Description
Einrichtung zum Spannen des nicht gezogenen Trums in einem Umlaufantrieb In Umlaufantrieben, beispielsweise Seil- oder Ket tentrieben, wird je nach der Umlaufrichtung das eine oder das andere Trum durch die Drehkraft gezogen, während das andere Trum lose bleibt und vielfach gespannt werden muss.
Zum Zwecke, das lose Trum unabhängig von der Umlaufrichtung spannen zu können, ist erfindungs gemäss eine Einrichtung vorgesehen, die dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass zwischen den beiden Trums ein Lagerbock für einen dreiarmigen Hebel festste hend angeordnet ist, wobei am ersten Arm dieses schwenkbaren Hebels eine vom einen Trum getrie bene Rolle und am zweiten Arm eine vom zweiten Trum getriebene Rolle angeordnet ist, während am dritten Arm eine Zugfeder angreift, welche mit einem annähernd entgegengesetzt zum dritten Hebelarm ge richteten Arm des Lagerbockes verbunden ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.
Mit I ist das gezogene Trum, mit II das (nicht gezogene) zu spannende Trum eines Umlauftriebes, z. B. eines Kettentriebes, aber auch eines Seil- oder Riementriebes bezeichnet. In einem zwischen den beiden Trums feststehend montierten Lagerbock D ist der Mittelzapfen e eines dreiarmigen Hebels E mit den Armen<I>Ei,</I> E2, <I>Es,</I> frei drehbar gelagert. Im freien Ende des Armes Ei ist ein Rad (Rolle) F1 frei drehbar gelagert, das durch das Trum I mitge nommen wird.
Es kann sich bei einem Kettentrieb um ein Kettenrad, bei einem Seiltrieb um eine Seil rolle oder bei einem Riementrieb um eine Riemen- Scheibe handeln. Ein gleiches Rad (Rolle) F2 ist im freien Ende des Hebelarmes E2 gelagert und wird vom Seiltrum II mitgenommen.
Das Ende des dritten Hebelarmes E3 ist durch eine Zugfeder C mit einem annähernd entgegengesetzt zu diesem Arm gerichte ten Arm D3 des Blockes D verbunden.
Die Wirkungsweise der Einrichtung ist folgende: Da hier angenommen ist, dass das Trum I gezogen wird, ist unter Mitwirkung der Räder F1 und F2 der Hebel E so weit im Gegenuhrzeigersinn geschwenkt worden, dass die Zugfeder rechts vom Drehpunkt .e vorbeigeht und die beiden Räder F1 bzw. F2 an die Seiltrums I bzw.
1I angepresst werden, wobei vor allem das an sich lose Trum 1I gespannt wird. Wenn die Drehrichtung des Umlauftriebes umgekehrt wird, dreht sich der Hebel E im Uhrzeigersinn so weit, bis die Zugfeder links vom Lagerzapfen e vorbeigeht und wieder die Spannung des losen Trums bewirkt.

With I is the drawn strand, with II the (not drawn) strand of a revolving drive to be tensioned, e.g. B. a chain drive, but also a cable or belt drive. The center pin e of a three-armed lever E with the arms <I> Ei, </I> E2, <I> Es, </I> is freely rotatable in a bearing block D fixedly mounted between the two strands. In the free end of the arm egg a wheel (roller) F1 is freely rotatably mounted, which is taken along by the strand I.
A chain drive can be a chain wheel, a cable drive can be a pulley or a belt drive can be a pulley. An identical wheel (roller) F2 is mounted in the free end of the lever arm E2 and is taken along by the cable run II.
The end of the third lever arm E3 is connected by a tension spring C with an arm D3 of the block D directed approximately opposite to this arm.
