Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 325920 Tragbare elektrische Handkreissäge mit Spaltkeil Gemäss Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes Nr. 325920 ist eine tragbare elektrische Handkreis säge mit Spaltkeil gekennzeichnet durch ein um die Kreissägenachse schwenkbares, auf der dem Sägen blattantrieb zugekehrten Seite des Sägenblattes ge legenes und auf der entsprechenden Seite des Spalt keils an diesem vorbeischiebbares Pendelscheiben segment mit nach der andern Sägenblattseite vorste hendem Rand,
welcher in der Schutzstellung des Segmentes den freiliegenden Kreissägenumfangs- bogen gegen Berührung stützt und eine Sichtkon trolle des Kreissägenzahnkranzes gewährleistet.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der angestrebte Berüh rungsschutz noch in anderer aber sehr ähnlicher Weise erreicht werden kann.
Gemäss vorliegender Zusatzerfindung ist die trag bare elektrische Handkreissäge mit Spaltkeil und einem um die Kreissägenachse schwenkbaren, am Spaltkeil vorbeisehiebbaren Pendelscheibensegment mit einem Handgriff und einem Rand, welcher in der Schutzstellung des Segmentes den freiliegenden Kreis sägenumfangsbogen gegen Berührung schützt und eine Sichtkontrolle des Kreissägezahnkranzes gewährlei stet, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das genannte Pen- delscheibensegment auf der dem Sägenblattantrieb abgewendeten Seiten des Sägenblattes mit nach dessen anderen Seite vorstehendem Schutzrand angeordnet und auf der dem Antrieb abgewendeten Seite des Spaltkeiles an diesem vorbeischiebbar ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes ist in Fig. 1 der Zeichnung in Seitenansicht und in Fig. 2 in einem Diametralschnitt nach der Linie 11-11 von Fig. 1 dargestellt.
Mit 1 (Fig. 2) ist das Gehäuse des Elektromotors für den Sägenblattantrieb, mit 2 der Traggriff und mit 3 der am Gehäuse 1 fest angeordnete Schutz- haubenteil für das Sägenblatt der Handkreissäge bezeichnet.
Die Welle des Kreissägenblattes 4 trägt das Bezugszeichen 5. An einem am Haubenteil 3 festen Tragarm 6 ist mit Hilfe von Stellschrauben 7 der Spaltkeil 8 befestigt.
Auf der Kreissägenwelle 5 ist mit dem Nabenteil 11 ein U-förmiger Tragbügel 110 drehbar gelagert, welcher Bügel 110 um das Kreissägenblatt 4 herum geführt ist und an diesem Ende ein auf der dem Sägenblattantrieb abgewendeten Seite des Kreissägen blattes angeordnetes Pendelscheib,ensegment 10 mit einem Handgriff 13 trägt.
Dieses Pendelscheiben- segment 10 ist auf der dem Antrieb abgewendeten Seite des Spaltkeiles 8 an diesem, vorbeischiebbar und weist einen gegen die andere Sägenblattseite vor stehend gebogenen Schutzrand 12 auf, der in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten wirksamen Lage des Segmen tes den freiliegenden Umfangsbogen des Sägeblattes 4 gegen Berührung schützt und das Abstellen der Kreissäge auf eine Unterlage gestattet.
Zum Sägen kann mit Hilfe des Handgriffes 13 das Segment 10 in Richtung des Pfeiles P in Fig. 1 gegen die Rück stellkraft einer Torsionsfeder 15 um etwa 150 in die unwirksame Lage gedreht werden, wobei nicht dar gestellte Feststell- bzw. Rastorgane dazu vorgesehen sein können, das Pendelscheibensegment 10 in der unwirksamen Stellung festzuhalten.
Um zu erkennen, ob das Sägeblatt stillsteht oder sich dreht, sind im Pendelscheibensegment 10 längs seinem Schutzrand Sichtlöcher 101 angebracht.
