  Stapelbarer Kasten
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen stapelbaren Kasten. Die Erfindung bezweckt die Ausbildung eines solchen Kastens, insbesondere kleiner Abmessung, der lösbar an Werkbänken oder Montagetischen befestigt werden kann und auf den gleichzeitig weitere Kästen so gestapelt werden können, dass sie auch in gestapelter Stellung sicher gehalten sind. Ein solcher Kasten bietet besondere Vorteile für die Fliessbandfertigung, da verhältnismässig viele Kästen unmittelbar an der Arbeitsstelle befestigt und so sehr viele verschiedene Montageteile griffbereit zur Verfügung gestellt werden können, ohne die Arbeit selbst zu behindern.



     Erfindungsgemäss    ist der Stapelkasten so ausgebildet, dass die oberen Ränder der beiden Seitenwände zunächst nach innen und dann nach aussen nach Art eines S vorstehen und die unteren seitlichen Ränder Wulste bilden, das Ganze derart, dass ein Kasten mit seinen unteren Rändern zwischen die oberen Ränder eines anderen Kastens eingeschoben werden kann.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnung beschrieben, in dieser zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Kastens;
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II der Fig. 1 ;
Fig. 3 mehrere aufeinander gestapelte Kästen nach Fig. 1.



   Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Kasten besteht aus einem Blech, das gleichzeitig den Boden 1, die schräg vorspringende Vorderwand 2 und die Rückwand 3 bildet. Die seitlichen Ränder 6, 7 und 8 dieses Bleches sind umgebogen und die Ränder 6 und 7 mit den Seitenwänden 4 und 5 vorzugsweise durch Punktschweissen verbunden. Die Randteile 6 und 7 sind eben und um   90o    abgebogen, die Randteile 8 des Bodenbleches sind wulstförmig etwa halbkreisförmig abgebogen, d. h. sie ragen über die Seitenwände vor.



  Die Stirnkanten der wulstförmigen Teile 8 sind mit den Seitenwänden 4 und 5 verbunden. Der vordere Rand 9 ist zwecks Versteifung der Vorderwand 2 umgebördelt, der hintere Rand 10, d. h. der obere Rand der Rückwand 3 ist hakenförmig umgebogen und dient zum Aufhängen des Kastens an der Werkbank.



   Die oberen Ränder der Seitenwände 4 und 5 sind nach Art eines S gebogen. Der nach innen gerichtete wulstförmige Teil 11 bildet das Auflager für den Boden eines gleich ausgebildeten, gestapelten Kastens 12, von dem in Fig. 2 nur eine Ecke dargestellt ist. Der nach aussen vorstehende wulstförmige Teil 13 dient zur Führung des gestapelten Kastens 12.



   Zwischen die vorstehenden Teile 13 eines Kastens können die Wulste 8 des Bodenbleches des darauf zu stapelnden Kastens eingeschoben werden. Man erhält so eine sichere Führung der gestapelten Kästen.



  Die Wulste 13 liegen vorteilhaft federnd an den Wulsten 8 an.



   Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, ist an der Werkbank oder am Montagetisch oder dem Rande eines Fliessbandes 15 eine abgekröpfte   Blechsehiene    14 befestigt, die zum Aufhängen des Kastens dient. Die Fig. 3 zeigt gleichzeitig die Stapelung mehrerer Kästen.



   Die Zeichnung zeigt einen aus Blech hergestellten Kasten. Die beschriebene Formgebung lässt auch mit Vorteil die Herstellung des Kastens aus Kunststoff zu, und zwar durch Pressen oder Spritzen. Geeignete Kunststoffe sind beispielsweise solche, die aus Poly äthylen hergestellt sind.   



  
 



  Stackable box
The invention relates to a stackable box. The invention aims to form such a box, especially a small one, which can be releasably attached to workbenches or assembly tables and on which further boxes can be stacked at the same time so that they are also held securely in a stacked position. Such a box offers particular advantages for assembly line production, since a relatively large number of boxes are attached directly to the work site and so a large number of different assembly parts can be made readily available without hindering the work itself.



     According to the invention, the stacking box is designed so that the upper edges of the two side walls protrude first inward and then outward in the manner of an S and the lower side edges form bulges, the whole thing in such a way that a box with its lower edges between the upper edges of a other box can be inserted.



   An embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing, in which:
Fig. 1 is a side view of the box;
FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II of FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 shows several boxes according to FIG. 1 stacked on top of one another.



   The box shown in FIG. 1 consists of a sheet metal which simultaneously forms the base 1, the obliquely projecting front wall 2 and the rear wall 3. The side edges 6, 7 and 8 of this sheet are bent over and the edges 6 and 7 are connected to the side walls 4 and 5, preferably by spot welding. The edge parts 6 and 7 are flat and bent by 90o, the edge parts 8 of the base plate are bent in the shape of a bead, approximately in a semicircle, ie. H. they protrude from the side walls.



  The front edges of the bead-shaped parts 8 are connected to the side walls 4 and 5. The front edge 9 is flanged for the purpose of stiffening the front wall 2, the rear edge 10, i. H. the upper edge of the rear wall 3 is bent over like a hook and is used to hang the box on the workbench.



   The upper edges of the side walls 4 and 5 are curved in the manner of an S. The inwardly directed bead-shaped part 11 forms the support for the bottom of an identically designed, stacked box 12, of which only one corner is shown in FIG. 2. The outwardly protruding bead-shaped part 13 serves to guide the stacked box 12.



   The beads 8 of the base plate of the box to be stacked on it can be inserted between the protruding parts 13 of a box. In this way, the stacked boxes are guided safely.



  The beads 13 advantageously rest resiliently on the beads 8.



   As Fig. 3 shows, a bent sheet metal rail 14 is attached to the workbench or the assembly table or the edge of a conveyor belt 15, which serves to hang the box. 3 shows the stacking of several boxes at the same time.



   The drawing shows a box made of sheet metal. The shape described also advantageously allows the box to be produced from plastic, specifically by pressing or injection molding. Suitable plastics are, for example, those made of polyethylene.
