Magnetic sound recorder for synchronous recording or reproduction of sound recordings in connection with a picture film recording or reproducing device The present invention relates to a magnetic sound device for synchronous recording or reproduction of sound recordings in connection with a picture film recording or reproducing device.
In order to obtain lip-synchronous recording or playback in recording or playback devices with separate sound carriers, it is known to have the speed of the image carrier controlled by the speed of the sound generator via a pulse generator. On the other hand, it is known to accommodate the sound carrier in magnetic tape recorders in cassettes that avoid the relatively cumbersome insertion of the tape into the recording or playback device.
The present invention is based on the object to provide such a cassette device for the synchronous recording or playback of separately th image and sound recordings.
According to the invention, a means which is influenced by the speed of the sound carrier and which is connected to a pulse generator which controls the speed of the image carrier is accommodated in the cassette.
This means can be made up of a toothed drum that is driven by a perforated sound carrier. The pulse generator connected to it is expediently not stored in the cassette, but in the housing receiving the cassette, the coupling between the toothed drum and the pulse generator taking place automatically when the cassette is inserted.
To get a control for the proper transport of the sound carrier, other contact segments are advantageously arranged on the pulse generator in addition to the Kontaktseg elements for the control pulses of the image carrier drive, which periodically interrupt the circuit of a signal lamp and the flickering of the lamp is a sign of the proper tape transport is.
On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown: Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the magnetic sound device, while Fig. 2 is a side view. In Figs. 1 and 2, only the components necessary for understanding the invention are Darge provides.
The housing 2 accommodating the cassette 1 ent holds the drive motor 3, the tape transport roller 4, which is connected to a flywheel 5, the scanning head 6 and tape guides 7 and B. The cassette 1 is guided by rollers 9 in the housing 2 and loves to be inserted on the two stop bolts 10, which are also arranged in the housing 2. In addition, the cassette is held in the pushed-in position by the spring 11 arranged in the housing. In Ge housing 2, the energy source, not shown, for the drive motor and the amplifier device are also housed.
In the cassette 1 are the unwinding core 12 and the winding core 13, which receive the perforated sound carrier 14, which is guided over the pulleys 15 and 16. The resiliently mounted pressure roller 17 in the cassette presses the sound carrier against the tape transport roller 4 when the cassette is inserted. The deflection roller 16 is designed as a toothed drum.
On its axis 18 a gear 19 is arranged, which meshes with the inserted cassette with the gear 20, which is mounted in the housing 2 and is connected via the axis 21 to the pulse generator. The pulse generator consists of two halves 22 and 23 of a metal cylinder, which are electrically separated from one another by the insulating washer 24.
Insulating webs inserted in the two cylinder halves divide the cylinder halves over part of their surface into contact segments 25 and 26 which, together with the contact brush pairs 27 and 28, form two breaker circuits. A signal lamp 29 is assigned to the one interrupter circuit with the contact segments 25 and the pair of contact brushes 27, the flickering of which indicates that the tape is being transported properly.
The other interrupter circuit with the contact segments 26 and the contact brush pair 28 is used in conjunction with an interrupter device arranged on the shaft 30 of the drive motor 31 for the image recording device, not shown, consisting of the contact brush pair 32 and the contact segment 33, for periodically short-circuiting the main circuit the drive motor 31 arranged resistor 34, whereby the synchronism between audio and video tape is Herge provides in a known manner.
