantageously as hollow mandrels. The lower weight of the plastic container, which is about 1 / s of the previous wooden or metal container and therefore allows a larger useful load, is also essential.

   The previous noise of the load is also significantly reduced.



  According to FIGS. 5 and 6, a cylindrical foot 7a is provided which terminates in a strongly conical shaft 7b, or also strongly offset, which has a thin neck 7c. The foot 7a ensures that the bottles used are in good standing, with the shaft 7, 7b or neck 7c promoting the insertion of the bottles and preventing damage to the label during transport. The cross-section of the mandrels can also be of any desired type, for example according to FIGS. 7, 8 or 9, oval, square or rectangular with rounded edges, in the manner of a Maltese cross and the like.

   On the walls of the box flags or half-pins 8a are arranged, in a corresponding design to the central main pins.



  The box bottom advantageously has a slight inclination to the side and openings 9 at the edge for the outflow of liquid. Furthermore, strips or ribs 10 are provided for the elevated level of the bottles, which serve as reinforcement at the same time and guide any liquid that may collect to the openings 9.
