Description

  

  Kettenräderwechselgetriebe an einem Fahrrad    Bei manchen Kettenräderwechselgetrieben  für Fahrräder, insbesondere bei solchen mit  zwei Spannrollen, ist es notwendig, die Stel  lung des Trägers der Kettensehalteinrichtung  zu verändern, um beim Ausbau des Hinter  rades dieses ohne Schwierigkeit aus dem Rah  men nehmen zu können. Bei einigen Wech  selgetrieben muss der Träger beim Aus- und  Einbau des Hinterrades vollkommen vom Rah  men gelöst werden. Bei andern Systemen ist  der Träger um einen Zapfen schwenkbar aus  geführt, so dass durch Ausschwenken des Trä  gers Platz für den Aus- und Einbau des Hin  terrades geschaffen wird, ohne dass der Träger  vom Rahmen entfernt wird.  



  Der Träger des Wechselgetriebes gemäss  vorliegender Erfindung stellt eine besonders  einfache Lösung eines schwenkbaren Trägers  dar. Der Träger schwenkt ohne festen Dreh  punkt nur durch Flächenführung. Die  Schwenkbewegung wird zweckmässig ermög  licht einerseits durch einen kurvenförmigen  Schlitz am Träger, der in einem am Rahmen  ende befestigten Bolzen geführt ist, ander  seits durch Flächen, die in den Gabelschlitz  greifen. Dadurch, dass eine genaue Führung  des Trägers um einen Mittelpunkt beim  Schwenken vermieden wird, ist es nicht nötig,  die Trägerteile mit einer Passung auszuführen.  Es ist deshalb möglich, den Träger als  S tanzteil anzufertigen und nicht zu bearbeiten.  



  Ausserdem ermöglicht der Erfindungsgegen-    stand einen grösseren Schwenkbereich als die  bekannten Konstruktionen.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Ansicht der     Gangschalt-          einrichtung    in Betriebsstellung;       Fig.2    zeigt einen Teilschnitt der Gang  schalteinrichtung;       Fig.        2a    zeigt einen Teilschnitt gemäss  Schnittlinie A -B;         Fig.    3     zeigt    den Träger der     Gangschaltein-          richtung    in     ausgeschwenktem    Zustand bei       Herausnahme    des Hinterrades.  



  Der Träger 1 ist mit einem kurvenförmigen  Schlitz 2 versehen, durch den ein fester Bol  zen 3 ragt. In Betriebsstellung wird der  Schlitz 4 des Trägers mit dem Gabelschlitz  5 des Rahmens zur Deckung gebracht (siehe       Fig.1).    Das über die Trägerfläche vorstehende  Stück 6 am Trägerschlitz 4 greift in den Ga  belschlitz 5 ein und bildet oben und unten  eine     Anlagefläche    7, B. Wird nunmehr der  Träger 1 bei     Herausnahme    des Hinterrades  ausgeschwenkt (gemäss     Fig.    3), so erfolgt die  Schwenkbewegung des Trägers 1, indem einer  seits die Fläche 8 am Rand des Gabelschlitzes  gleitet, anderseits der Schlitz 2 sich am     Bolzen     3 verschiebt.

   Da die Schwenkbewegung ledig  lich durch das Zusammenwirken des Schlitzes  2 mit-dem Bolzen 3 einerseits und der Fläche 8  mit dem Rand des Gabelschlitzes anderseits      erfolgt, ist eine genaue Passung, wie sie bei  einer Achse nötig wäre, nicht erforderlich.  Es kann deshalb der Träger 1 als Stanzteil  hergestellt werden ohne irgendwelche Nach  bearbeitung. Dies bedeutet eine erhebliche  Vereinfachung und Verbilligung dieses Teils.

The pivoting movement is expediently made possible light on the one hand by a curved slot on the carrier, which is guided in a bolt attached to the frame end, on the other hand by surfaces that engage in the fork slot. Because an exact guidance of the carrier around a center point is avoided when pivoting, it is not necessary to design the carrier parts with a fit. It is therefore possible to manufacture the carrier as a stamped part and not to process it.



  In addition, the subject of the invention enables a larger pivoting range than the known constructions.

  The carrier 1 is provided with a curved slot 2 through which a solid Bol zen 3 protrudes. In the operating position, the slot 4 of the carrier is brought into line with the fork slot 5 of the frame (see FIG. 1). The protruding over the support surface piece 6 on the support slot 4 engages in the Ga belschlitz 5 and forms a contact surface 7, B at the top and bottom. If the carrier 1 is now pivoted out when the rear wheel is removed (according to FIG. 3), the pivoting movement of the takes place Carrier 1 by on the one hand the surface 8 slides on the edge of the fork slot, on the other hand the slot 2 moves on the bolt 3.

   Since the pivoting movement is single Lich through the interaction of the slot 2 with the bolt 3 on the one hand and the surface 8 with the edge of the fork slot on the other hand, an exact fit, as would be necessary with an axis, is not required.
