Dazu kannte man bisher keine geeignete Vorrichtung.
Fig. 3) vorgesehen.
The invention relates to a device for the manufacture of bodies created by injection, filling and pouring, in particular filled chocolate bodies, with an endless molding conveyor belt made of thermoplastically deformable plastic.
To produce such shaped bodies, individual metal molds have hitherto been placed on an endless conveying device and the empty molds returned to the casting station. It is also known to replace the individual molds by an endless plastic mold conveyor belt into which the individual molds are molded by embossing or the like. Such molding sections are much simpler and cheaper.
In the production of filled hollow bodies, e.g. B. chocolates, on molding lines from an endless plastic molding conveyor belt, however, according to experience, the filling compound must be filled from below, because otherwise a later second filling is not possible. No suitable device was previously known for this.
The invention eliminates these difficulties because at least one injection station with a subsequent vibrating station below and at least one filling station with a subsequent vibrating station above the mold conveyor belt is provided along the mold conveyor belt. This makes it possible, for. B. in the production of filled chocolate bodies, first to form the shell on the underside of the mold conveyor belt, then insert the filling on the top of the mold conveyor belt and finally to cover the filled body.
With reference to the drawing, execution examples of the device according to the invention are tert erläu. 1 shows a schematic representation of a device for the production of filled chocolate bodies, FIG. 2 shows an enlarged representation of a turning roller with the pressure band, FIG. 3 shows a plan view of a piece of the casting molding band with molds for chocolate bars,
4 shows a section through a guide roller for the casting mold band along the line A-B of FIG. 3, the casting mold band being guided and pulled at the same time by a toothed ring on the guide roller, and FIG. 5 the one used for producing the sleeves for filled chocolate bodies Sleeve station in enlarged view.
For the production of filled chocolate bodies on the device according to FIG. 1, the mold band 1 is first warmed in a heat tunnel 22 before and then runs with downwardly open For men over the injection station, which is generally designated 23 be. According to FIG. 5, this station consists of a mass tub 24 in which a system of spray nozzles 25 can be raised and lowered for filling the molds from below with liquid chocolate mass. The individual spray nozzles 25 are provided in the longitudinal and transverse spacing of the individual For men 5 (see. Fig. 3).
Several spray nozzles 25 can be present for each mold. The spray nozzles 25 sit in the example on four at a distance from the molds 5 transversely to the tub 7 arranged tubes 26. These tubes 26 are connected on the left side to a common tube 27 and connected on the right side by a common rod 28.
The frame formed from the tubes 26 and the parts 27 and 28 dips in the example at its four corners with rods 29 in cylinders 30 provided outside the mass tub and can be moved with the aid of pistons seated at the end of the rods 29 and sliding in the cylinders 30 raise and lower vertically. Of course, other lifting devices can also be used.
The tubes 26 are connected via the tube 27 to a feed tube 32 which is guided laterally from the mass tub 24 through an elongated hole 31, through which liquid chocolate mass is fed to the spray nozzles 25 via a temperature control machine, optionally with a pressure pump interposed. Whenever the molds 5 are above the spray nozzles 25, the nozzles 25 are raised against the molds 5 by means of the cylinders 30 and rods 29 and, with the aid of a valve control in the line 32, chocolate mass is injected into the molds 5.
With the spray nozzles 25 you can spray out the individual shapes one or more times. After the injection molding, the molding tape 1 runs under some vibrating rails 33 which set the molding tape in vibration. The vibration ensures a uniform shell thickness and allows excess chocolate mass to drip off into the drip pan 35, which is inserted into the mass pan 24 with an inclined bottom 34. The chocolate mass flowing back from the drip pan 35 and dripping from the spray nozzles 25 collects at the bottom of the mass tub 24 and is discharged through an outlet 36.
To prevent the mass from sticking to the bottom of the mass pan 24, one or more agitators can be seen on the bottom. From the outlet 36, the chocolate mass can be pressed back into the tempering machine, which feeds it to the spray nozzles 25 again via the line 32.
After passing the vibrating rails 33, the forming belt 1 runs into a cooling tunnel 37 in which the casings solidify. An attached at the end of this cooling tunnel scraper 38 ensures the removal of protruding chocolate mass on the molding belt 1 next to the molds 5. The molding belt 1 then passes a turning roller 39. This turning roller 39 can accordingly of FIG. 2 with depressions 16 to take on the individual Forms be provided (not shown in Fig. 1).
So that the chocolate casings do not fall out of the molds 5 during turning as a result of the belt tension that occurs, the mold belt is covered by a follower belt 43 guided over rollers 40, 41 and 42. The construction can correspond to FIG. Since the casings may tilt in the molds 5 during turning, the belt 2 runs behind the turning roller 39 under a pressure roller 44 which pushes the casings back into the molds 5 and aligns them with the belt surface. In the subsequent filling station 45, the casings are filled with filling compound.
After the filling station 45, depending on the type of filling compound, the forming belt runs into a cooling tunnel 46 and then runs under a heating spider 47 to the lidding machine 48, which provides the sleeves with the filling compound in a known manner with a lid made of chocolate compound. A scraper 49, which is arranged at an angle or in the shape of a plow, follows behind the lid machine and cleans the forming belt 1, which then runs into a cooling tunnel 50 to solidify the lid compound and then passes the turning roller 51.
On the turning roller 51, as in the case of the turning roller 39, a running belt with prevents the premature falling out of the finished article. Under the turning roller 51, the forming belt 1 is accompanied over a longer distance by a conveyor belt 52, onto which the attached chocolate bodies can fall out for the purpose of being transported to the packaging machine. About in the forming belt 1 firmly adhering chocolate bodies are knocked free from the forming belt 1 by a device consisting of vibrating bars 53 Rüttelvorrich before the end of the conveyor belt.
FIG. 2 shows the design of the turning roller 3 with the pressure belt 10 in an enlarged view with the omission of the guide pin rings. The diameter of the turning rolls 2 and 3 must be so large that, on the one hand, the forming belt 1 is not excessively stressed in bending and, on the other hand, the chocolate bodies are practically flat on the circumference of the turning rolls.
In order to achieve a level resting of the molds 5 or the molds 5 with the chocolate bodies even with smaller roll diameters, you can, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, accordingly the shape division of the molding belt 1 along the circumference of the turning rolls wells 16 with the Provide shape-adapted bottoms 17 into which the individual shapes 5 insert when overflowing over the turning rollers.
The guide rollers 4 wear pin rings 18 on both sides of their circumference, which engage in the recesses 6 of the molding tape 1 and thereby lead the molding tape and, if necessary, if the Rol len are driven, pull. In the case of wide molding bands, it is necessary to support the molding band 1 across the width so that it does not sag. For this purpose, the guide rollers have circumferential grooves 19 into which the depressions formed by the molds 5 can insert the forming belt 1 so that the forming belt rests on the wreaths 20 with its parts lying between the molds 5. The guide roller 4 is mounted with the axle journal 21 in the machine.
