Description
Befestigungsbride für Kabel und Rohre und Verfahren zu deren Herstellung Nach vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Befesti- gungsbride für Kabel und Rohre dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass aus einer Kunststoffussplatte, in welcher der Fussteil einer Blattfeder eingebettet ist, minde stens ein gebogener, elastisch biegsamer Blattfeder schenkel zum Klemmen des Kabels bzw. des Rohres vorsteht.
Derartige Briden können entweder durch Auf schrauben oder Aufkitten mit einer Tragfläche ver bunden werden, worauf die Kabel oder Rohre unter bzw. zwischen die gebogenen Blattfederschenkel, die zum Schutz gegen Korrosion und zur Bildung wei cherer abgerundeter Kanten vorzugsweise mit einem biegsamen Kunststoffüberzug versehen sind, einge klemmt werden können.
Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Briden ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer grossflächigen Plattenform eine Vielzahl von Blattfederfussteilen eingebettet wird, um eine zusam menhängende, aus vielen, durch Schwächungsrillen be grenzte Fussplatteneinheiten bestehende Platte zu bilden, von welcher die einzelnen Briden zum Ge brauch abgebrochen werden können.
Ausführungsbeispiele erfindungsgemässer Briden sind in zwei Varianten in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Grössere, z. B. streifenförmige Kunststoffplatten 1 sind durch Schwächungsrillen 10 in rechteckige Fuss platteneinheiten 11, 12, 13 usw unterteilt, in denen die Fussteile 21, 22, 23 von Blattfedern eingebettet sind, deren gebogene federelastisch biegsame Einzel schenkel 31, 32, 33 (Fig. 1) bzw. Schenkelpaare 41, 42 aus den Fussplatteneinheiten heraus vorstehen.
Die aus der Platte 1 herausragenden Blattfeder schenkel, die zum Festklemmen eines Kabels oder eines Rohres bestimmt sind, können z. B. in eine flüssige Polyvinylchloridmasse zur Bildung von elasti schen Überzügen 5 eingetaucht werden.
Die Fussplatteneinheiten enthalten gemäss Zeich nung in ihrer Oberseite je eine Muldenrille 6 zur Aufnahme eines Rohres oder eines Kabels, in ihrer Unterseite eine Vertiefung 7 zur Aufnahme von Be festigungskitt und vorzugsweise auch ein Schrauben loch 8 zum Durchstecken einer Befestigungsschraube.
Beim Beispiel nach Fig. 1 steht aus jeder Fuss platteneinheit ein halbkreisförmig gebogener Blatt federschenkel 31, 32 usw. vor, der die Fussplatten einheit von einem Rand her überdeckt und über dem gegenüberliegenden Rand Platz zum Einschieben des Kabels bzw. des Rohres frei lässt.
Beim Beispiel nach Fig. 2 stehen aus jeder Fuss platteneinheit zwei symmetrisch gebogene Blattfeder schenkel 41, 42 usw. vor, die zwischen. sich Platz zum Einstecken des Kabels bzw. des Rohres frei lassen.
