Bügeleisenhandgriff Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bügeleisenhandgriff. Es sind bereits geteilte Bügeleisenhandgriffe mit Innenbeleuchtung bekannt. Bei den bisherigen Aus führungsformen ist diese Innenbeleuchtung im vor deren Griffteil untergebracht. Ihr Lichtschein ist jedoch nicht scharf begrenzt, sondern dringt von innen durch das durchscheinende Material des Griffes. Die Intensität der Beleuchtung dient zur Kenntlich machung des Betriebszustandes des Bügeleisens. Wenn das Bügeleisen nur mit geringer Hitze benutzt wird, z.
B. beim Bügeln sehr wärmeempfindlicher Stoffe, dann ist die Lichtintensität ziemlich klein. Es kann daher, insbesondere wenn bei hellem Tageslicht, bei Sonnenschein oder sehr hellem Lampenlicht ge bügelt wird, der Lichtschein gar nicht mehr an der Aussenseite des B geleisenhandgriffes sichtbar sein.
Es ist ferner bekannt, Bügeleisenhandgriffe zwei teilig, nämlich aus einem Ober- und einem Unterteil herzustellen und als Material hierfür Kunststoffe zu verwenden. Diese Teilung des Griffes in Ober- und Unterteil hat den Zweck, das Innere des Griffes, insbesondere seinen rückwärtigen Teil, leicht zu gänglich zu machen, um die elektrischen Installatio- nen dort unterzubringen.
Die Erfindung bezweckt die Verbesserung eines solchen aus Ober- und Unterteil bestehenden, also ge teilten Bügeleisenhandgriffes, sowohl hinsichtlich der besseren Ausnutzung seiner Innenbeleuchtung als auch der Verbesserung der Herstellung der Griffteile.
Der Erfindungszweck wird hinsichtlich der In tensität des Lichtscheines unabhängig vom Material der Hand'griffteile und der Stärke der Aussenbeleuch tung dadurch erreicht, dass an der Stirnseite des in Ober- und Unterteil geteilten Griffes zwischen diese beiden Griffteile ein transparentes Kopfstück ein- gesetzt ist, hinter welchem<B>die</B> Glühlampe liegt.
Der Rand des vorzugsweise rhombischen Kopfstückes ist zweckmässig genutet, so dass die Vorderkanten der beiden Griffteile in diese Nut eingreifen können.
Bei der Herstellung des Ober- und Unterteiles kann eine Materialanhäufung dadurch vermieden werden, dass. die beiderseitige bogenförmige Trenn linie zwischen Ober- und Unterteil im Bereich der grössten Querschnittsbreite des Griffkörpers liegt, und ferner kann der vordere senkrechte Griffteil hohl sein.
Durch die Vermeidung von Materialanhäufungen wird die Pressdauer verkürzt, denn je stärker eine Ma- terialanhäufung ist, um so länger ist die zur voll- ständigen Durchhärtung erforderliche Zeit und damit auch die gesamte Zeit, während welcher das Werk stück in der Form bleiben muss.
Während bei den bisherigen mehrteiligen Bügel- eisenhandgriffen aus Kunststoff die beiderseitige Trennlinie zwischen Ober- und Unterteil derart ver lief, dass sich insbesondere an den Kanten der Griff- teile sehr unterschiedliche Wandstärken ergaben, ist dies bei dem jetzigen Handgriff nicht mehr der Fall.
In den Zeichnungen ist eine Ausführungsform eines Bügeleisenhandgriffes gemäss der Erfindung beispielsweise und rein schematisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 einen senkrechten Schnitt und Fig. 3 eine Vorderansicht.
Gemäss der Zeichnung besteht der Griff des Bügeleisens aus zwei Ober- und Unterteil geteil ten Griffteilen 1 und 2. Die Trennlinie 3 verläuft in einem Bogen.
An der Stirnseite des Griffes ist zwischen die beiden Griffteile 1 und 2 ein transparentes Kopf stück 4 eingesetzt, hinter welchem die Glühlampe 5 liegt. Infolge dieser Anordnung kann die Lichtroten sität der Glühlampe 5 durch das zweckmässig mög lichst dicht davor liegende entsprechend stark transpa rente Kopfstück 4 jederzeit, auch bei heller Aussen beleuchtung, gut erkannt werden.
Der Rand 6 des Kopfstückes 4 ist zweckmässig genutet (Fig.2). In diese Nut greifen die Vorder kanten 7, 8 der beiden Griffteile ein.
Wie ferner aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, ver läuft die beiderseitige bogenförmige Trennlinie 3 im Bereich der grössten Querschnitts'oreiten des Griffkör pers 1, 2, so dass die angrenzenden Wandstärken der Teile 1 und 2 überall gleich stark gehalten werden können, und zwar entsprechend den Wandstärken jedes einzelnen Griffteiles. Dies gilt auch für den vor deren senkrechten Griffteil, der zu diesem Zweck hohl ausgebildet ist (Fig. 2). Hierdurch wird ferner auch die Unterbringung der Beleuchtung 5 erleichtert und vereinfacht.
Die beiden Griffteile sind etwa in der Mitte des Griffkörpers durch eine von unten eingeführte Schraube 9 fest miteinander verbunden.

The purpose of the invention is achieved with regard to the intensity of the light, regardless of the material of the handle parts and the strength of the exterior lighting, in that a transparent head piece is inserted between these two handle parts on the front of the handle, which is divided into upper and lower parts which <B> the </B> light bulb is.
The edge of the preferably rhombic head piece is expediently grooved so that the front edges of the two handle parts can engage in this groove.
During the manufacture of the upper and lower part, an accumulation of material can be avoided in that the curved dividing line on both sides between the upper and lower part lies in the area of the largest cross-sectional width of the handle body, and the front vertical handle part can also be hollow.
By avoiding accumulations of material, the pressing time is shortened, because the stronger the accumulation of material, the longer the time required for complete hardening and thus also the entire time during which the workpiece must remain in the mold.
While the two-sided dividing line between the upper and lower part of the previous multi-part plastic iron handles ran in such a way that very different wall thicknesses resulted, especially at the edges of the handle parts, this is no longer the case with the current handle.
