Crane running gear The hoist with the load hook supporting catalytic converter of an overhead crane is movable on a crane bridge, hereinafter referred to as a crane truck, in its longitudinal direction, while the crane truck itself is mounted at its ends on roadways so that it can be moved perpendicular to its longitudinal direction. It now often happens that the crane runways are not laid exactly parallel, but have bumps, fluctuations in the track width and small differences in height; Occasionally the crane truck should also be able to move on curved tracks or tracks made up of straight and curved sections.
Such inaccuracies in laying and lane curvatures now lead to canting with jamming in the usual construction, with the crane truck iron construction ends being firmly connected to roller boxes and lateral compensation only being possible by the small axial bearing play of the rollers give rise to additional loads on the crane truck and its lanes and to rapid wear of the flanges of the running wheels.
It has already been proposed not to let the crane truck run directly on the roadways to avoid the above-mentioned jamming, but with the interposition of turntables, the core with pivoting in the horizontal plane Len with two joints with vertical axes the crane truck iron structure are connected. But now the friction of the control arms around their axes still generates considerable flange forces, and bolsters mounted in this way tend to give way on one side when they are pushed in one direction of travel.
To compensate for the differences in height and the deflection under the influence of the moving load, one of the link joints has already been designed with a spherical cap setting, but here, too, considerable frictional forces and correspondingly large torsional forces occur on the side members of the crane truck iron structure. Things are very similar with the chassis of a tower crane or another traveling crane, which is supposed to run on curved or irregularly laid rails.
The present invention is now aimed at ge to form the storage of the crane car iron construction on at least one turntable so that it allows a free, practically unaffected by friction adjustment of the turntable along and across the direction of travel of the crane and allows compensation the differences in height and bending of the roadways are not hindered, so that the load distribution on the wheels can play freely and the wheel flange friction is reduced.
It can thus also be achieved that the crane truck can run on curved roads or roads composed of straight and curved sections. The crane running gear according to the invention with a crane carriage that can be moved along two lanes, with at least one roller being mounted in a turntable, is characterized in that for the transfer of the load pressure to the running roller between the crane carriage iron structure and the turntable frame a perpendicular to the traveling direction of the crane carriage is guided Rolling body is arranged on.
In the following, the mounting of the iron structure of the crane carriage shown on a turntable of a crane running gear is explained in an exemplary embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 a section through the turntable transversely to the track of the crane truck, according to the line 1-1 in FIGS. 2 and 2, a section along the said roadway, according to the line II-11 of Fig. 1.
The embodiment is the running gear of a suspension crane. The track for the crane truck consists of two parallel 1-girders 1 and the trolley (not shown) travels on 1-girders 2 of the crane trucks that extend perpendicular to these girders 1 -Iron construction connected by roller boxes 3 running parallel to girders 1 . The iron construction of the crane car is carried by four roller bolsters 4, each of which has four rollers 5 that run on the lower flanges of the girders 1 .
The axes 6 of the rollers of each stool sit in plates 7 which are connected at the bottom by a cross member 8 . This traverse 8 is supported via a rolling element, namely a ball 9, a traverse 10 , which connects the roller box supports 2. With the suspension crane type, 7 slots 11 for the traverse 10 must be cut out in the plates.
The ball 9 is formed in grooves 12 and 13 which are arcuate in cross section and run parallel to the axes of the rollers 5 as a pressure body for transmitting force to the ball 9 serving cross members 8 or 10 and is surrounded by a horizontal ring 14, on which two-armed lever 15 are articulated, which are pivotable in planes parallel to the direction, the grooves 12 and 13.
The ends of these levers are forked and are secured by bolts 16 or 17 on the crossbars 8 and 10 as above out that the center point of the ball 9 with a relative movement of the two cross members 8 and 10 in the direction of the grooves 12 and 13 < / B> moves by half the amount of the relative movement with respect to each of the cross members 8 and 10 .
In this way, the ball 9 which transfers the load pressure from the crane carriage iron structure to the turntable 4, which is allotted to the rollers 5 , is unrolled in every such relative movement the two grooves 12 and 13, so forced perpendicular to the direction of travel of the crane car, so that it can never go to the one-sided end position in the two grooves, which could limit the free side play with rolling printing silver transfer .
The above-mentioned storage of the iron structure of the crane car ensures that the turntable 4 can freely adjust to all track inaccuracies and unevenness of the girders, without the iron structure of the crane car being additionally stressed by tilting forces, and the flanges of rollers 5 are protected from premature wear.
A crane car designed in this way can also easily travel on a curved path or a route with changing radius of curvature and inclination, and the wheel pressures are automatically distributed correctly over the rollers 5. All four turntables 4 can be designed as explained or with two of them, instead of the grooved guides 12 and 13, provide simple spherical sockets, the radius of which is slightly larger than the radius of the ball 9, namely at the turntables 4, which belong to the same side of the road or which are diagonally opposite each other.
In general, the iron structure of the crane car is stored on at least four rollers or, in the case of overhead cranes, as in the exemplary embodiment presented, roller sets, and then at least two rollers or roller sets in turntables 4 are placed on balls that can move transversely to the direction of travel 9 store. If the crane car iron construction is exceptionally mounted on only three rollers or roller sets, it is sufficient to mount a single roller or only one roller set movably on a ball 9 . Instead of the balls 9 one could also use other rolling elements, e.g.
B. use barrel-shaped or constricted in the middle of rotation. In the last-mentioned case, the traverses 8 and 10 are not made with grooves 12 and 13 but with spherical paths that are adapted to the meridional section of the rolling elements provided in order to bring about a viable point contact and to be able to transfer the forces necessary to overcome the driving resistance in the direction of travel from the crane truck iron structure to the roller bolster 4.
