Damenschuh mit steilem Schuhgewölbe Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Damen schuh mit steilem Schuhgewölbe, dessen Brandsohle zwischen Fersen- und Ballenpartie als steifes Kunst stoff-Formteil ausgebildet ist, an das sich ein aus biegsamem Werkstoff, z. B. Leder, bestehendes Brandsohlenvorderteil anschliesst.
Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe besteht darin, einen solchen Schuh so auszubilden, dass seine Herstellung einfacher und billiger gestaltet werden kann als es bisher möglich ist. Damit will die Erfindung dem Umstand Rechnung tragen, dass das Schuhwerk heutzutage einem starken Preisdruck aus- aesetzt ist.
Zur Lösung der Erfindungsaufgabe wird vorge schlagen, dass ein aus dem steifen Brandsohlenteil und einer bis zum Gelenk vorgezogenen Fersenkappe bestehendes Kunststoff-Formteil ein formhaltendes Schuhskelett bildet, dessen Aussenseite mit dem Oberleder überzogen ist. Das bei dem erfindungsge mässen Damenschuh vorgesehene Schuhskelett bildet nicht nur das formhaltende Schuhgewölbe, sondern dient auch als formhaltendes Traggerüst für das Oberleder.
Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Damenschuh gibt also nicht, wie bisher üblich, das Oberleder, son dern ein von diesem abgedecktes Spritzgussformteil, nämlich das Schuhskelett, dem Schuh seine Form. Das bei der Fertigung des bekannten Schuhwerks erforderliche Formen des Schaftes auf der Fersen form- und der L7berholmaschine fällt also fort.
Da durch wird nicht nur eine wesentliche Vereinfachung und Verbilligung des Herstellungsprozesses erzielt ; für die Herstellung des erfindungsgemässen Damen schuhes können auch dünnere und qualitativ gering wertigere Oberleder verwendet werden, weil diesen nur noch die Aufgabe eines das Schuhskelett abdek- kenden Überzuges zukommt und nicht mehr, wie bei den bekannten Schuhen, den die Form bestim menden Schaft zu bilden.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Grund- gerüsts für die Herstellung des erfindungsgemässen Damenschuhes und Fig. 2 den fertigen Schuh in perspektivischer Darstellung, wobei der Schuh zur Verdeutlichung sei ner Einzelteile teilweise aufgeschnitten ist.
Das für den Aufbau des dargestellten Damen schuhes verwendete Schuhskelett wird aus einem sich zwischen Fersen- und Ballenpartie erstreckenden Brandsohlenteil 1 und einer bis ins Gelenk vorgezo genen Fersenkappe 3 gebildet. Beide Teile 1, 3 bil den zusammen das formhaltende Schuhskelett, das in einem Stück gespritzt wird.
An das steife Brandsohlenteil 1 schliesst sich ein Brandsohlenvorderteil 2 aus einem biegsamen Werk stoff, z. B. Leder, an. An der Ferse ist das Brand- sohlenteil 1 mit einem Ansatz 4 versehen, auf den ein Absatzstück 5 aufgesteckt werden kann. Der Ansatz 4 wird zweckmässigerweise gleich beim Her stellen des Schuhskeletts mit angespritzt.
Über das formhaltende Schuhskelett ist ein aus dem Oberleder 6 und dem Futter 7 bestehender, bereits in der üblichen Weise zugerichteter Schaft gezogen. Die Kappe 3 ist also zwischen Oberleder 6 und Fut ter 7 gesteckt und auf die Unterseite der Brandsohle 1, 2 klebegezwickt. Daraufhin braucht lediglich die Laufsohle 8 aufgeklebt und der Absatz 5 auf den Ansatz 4 aufgesteckt zu werden, der vorher zweck- mässigerweise mit einem Kleber eingestrichen wurde. Ferner kann noch im Innern des Schuhes eine Deck sohle 9 vorgesehen werden.
