Description
Component for collapsible framework structures The invention relates to a component for decomposable framework structures, in which coupling devices are used, each having a threaded bolt and a key surrounding the same selmuffe. As such components were previously used rods or tubes, which are provided at the ends with such coupling devices. were, as well as knots that were provided with a plurality of threaded holes.
If you now use these known components, there is the disadvantage that even for the composition of relatively simple truss structures very numerous components were required and that the assembly consequently requires a considerable amount of time bean. To avoid this disadvantage, the component according to the invention is characterized in that it has a rigid frame which is provided with more than two such coupling devices themselves.
It is clear that this component can be put together via the coupling devices with other components that are provided with corresponding couplings or threaded holes, e.g. B. with other frame-shaped components or with the known rods, tubes or kno ten pieces.
In the drawing, two Ausführungsbei are shown games of the subject invention. It is: FIG. 1 a plan view of a first component; 2 shows a coupling device on a larger scale; 3 shows a plan view of two components coupled to one another and FIG. 4 shows a perspective illustration of the construction elements according to FIG. 3 on a larger scale.
The component according to FIG. 1 is a rectangular Fachwerkrahmen welded together from tubes 9-11. The longitudinal tubes 9 and 10, which are parallel to one another, are rigidly connected to one another by five transverse tubes 11. The longitudinal tubes 9 and 10 are provided with openings at their ends 4, for each connection to a coupling device 5.
The coupling device 5 is known per se and, according to FIG. 2, has a key sleeve 5a which is provided with a longitudinal slot 5b into which a transverse pin 5c protrudes, which is attached to a threaded bolt 5d that fits into the aforementioned opening and is shown in Fig. 2 is visible only through the longitudinal slot 5b.
On a pipe 1, several cross connectors 3 are provided, which are also each provided with a threaded hole, and it is clear that by turning the wrench socket 5a the threaded bolt 5d can be partially screwed out of the pipe end 4 and into a cross connector 3, in order to connect the component to which the pipe end 4 belongs to another component, which component can be, for example, the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 or another pipe.
In Fig. 1 it is shown how the frame-shaped component with three coupling devices 5 is connected to three polyhedral junction pieces 12, one of which is connected to a pipe 13 via a further coupling device 5. The tube 13 again has a transverse connector 3, which is connected to the frame-shaped component via a further coupling device 5.
It should be emphasized that according to FIG. 1, the coupling devices 5 and thus the corresponding openings in the ends of the tubes 9 are arranged in pairs, namely two on the right and two on the left, the axes of the threads of each thread pair being parallel to one another. This ensures that when the framework frame 9-11 is subjected to bending or rotation in the plane of the drawing, one coupling device of each pair is subjected to tension and the other coupling device is subjected to compression. Instead of pipes 9-l1, profile rods could also be used.
In Fig. 3 and 4, two components are shown, each having a rectangular rigid frame, which is composed of two longitudinal rails 101 and two transverse rails 102 of U-shaped profile, which is via gusset plates 103 and Screws 106 (or rivets) are firmly connected to one another. In the longitudinal rails 101, the ends of wooden plates 105 are taken.
The frame is provided on each cross rail 102 with two parallel threaded bores into which the threaded bolts of two coupling devices 5 are screwed; the two components, which each already form a platform by themselves, are firmly connected to one another by two rails 108 with a U-shaped profile to form a larger platform. The rails 108 have threaded bores 109 for the threaded bolts of the coupling devices 5. The rails 108 are also provided at their ends with threaded pins 110, onto which node pieces 12 are screwed, two of which are connected to one another via coupling pieces 5 and a tube 107.
Instead of the wooden plates 105 one could of course also use one or more sheet metal plates, which could optionally also be welded to the frame. Through the wood or sheet metal panels, the component is not only ausgebil det to a platform, which can be used for example in scaffolding (half-timbered construction), but it is also a significant stiffening of the frame is achieved. The forces acting on the plates 105 are of course transmitted via the coupling devices 5 to the other structural elements of the framework which are assembled with the structural element according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
In the case of FIGS. 3 and 4, after loosening the screws 106, the wooden panels 105 can be replaced, since the iron frame can normally be used longer than the wooden panels. The component is of course always used as a whole when assembling truss structures.
