Wandsockel Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wandsockel für Innenräume, welcher sich gegenüber den bekannten Wandsockeln dadurch -auszeichnet, dass er eine aus Kunststoff bestehende, elastisch dehn bare und biegsame Sockelleiste aufweist, die auf der Rückseite mindestens stellenweise mit ausladenden Lappen versehen ist,
die bei montierter Sockelleiste eine parallel zum Boden verlaufende und in Abstand von diesem an der Wand befestigte Halteleiste form- schlüssig hinterfassen.
Der erfindungsgemässe Wandsockel hat gegenüber den bekannten Wandsockeln den Vorteil, dass die Sockelleiste rasch und mühelos montiert und nötigen falls ebenso demontiert werden kann, und dass an der montierten Sockelleiste von aussen keine Befestigungs mittel sichtbar sind. Ein weiterer Vorteil des erfin dungsgemässen Wandsockels ist sodann in dem Um stand zu erblicken, dass er .gegen Schläge unempfind- lich ist, und zwischen der Halteleiste und dem Boden einen Hohlraum enthält, in dem z.
B. elektrische Leitungen von aussen unsichtbar und trotzdem leicht zugänglich untergebracht werden können.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Quer- schnitt dargestellt.
Es bezeichnen 1 einen Teil einer Wand und 2 einen Teil eines Bodens mit dem Bodenbelag 3. Mit 4 ,ist eine @in Abstand über dem .Boden 2, 3 angeord nete und parallel zu diesem verlaufende, beispiels weise aus Holz bestehende Halteleiste bezeichnet.
Die Halteleiste 4 besitzt einen schwalbenschwanzförmi- gen Querschnitt und ist mittels Stiften oder Schrauben 5 derart an der Wand 1 befestigt, dass die .schmälere Seite der Leiste 4 der Wand 1 zugekehrt ist.
Mit 6 ist eine aus Kunststoff bestehende, elastisch dehn- bare und biegsame Sockelliste bezeichnet, welche auf der Rückseite mindestens stellenweise mit aus ladenden, elastisch biegsamen Lappen 7 und 8 ver sehen ist, die bei montierter Sockelleiste die Halte leiste 4 formschlüssig hinterfassen.
Die Sockelleiste besteht aus Kunststoff, z. B. aus mit einem Weichmacher versetzten Kunstharz. Sie kann z. B. aus Phenolharz, Aldehydharz, Aminoplast, Alkydharz, Glyptalharz, Cumaronharz, Polystyrol, Polyacrylsäureester, Polymethacrylsäureester, Vinyl- polymerisat oder -mischpolymerisaten, Chlorkau tschuk, Silicon, Polyäthylen,
.Buna , Saran , Tef- lon (eingetragene Marken) usw. bestehen.
Wie ;aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, verlaufen die Lappen 7, 8 derart, dass sich ihre Ebenen auf der Rückseite der Sockelleiste, in Abstand von dieser, schneiden, so dass die Lappen 7, 8 bei .montierter Sockelleiste die Halteleiste formschlüssig hinterfassen und damit einen guten Halt der Sockelleiste an der Halteleiste gewährleisten.
Die Anordnung der Halteleiste 4 in Abstand über dem Boden 2, 3 ergibt einen von der Wand 1, dem Boden 2, 3 und der Sockelleiste 6 begrenzten Hohl raum 9, in dem vorteilhaft z. B. eine elektrische Lei tung 10 von aussen unsichtbar und doch leicht zu gänglich untergebracht werden kann.
Die elastische Sockelleiste 6 ermöglicht jederzeit ihre rasche und einfache De-,und Remontage. Die Sockelleiste 6 kann durch Beigabe von Farbstoffen zum flüssigen Kunst stoff .in jedem gewünschten Farbton ausgeführt wer den. Auch die Biegsamkeit der Sockelleiste kann durch Wahl von entsprechenden Weichmachern in weiten Grenzen gehalten werden.
Die Lappen 7, 8 können sich entweder über die ganze Länge der Sockelleiste 6 erstrecken, oder aber nur stellenweise, das heisst in ihorizontalem Abstand voneinander ange ordnet sein.
