Absauaeschlitze si--i dabei also nicht vor#ceschen.
B. Aufwand an Leitungen, in Wegfall.
Boundary layer suction device on a wall through which a condensable vapor flows. The separation of the boundary layer when flowing around bodies and when flowing through diffusers is the cause of the vortex formation and thus of losses in the flow. The risk of detachment always exists in areas with rising pressure, and all the more so; the steeper the pressure rise in the boundary layer.
As a result of the return flow, the boundary layer becomes strongly thickened, the separation point of the flow being given by the fact that the velocity gradient on the wall: perpendicular to the wall becomes zero.
A very effective measure to prevent the separation of the boundary layer consists in sucking the delayed boundary layer material outwards through narrow slits in the body wall. The flow is applied to the wall, and the streamlined image of the frictionless flow is obtained. In the case of wings, blades, etc., it is possible to achieve considerably larger angles of attack and a considerably greater lift.
Even in the case of flows in which the risk of detachment is not in the foreground, the frictional resistance can be reduced by draining the boundary layer by significantly reducing the tendency of the boundary layer to become turbulent. The laminar friction resistance is known to be much smaller than the turbulent one.
A Grenzschichtabsau @ t, ungseinrichtung for the inner wall of an outlet diffuser for steam turbines, through which the motive steam flows, with a closed channel directly connected to the suction slot on the side of the wall remote from the flow is known.
The necessary pressure drop is achieved by means of an amvendum ejector operated by an ejector, the suction effect of which can be increased by adding throttled steam at a higher pressure (higher than the bleed steam pressure).
With this known device, four negative pressures required for suction can also be generated by a water jet pump.
It is also known to cool the wall of such a diffuser from the outside for the purpose of knocking down the vapor forming the boundary layer. Suction slots are therefore not in front of # ceschen.
According to the invention, the principle is based on the Abs-.iti @ (, because the boundary layer suction requires less effort than the above-mentioned cooling of the wall from the outside. Furthermore, the suction of the boundary layer with regard to the intended purpose, en the currents <U> a </U> more effectively.
According to the invention, it is a boundary layer suction device on a wall through which a condensable vapor flows, with a suction slit arranged in the wall and a closed channel directly connected to the suction slit on the distal stream Side of the wall,
in which the closed channel is used as a condensation channel for the extracted steam and is equipped with a cooling device and a condensate drain for this purpose. This device is used in particular in the case of outlet diffusers of steam turbines in order to be able to achieve a strong expansion and thus a short overall length of the diffusers.
The negative pressure on the Atisströmmscite of the slot necessary to achieve the flow through the slot is produced by cooling and condensation of the steam in the channel.
According to the invention, the advantage of generating a greater negative pressure and, furthermore, the possibility of using lines of significantly smaller diameter for the filling mine or for the condensate to be passed on are achieved. Furthermore, Strahlsauaer and the effort required for them, z. B. expenditure on lines, in omission.
The small-diameter lines begin in the immediate vicinity of the suction slot, as cooling and condensation of the steam take place immediately behind the suction slot. Furthermore, according to the invention, there are the advantages that only a single condensate line is required, that the negative pressure caused by the cooling device located near the slot is approximately dike high in all parts of the condensation channel,
whereby the level of the negative pressure can easily be calculated via the cooling water quantity and temperature. In addition, because of the elimination of emitters, neither steam nor pressurized water, but only a coolant, e.g. B. cooling water, required to operate the suction device.
The cooling device is preferably provided as a coolant channel within the condensation channel. In this case, collecting channels for the condensate can be provided in the condensation channel. The condensation channel can consist of two bowl-shaped halves which are made of one piece with the adjacent walls serving for the steam duct and which are connected to one another.
In the case of steam turbine systems, for example, the condensate produced can be drained away separately from the coolant and used as feed water for the steam generation system. In the case of steam turbine systems, the condensate produced can be fed to the turbine condenser. A .: <B>; "</B> Coolant for the cooling device, 2 a cooling liquid or cooling air can be used. At higher pressures and temperatures of the vapor to be condensed, the cooling liquid can be preheated.
In Figs. 1 and 2 of the drawing Ausfüh are shown approximately examples of the device according to the invention.
According to FIG. 1, steam flows through a diffuser-like hollow body. Around this housing, designed as a round body, for example, two annular condensation channels 3 are arranged on the outside of the walls 1 of this hollow body. which are connected to the inside of the housing by suction slots 2. Inside each channel 3 there is a pipe 4 through which any coolant flows. In order to discharge the condensate, a drain 5 is provided at the lowest point of the right channel 3.
According to FIG. 2, a collecting and drainage channel 6 for the condensate is arranged within the channel 3 in which the condensation takes place. In addition, according to this figure, the channel 3 consists of two shell-shaped halves which are made of one piece with the adjacent parts of the walls 1 and are detachably connected to one another.
