Description
Gasdicht abschliessbare Form
Die Erfindung betrifft eine gasdicht abschliessbare Form mit zweckmässig starrer, nicht flexibler Matrize, Patrize und Abschlusselement zur Herstellung von geformten Werkstücken, z. B. in Sandwichbauweise, gemäss dem in der schweiz. Patentschrift 357 193 dargestellten Verfahren. Ganz allgemein ist die vorliegende Form in all den Fällen mit Vorteil dann zu verwenden, wenn solche Stoffe in der Form verarbeitet werden, welche im Vakuum ihr Volumen vergrössern, wie z. B. Schaumstoffe mit geschlossener Zellenstruktur.
Die Form gemäss der Erfindung ist durch eine relativ zur Matrize axial beweglich geführte Patrize gekennzeichnet.
Zur besseren Verständlichkeit soll die Erfindung an Hand der in Fig. 1, 2 und 3 der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele erläutert werden.
Teile mit gleicher Funktion haben in sämtlichen Figuren die gleiche Bezeichnung.
Das rings um die Form laufende Abschlusselement 3 dient zur Führung der Patrize in axialer Richtung und zum gasdichten Verbinden der starren, nicht flexiblen Matrize 1 mit der Patrize 2. Es kann entweder lose über eine elastisch deformierbare Dichtung 4 (Fig. 1 und 2) oder fest (Fig. 3) mit der Patrize 2 verbunden sein. In letzterem Falle ist das Abschlusselement flexibel auszubilden, um die Beweglichkeit der Patrize in der Matrize zu gewährleisten.
Die Matrize 1 ist an ihrem oberen Rand rechtwinklig abgebogen. Der auf diese Weise gebildete, die Matrize umlaufende Flansch 5 dient als Auflage für das Abschlusselement 3, wobei die Dichtung durch ein zweckdienliches, elastisches Element 6 er folgt. ImFlansch 5 sindVakuumanschlüsse undeven- tuell Ablaufkanäle 7 für überschüssiges Harz usw. vorgesehen.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der erfindungsgemässen Form besteht darin, dass Materialien nach dem Vakuumverfahren verformt und verklebt werden können, deren Volumen sich im Vakuum vergrössert. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Form liegt in der einfachen Handhabung; die Form kann ohne Klammer durch das darin gebildete Vakuum hermetisch verschlossen werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Gasdicht abschliessbare Form mit Matrize (1), Patrize (2) und Abschlusselement (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Patrize relativ zur Matrize axial beweglich geführt ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Gasdicht abschliessbare Form, gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlusselement fest mit der Patrize verbunden und federnd ausgebildet ist.
2. Gasdicht abschliessbare Form, gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlusselement lose über eine elastisch deformierbare Dichtung mit der Patrize verbunden ist.

Gas-tight lockable form
The invention relates to a gas-tight lockable form with an expediently rigid, non-flexible die, male mold and closing element for the production of shaped workpieces, e.g. B. in sandwich construction, according to the one in Switzerland. In general, the present form is to be used with advantage in all cases when such substances are processed in the form that increase their volume in a vacuum, such as. B. The mold according to the invention is characterized by a male part which is guided axially movable relative to the female part.
For better understanding, the invention will be explained with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 of the drawing.
Parts with the same function have the same designation in all figures.
The closing element 3 running around the mold serves to guide the male part in the axial direction and to connect the rigid, non-flexible female part 1 to the male part 2 in a gas-tight manner. It can either be loosely via an elastically deformable seal 4 (FIGS be firmly connected (Fig. 3) to the male mold 2. In the latter case, the closing element must be designed to be flexible in order to ensure the mobility of the male part in the female part.
The die 1 is bent at right angles at its upper edge. The flange 5 formed in this way and encircling the die serves as a support for the closing element 3, the seal being followed by a suitable elastic element 6. Vacuum connections and possibly drainage channels 7 for excess resin etc. are provided in the flange 5.
An essential advantage of the shape according to the invention is that materials can be deformed and glued using the vacuum process, the volume of which increases in a vacuum. Another advantage of the shape is its ease of use; the mold can be hermetically sealed without a clamp by the vacuum created therein.
PATENT CLAIM
Gas-tight lockable mold with female part (1), male part (2) and closing element (3), characterized in that the male part is guided axially movable relative to the female part.
SUBCLAIMS
1. Gas-tight lockable form, according to claim, characterized in that the closing element is firmly connected to the male mold and is resilient.
2. Gas-tight lockable form, according to claim, characterized in that the closing element is loosely connected to the male mold via an elastically deformable seal.
