Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt.
Verwendung finden.
Posts for walls, especially partitions in buildings It is known to form the outer and inner walls of buildings from a number of posts and fields lying between them, a variety of different profiles being known for the posts.
The present invention relates to a for walls, in particular partitions in the building, certain posts with at least two mutually opposite grooves on the sides facing each other to open, longitudinally extending edge for connecting wall panel parts. This post is characterized according to the invention in that the flanks delimiting the two edge grooves on the outside are formed by a post part consisting of a verti cal cover rail, the middle part of which is attached to the other post part by means of a snap fastener.
As a result, it is possible to insert the wall panel parts to be connected to the post in the simplest possible way in the other post part before fastening the vertical cover rail and then to fix them tightly by placing the cover rail. In addition, cover rails can be different in color and material Stock can be kept and selected as required while retaining the rest of the post part.
Since in a wall provided with such posts after assembly of the wall field parts and the cover rails on the relevant wall side of the posts, only the cover rails are visible, a pleasing look can be achieved through the appropriate selection of the latter. The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a cross section.
FIGS. 2 and 3 each show a variant of the snap lock in the same representation. According to FIG. 1, part 1 of a post with wall panel parts 35 and 36 connected on both sides is provided for a two-shell partition. The post part 1 has a transverse to the wall is arranged vertical web 2, which is provided on both longitudinal edges with a flange 3 and 4 respectively. On the flange 4 a transverse wall 41 is ruled out. In the middle part of the web 2 sit two pairs of longitudinal strips 5, 6 and 7, B.
The longitudinal strips of each pair lie in the same plane transversely to the web 2 and protrude on opposite sides. Between the longitudinal strips 5, 6 and the flange 4, two further pairs of longitudinal strips 14, 15 and 16, 17 are located on the web. The longitudinal strips 16 and 17 each form with the flange 4 a groove 18 into which a retaining strip 19 is inserted, which are intended to hold wall panels 35. These are on the other hand on retaining strips 37, which in the tween the longitudinal strips 14 or 15 and the longitudinal strips 5 or: 6 formed groove 18 are inserted.
The attachment of the wall filling 35 is done by screws ben 39, which are inserted into holes of the beveled edge part 40 of the strips 5 and 6, respectively.
Holding strips 38 for holding the wall panels 36 are also inserted between the longitudinal strips 7, 8 and the flange 3. At the edges of the flange 3 are seated outwardly projecting, resilient lamellae 42, which have a hook 43 projecting on the sides facing away from each other at the free end. These form an abutment for barbs 46 seated on resilient lamellae 45. The resilient lamellae 45 sit on the middle part of a cover rail 44 which forms the other post part, the edge part of which is beveled towards the longitudinal strips 7 and 8 and serves to hold the fillings 36.
Sealing rods 47 are inserted between these edge parts and the lamellae 45 and are made of elastically flexible material and rest against the fillings 36 with a clamping fit.
The resilient lamellae 42 and 45 together with the mutual barbs 43 and 46 form a snap lock and are also mounted in this way; that after placing the wall fillings 36 on the retaining strips 38.
the cover rail 44 provided with the sealing rods 47 is pressed against the fillings 36, the inclined parts of the barbs 43, 46 causing the lamellae 45 to expand and the lamellae 42 to be pressed against one another until the barbs have slipped past each other, whereupon they are due to the resilience of the lamellae len mutually snap one behind the other and thereby secure the cover rail 44 in the closed position.
The cover rail 44 now forms with the longitudinal strips 7 and 8 or the retaining strips 38 depending on a side facing away from each other to open, longitudinally running edge groove of the post 1, 44. In this edge grooves connected to the post wall panel parts 36 are anchored .
It is not necessary for all of the lamellae 42 or 45 to be resilient, but in principle it is sufficient if a single lamella is resilient.
The variant according to FIG. 2 differs from the snap lock according to FIG. 1- mainly only in that the barbs. 46 of the lamellae 45 protrude to the opposite sides and accordingly the barbs 43 of the lamellae 42 are on the outside and protrude after the one facing sides.
The variant according to FIG. 3 differs from that according to FIG. 2 in that the cover rail 44 is seen instead of the resilient slats 45 on the inside with a central longitudinal strip 48, which on both sides has a tooth profile with which the barbs 43 of the Slats 42 to work together.
When the cover rail 44 is pressed, the teeth of the rib 48 come into engagement with the barbs 43 and spread them apart by means of the tooth flanks corresponding to the resilience of the lamellae 42, the barbs snapping into the tooth gaps behind the individual rows of teeth.
The rib 48 is pressed so far into the groove formed by the lamellas 42 and the flange 3 until the cover rail 44 or the log rods 47 rest against the fillings 36 with a predetermined clamping pressure.
The lamellae 42 at the same time form a centering of the cover rail 44, which is advantageously reinforced by the rib 48.
The post can also be made on the other side contrary to the illustration in Fig. 1 so that the two longitudinal grooves for receiving the wall parts to be connected on the outside be bordered flanks are formed by a vertical cover rail, the middle part by means of a snap lock on the rest Post part is attached.
If the transverse wall 41 is omitted in FIG. 1, the groove on the flange 4 in which it is anchored can also be omitted.
The longitudinal cavity formed during the formation of the connection of the cover rail 44 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 between it and the flange 3 in addition to the lamellae 42 can be used for accommodating electrical cables, pipes, etc.
