Die Erfindung betrifft demgegenüber einen Plattenwechsler der vorstehend erwähn ten Gattung, der jedoch die -Nachteile des vorerwähnten bekannten Plattenwechslers da durch vermeidet, dass erfindungsgemäss die Plattenstapelachse mitsamt dem Plattenstapel auf einem am Ende des Auslegers vorge sehenen Stapelaufnahmeteil senkrecht zur Richtung der Stapelachse aufzuschieben ist. und der Plattenteller selbst heb- und senkbar sowie derart ausgebildet ist, da.ss sein Mittelteil ;
Record changer There are record changers with an off-casual stacking axis with Abwurfvor device known, in which the respective under ste plate of the disk stack is dropped on a liftable and lowerable turntable, on which the lower side of the disk first played by means of the tone arm running underneath. becomes.
After the tonearm has been pivoted outwards, the turntable is lowered into its lower position, in which the upper side of the record is played by means of the tonearm now running above the record. Subsequently, the plate is lifted from the turntable on one side by a swiveling bracket that surrounds the turntable in such a way that it slides on the bracket at an angle to the turntable axis into a trough arranged on the side of the turntable.
In this known disk changer, the reserve disks have to aui: the fixed stacking axis individually from below. become what is obsolete. Another 1Iarrgel. consists in the means for performing the disk ejection and the disk ejection process itself.
occupy a relatively large room.
In a further known type of plate change: slerrr with a stacking axis held on a boom with a dropping device and a turntable that can be loved and lowered. only that., \ bspielerr a relatively small number of records, e. B. from maimal 10 to 12 records possible, because on the plate plate a cluster of plates comes about, through which on the one hand a decrease in the speed and on the other hand an excessive inclination of the stylus is brought about.
Cm this. Defect. to remedy this, a swiveling roller arrangement is used in other known record changers with a stacking axis mounted on a boom with throwing device and liftable and lowerable turntable, which tilts the played plate from the turntable to a tray arranged on the side of the turntable. However, such constructions require a large amount of space, the corresponding Urosse housing - z. B. suitcase or music cabinet housing - required and this ver expensive.
Apart from that, the disk changers mentioned above show the further man <B> 1 </B> that the application of reserve disks to the not. removable stacking axis is cumbersome because the reserve plates have a. The foldable, folded stacking axis must be threaded onto the boom.
The invention relates to a disk changer with a disk stack leash detachably held on a bracket, the disk ejecting device of which can be triggered by a part that can be raised and lowered by the disk changer, so that the triggered disk falls onto the turntable for the purpose of playing is automatically transported to a disc tray after playback.
In a known disk changer of this type, the disk stack axis together with the disk stack is to be threaded into a corresponding hole at the end of the boom from below, which is particularly cumbersome while a disk is playing. Furthermore, the be known record changer has a non-displaceable platter ble and in the central area of the turntable on a centrally located, raised and lowered part, which drops the triggered record on the actual turntable when it is lowered. In the middle of this turntable arrangement there is a protruding guide pin for the disk on top.
The disc being played is ejected by means of a lever arrangement arranged to the side of the turntable and tilting the disc on top of the central guide pin, while at the same time utilizing the centrifugal force of the rotating record, which is generated during one revolution under the joint effect of the centrifugal force and the lever arrangement slides from the turntable and then hits a laterally arranged buffered wall that directs the record into a container.
In addition to the cumbersome insertion of the stack of plates from below into a hole at the end of the boom, further disadvantages include the larger space required for the plates that slide down almost completely during an almost complete rotation and the longer time it takes to eject them .
In contrast, the invention relates to a plate changer of the type mentioned above, which, however, avoids the disadvantages of the aforementioned known plate changer because, according to the invention, the plate stack axis together with the plate stack is pushed onto a stack receiving part provided at the end of the boom perpendicular to the direction of the stack axis. and the turntable itself can be raised and lowered and is designed in such a way that its central part;
Lifting causes the lowest plate of the stack to fall onto the outer part of the turntable, which can be lowered to eject the plate on top of it so that the plate is placed on a guide track, from which the plate is perpendicular through an ejector member is ejected in the direction of the stack axis.
