Steam power plant with reheating and feedwater preheating A steam turbine plant with reheating and steam extraction for supplying heat consumers has already been proposed, in which part of the steam of a main turbine plant of a downstream turbine with staggered inlets is fed to the downstream turbine in an unregulated manner Zudampfdruck be controlled accordingly.
This downstream turbine then works with an additional steam condition that changes with the load on the main turbine system at constant back pressure. This creates a normal, multi-stage, high-quality downstream turbine without a control wheel with several steam inlets which, depending on the pressure stage to which they are assigned, bypass the corresponding blading stages.
In such a system, the entire amount of live steam is overheated and the removal from the main turbine system is made immediately after the inter mediate overheating.
The higher the reheating and the more often reheating, the more necessary it is not to take the heating steam for the feedwater preheating from the main turbine system but from the downstream turbine, whereby the superheating heat of the additional steam is transferred to the working steam of the main turbine system.
The invention relates to a steam power plant with reheating and downstream turbine, whose uncontrolled withdrawn and reheated additional steam from the main turbine plant has transferred its heat to the working steam of the main turbine plant. According to the invention, the main turbine system is designed as a condensation system, the heating steam quantities for the feed water preheating of the downstream turbine being taken.
With such a design, the downstream machine can also be designed as a condensation turbine, so that in the case of a three-flow turbine of the main turbine system in the low pressure area, the downstream turbine can take over a flow part, so that a twin-flow turbine of the main turbine system is created in the low pressure region.
Another advantage is that the steam quantities taken from the downstream turbine for preheating the feed water are desheated, that is to say their temperature is much closer to the saturated steam limit. This also ensures that the superheated additional steam to the downstream turbine, which consists of the uncontrolled extraction of the main turbine system, transfers its superheating heat to the working steam of the main turbine system, which works except for the condenser pressure.
The downstream turbine, designed as a condensation turbine, can thus be used as an independent house turbine.
An example of a steam power plant according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. The live steam generated by the boiler 1 and superheated by the flue gas superheater 2 flows from the high pressure turbine 4 of the main turbine system into the flue gas superheater 3 of the boiler 1, is reheated there and then reaches the double-flow low pressure turbine 7 via the medium pressure turbines 5 and 6 Capacitor 10 down.
The from the medium pressure turbine 5 to the medium pressure turbine 6 and from this to the low pressure turbine 7 overflowing steam is heated in the heat exchangers 11 and 12 th by hochüberhitz, directly after the reheater 3 abge branched steam. This unregulated ent taken steam flows after desheating in the heat exchangers 11 and 12 to a downstream turbine 8, which works with sliding steam pressure and which is provided with the corresponding withdrawals to heat the feedwater preheaters 14 to 19.
The part 8a of the downstream turbine 8 located behind the last Dampfent acquisition is designed as a condensation part. The exhaust steam is deposited in the condenser 9. The condensate produced by the condensers 9 and 10 is pressed by a condensate pump 22 through the feedwater preheaters 14 to 19 into a mixing preheater 20. The heating of the mixer preheater 20 happens ge by steam, which is taken from a point between the heat exchangers 11 and 12.
A feed water pump 13 continues to push the preheated water back into the boiler 1 through the high pressure feed water preheater -21. The high-pressure feedwater preheater 21 is heated by the exhaust steam from the high-pressure turbine 4.
