Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch einen Ringkolbenwasserzähler.

Flow device for flowing media
The invention relates to a flow device for flowing media. This is understood to mean a device through which a gas or liquid flows, the device acting on the medium or being influenced by it. Flow devices in this sense are z. B. counters, pressure regulators, shut-off valves, filters or the like.
For the connection of flow devices, a pipe connection piece is known which is to be connected to the inflow and outflow line and in which the inflow and outflow channels lie coaxially one inside the other in a device-side double connection piece.
The invention is based on the object of designing a flow device in such a way that, with an appropriate structure, it can be connected to such a drilling connection piece provided with a double connection piece without additional intermediate pieces.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that a corresponding Doppelan connection piece is formed by the device housing retracted at the bottom and an inner housing, which is arranged coaxially in the device housing and is connected to this by webs, the device housing and the inner housing forming a jacket-shaped channel and in end a common sealing plane.
The use of such a double-walled housing consisting of an inner and an outer housing enables the measuring mechanism of a water meter to be inserted unchanged into the inner housing, which is open at the top, so that the water flows into the measuring mechanism through the axial inlet opening of the inner housing and out of the measuring mechanism through the jacket-shaped one Outlet channel drains. The inner housing can also be closed at the top by a regulating or closing valve with respect to the jacket-shaped outlet channel.
In all cases, a simple, rotationally symmetrical construction of the housing parts of the flow device and sufficient flow cross-sections can be obtained without difficulty.
The outer housing is expediently provided with a screw socket projecting beyond the common sealing surface of the inlet and outlet opening, so that the flow device can be screwed directly onto the double connection socket of the connection piece. However, it is often necessary to be able to screw the flow device to the double connection piece in any orientation. In such a case, a union nut used for screwing to the connection piece can be attached to the outer housing.
You can also screw the outer housing to the connection piece of the connection piece by means of a left-hand and right-hand thread sleeve.
The invention is explained in more detail below using a few exemplary embodiments with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5:
Fig. 1 shows a section through a rotary piston water meter.
Fig. 2 and 3 show different types of screwing.
4 and 5 schematically show the structure of gas pressure regulators.
A pipe connection piece 1, which is to be held in the inflow and outflow line, has a double connection piece formed by the walls 102, 103, in which the inflow and outflow channels lie coaxially one inside the other. A ring-shaped water meter is connected to the pipe connection piece 1 and has an inner housing 165 and an outer casing 65 which are connected to one another by webs.
The measuring mechanism 66 of the meter is let into the inner housing 165, which is provided with an axial inlet opening 5. Between the walls of the housings 165, 65, there is a jacket-shaped outlet channel 6 which is concentric to the inlet opening 5 with a jet. The outer housing 65 is provided with a screw connector 67 which projects beyond the common die surface of the inlet (5) and outlet channels 6, which carries a sealing ring 69.
The outer housing 65 is clirred onto the connection piece 1 a with the aid of the screw socket 67. The water then enters the inner housing 165 through the inlet opening 5, flows through the let-in measuring device 66 and flows out through the jacket-shaped outlet channel 6 and the connection piece 1.
If the water meter is to be connected in such a way that the pointer mechanism 68 is not given a random, but a specific orientation in which it is easy to read, then the outer housing 65, as shown in FIG. 2, is placed on a ring 71 store a union nut 42 used for screwing. However, one can also achieve the same goal. 3 through a sleeve 86 has a left-hand thread that can be screwed onto the connection piece 1 and a right-hand thread that can be screwed onto the outer housing 65. The housings 65 and 165 are rotationally symmetrical and can therefore be easily manufactured and processed.
FIG. 4 schematically shows a simple gas pressure regulator designed according to the same principle, which could also be a union nut 42 according to FIG. The gas pressure regulator has an inner housing 54 with an axial inlet and an outer housing 50 arranged coaxially therewith. The inner housing: can be closed at the top by a control valve body 53 which works together with the valve seat 52. The regulating valve is controlled in a known manner by a membrane 56 closing off the outer housing 50.
5 schematically shows a gas pressure regulator with a compensating diaphragm 57, in which the gas flows into the jacket-shaped space between the inner housing 54 'and the outer housing 51 and flows out through the inner housing 54' after passing through the control valve 52, 53. The back pressure is passed under the work membrane 56 through a channel 58 of the Innenge housing.
If a manually operated screw-down valve is provided instead of the control valve 52, 53, one obtains a shut-off device with coaxial inlet and outlet that can be connected to the pipe connection piece 1 in the same way.
As can be easily seen from the drawing, all of the features of the patent claim are present in all embodiments.