The proposed design not only allows easier changing of the plat tenstapel also during the playback of a plate and, since the plates to be replaced stacks. perpendicular to the direction of the stacking axis on the end of the boom who pushed the, a lower height of the plate changer, lers. Due to the proposed, preferably jerky ejection of the respective played plate perpendicular to the direction of the stacking axis, only a very small floor plan area is required for the jV echsler, - which is essentially determined by a rectangle,
that is sufficient for the recording of two records placed side by side. The proposed placement of the disc being played on a track #, and the preferably jerky ejection of the discs perpendicular to the direction of the stack axis, further accelerates the disc cycle and therefore allows larger stacks of discs to be played almost continuously.
As a result of the conceivably small external dimensions of the Plattenweehsler, it is primarily suitable for installation in devices that require lightness and minimal drainage, such as B. for installation in portable devices. The proposed extremely easy-to-use disk changer can be used to play and mechanically change up to about 50 pieces of equal-sized plates.
An embodiment of the subject invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 of the accompanying drawings.
Of these figures, FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through FIG. essentially along the line? <B> ... </B>?, with certain parts being shown in detail for the sake of clarity of the drawing,
the figure \? partially a top view of the plate changer and partially a top view of the inner plate changing mechanism with the omission of the boom together with the plate stack and FIG. 3 the section taken along the line 3 ... 3 through FIG For reasons of clarity of the drawing, parts are shown cut away or broken off and further parts have been omitted.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the round plate A is shaped in such a way that the interchangeable mechanism is below it in the right part, while the left, tub-like part B serves as a plate magazine. With the base plate : 1, the boom C and the bottom part V are firmly connected. A dashed-line recess in the stacking axis D is used to attach the stacking axis to the corresponding stacking part Q of the boom C.
The fixing of the stack axis 1) on the boom C takes place in a known manner not shown. After removing the plate stack axis D, the plates can be placed in a simple manner from above onto the axis, which is then pushed onto the horizontally running out stack holding part Q of the boom C perpendicular to the direction of the stack axis.
The plate stack axis D carried by the arm C alone has no direct connection with the turntable W. The plate stack is held in a known manner by holding pieces F. The lowermost plate of the stack is discarded essentially using known means, in that the release button E protruding from the bottom of the stack axis D is pushed by the turntable axis G below.
The arrangement of the plate plate W driven by the motor K via the drive wheels I and J is such that it is controlled under the influence of the plate shift lever L, which is driven by the guide track Z of the cam plate lI (on the motor side via the drive wheels I 'and I ") can perform a vertical movement.
If the lowermost plate of the plate stack is to be transported onto the plate plate W, the cam plate t1Z causes the plate plate to be pushed up via the plate shift lever L, whereby the release button E is pressed into the stack axis D. Using known agents, the bottom plate is separated from the stack. During this process, the plate centering piece R presses directly against the underside of the stacking axis D so that the plate can be safely transferred from the. Stack is given to the plate.
The plate centering piece R has - insofar as it is necessary for guiding the plate - a cylindrical shape which then transforms into a cone in order to ensure a smooth fall of the plate from the freely suspended stacking axis D to the rotating turntable W. After this process, the tonearm LT is guided to the disk S in a known manner and this is scanned.
Through the well-known internal groove shut-off, the cam 1Z is now set in motion and through this the lever L is pivoted, so that the turntable TV is lowered by its own weight, until the platen centering piece R down out of the plate S emerges. As a result, the plate S comes to lie on the sliding tracks T on both sides.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the ejector lever 0 is arranged so that it protrudes with its upper end from the base plate, 4 over the discarded plate, S. The ejector lever 0 is directly dependent on the cam 111 due to the intermediate piece N üz lying on the one hand on it and on the other hand on the outer guide track X of the cam 1f and horizontally displaceable X the
Cam 31 pressed. In the cam disk 11Z (Fig. \?) There is the angular recess Y, through which the ejector lever 0, which is under tension, in connection with the intermediate piece N, can perform a jerky movement in the direction of the plate S.
By this movement, the plate S, which as shown in FIGS. and 3 visible only with the edge on the slideways? ' rests, jerked off perpendicular to the turntable axis G. The plate S slides on the slideways T i. which also serve to guide the plate laterally until these sliding tracks open the way to the horizontal right case in the tub B approximately in the middle of the tub space of the ejected plate. The turntable <B> 11 '</B> also carries out the Naeli diesel operation.
of the turntable axis G, in turn, the already mentioned movement upwards against the release button E of the stacking axis D, in order to cause the next plate of the stack to be dropped onto the turntable W.
The proposed device is for a plastic plate type with. large Mittelloeli, which is now known as the 17-cili plate. The ejection process does not remove this disk. damaged and, due to their low weight of around -10g, only needs the smallest ejection forces.
