Hydraulic lifting system, in particular for vehicles The invention relates to a hydraulic Ilebea.nlage, in particular for vehicles, with an overpressure control member that contains a closing member. In the known lifting systems, when the pressure relief valve is opened, the liquid flows tightly past the control surfaces of the closing element.
As a result, the pressure in the system upstream of the valve must be higher with a larger stroke in order to keep the valve open than at the start of opening. The resulting pressure fluctuations are undesirable because they damage the pump to the system and can cause dangerous pressure increases in the lines and valves.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the control surface of the closing element, which acts on the same in one movement line of the latter, is unaffected by the pressure changes of the working medium caused by the changes in the flow during the control movements of the closing element arise.
An embodiment according to the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a diagram of an entire system, FIG. 2 shows a section through the overflow valve.
A pump 2 removes oil from a reservoir 1. It is passed through a pipe 3 in a pressure control member 4 and from this through a line 5 to a control valve 6 of a conventional construction. Depending on the setting of this valve with a handle 7, the pressure oil is fed to one of the working lines 8 or 9. It flows into a working cylinder 10 and moves a working piston 11 sliding therein down or up. The piston rod of this working piston is, for example, connected to an implement attached to the vehicle containing the system, such as a plow, which is consequently lifted when the working piston 11 is raised.
The oil flowing back in the other line in each case returns through the control valve 6, a line 12, the pressure control element 4 and a pipe 13 to the storage container 1.
The overpressure control element 4 has the task, if the pressure in the line 5 and thus also in the pipe 3 rises too much, to direct the oil back directly through the pipe 13. It is constructed in the following way: In a housing 14 openings 15, 16, 17 and 18 for the pipes or lines 3, 5, 12 and 13 are made. They lead to a hole 19 made transversely to them.
In this an inner housing 20 is used; it becomes with its wider section 21 of. a locking cap 22 pressed against a shoulder 23 of the housing 14. Sealing cords 24 and 25 inserted into the cutouts of the housing ensure a tight seal.
The inner housing 20 contains a longitudinal bore 26 with a part 27 designed as a cylinder guide and a narrower extension 28, furthermore in its wider section 21 a wide transverse bore 29 and an annular groove 30. This provides the direct connection between the openings 17 and 18 that is, between the line 12 and the pipe 13.
The part 27 receives a closing element 31 designed as a hollow cylinder. A compression spring 32 rests with one end in a borehole 33 of the screw plug 22, with the other on the open end face of the closing member 31. This is pressed with its end face against a collar 35 of a piston 36. This piston slides you tend in the bore extension 28. It carries transverse grooves 37, which make the penetration of liq fluid difficult in this extension, and a control surface 36 'as an end surface.
The collar 35 contains a transverse groove 38, the stem surface 34 a small bore 39. The otherwise closed space in front of the end face 34 is thus connected to the interior of the closing member 31.
In the outside of this closing link is. a ring office 40 screwed in; from this drill rings 41 lead into the interior of the casting die. In the housing 20, opposing radial openings 42 with a small diameter and axially offset further openings 43 and 44 are drilled.
During normal operation of the system, dirty oil comes through the pipe 3 and the opening 15 into the bore 19, fills it around the thinner part of the housing 20 and flows through the opening 16 to the device 5 on. The oil flowing back through the line 12 goes through the opening 17, the annular groove 30, the transverse bore 29 and the opening 18 to the pipe 13 and to the reservoir 1 back. The piston 36 and the closing member are in the position shown; the openings 42 are closed.
If the pressure in the line 5 and thus also in the bore 19 increases beyond a certain amount, the force acting on the control surface 36 'of the piston 36 overcomes the pressure of the spring 32 and pushes the piston and with it the closing member 31 right. The compression spring 32 is selected so that this process occurs at the limit of the permissible pressure.
If you see the closing member 31 shifts, its annular groove 40 comes into the area of the openings 42, and it flows through the bores 41 from pressure oil. If the pressure increases even further, the annular groove 40 controls the larger openings 43 and 44 so that finally the entire amount of oil supplied by the pump can flow off in this way.
The pressure at the openings 42 changes depending on the amount or speed. of the oil flowing through - it decreases as the speed increases. The control surface 36 'of the piston 36, however, is not thereby. influenced; it is constantly under the pressure in the pipe 3 and the line 5. This ensures that this pressure never exceeds the set pressure and always remains the same during the overflow, regardless of its extent.
Because the liquid in the space z-or of the end face 34 can only flow in or out via the bore 39, the movement of the closing member 31 is damped. The relatively large stroke, which is necessary to fully open up to zri the opening 44, also prevents the closing link from swinging back and forth.
In many cases it is sufficient to suppress the swinging or snarling of the closing link. one of these two measures. ffr see alone. The fact that the overflowing liquid enters the closing element radially prevents the closing element from being influenced by R. backdnarek on its side or bottom surfaces.
The flow cross-section for the liquid on its way through the bores .11., The interior of the closing member 31, the longitudinal bore 26 and the transverse bore 29 he widened each time, so that the liquid without. Damming can flow to the pipe 13. This measure also prevents the closing member 31 from being influenced by the outflowing liquid.
The overpressure control element can also be built together with the control valve 6 in a housing, so that the lines 5 and 72 run within this housing.
