Telephone system with two-way connections In telephone systems with two-way connections, the subscriber lines of two subscriber stations, whose subscriber devices are designed as normal single-line subscriber sets, are connected to the office's selection facilities via a common connecting line. A switching device (subscriber switch) is arranged in front of the two subscriber stations at the subscriber end of the connection line.
The office end of the connection line leads to a transmission device which makes the connection. with the normal switching facilities of the Office for individual exclusion of participants. In the preselection organ of the office, both subscriber intercom stations of the two-way connection are assigned a common preselector or a common call finder output. Furthermore, each of the subscribers is assigned its own output of the line selector in the exchange facility.
In the case of devices of this type, the incentive for the outgoing line to the exchange device at one intercom is created by applying ground potential on the b wires of the common connecting line.
Correspondingly, in incoming traffic, the call for one subscriber is routed via the a-wire, for the other subscriber via the b-wire of the common connecting line. In the switching device (subscriber switch), each of the subscriber stations is assigned a relay. The actuating winding of one of these relays is connected on the one hand to earth and on the other hand to the one wire of the associated subscriber line in such a way that
that when a subscriber loop closes, the assigned "relay is actuated by the office battery via the connection line and the subscriber line. When it is actuated, the relay disconnects from the subscriber line and switches it through to the common connection line of the two subscriber line. At the same time the other , not involved in the connection subscriber station separated from the common connecting line.
In the idle state of the system, the common connecting line is connected to the wires of the subscriber lines that with the above-mentioned loop closure, an outgoing call by one subscriber station with the application of earth to the a-wire and by the other subscriber station with when earth is applied to the b-core of the common connection line.
As a result, an occupancy relay is actuated in the transfer device, which is in the. Preselection organ triggers the switching operations required for establishing a connection, - In known telephone systems with two-way connections, an occupancy relay is arranged in the transmission device, which is actuated by the occupancy stimulus emanating from a subscriber station.
This relay closes a circuit in the transmission device through which a call relay is actuated in the preselection device, which causes the preselector or the caller to start. In addition, in known systems, a cut-off relay is arranged in the transmission device, by means of which the coils of the occupancy relay are separated from the speech wires after the assignment has taken place and the speech wires themselves are switched through to the preselection element.
However, this technology requires that when a connection is triggered, the occupancy relay drops out before the isolating relay. Exact compliance with this requirement can only be achieved by using more switching means.
If the requirement is never met, that is, if the isolating relay in front of the occupancy relay drops out during the triggering process, the following faults in a functionally correct switching sequence result: a) Until the occupancy relay drops out, the occupancy circuit for the preselection element is closed again which causes it to start unintentionally.
b) The occupancy relay is connected to the connection line when it is energized, so that the occupancy relay cannot drop out when it is triggered in the event of earth conductors on the connection line.
In order to avoid these difficulties, the invention improves such a device for two-way transmission lines that according to the invention, when an occupancy relay that establishes the through-connection is triggered, it switches through one wire of the connection line to the preselection element,
where from earth in the switchover device via the subscriber loop and the switched-through wire of the connection line to a call relay of the preselection element used for individual connections, a circuit is created that effects the setting of the preselection element, whereby the occupancy relay remains activated until it is activated by the Effect of the preselector is switched to a holding circuit.
As a result of the measures mentioned, the pre-selection element is assigned in the named case by closing a circuit running through the calling subscriber station, in contrast to known devices in which the forwarding organ is occupied by closing a circuit in the transmission device. During the triggering process, therefore, there can be no short-term bridging of the connecting wires, which could cause an outgoing re-assignment of the preselection organ.
Another advantage is the improved waste protection for the occupancy relay. When a connection is triggered, the isolating relay interrupts the holding circuit of the occupancy relay in known transmission devices and connects it to the connection line. If there are earth conductors on the connection line, there is a holding circuit for the occupancy relay so that it cannot drop out.
Since the occupancy relay of the improved device forms a parallel circuit to the call relay located in the front panel, the holding current is weakened. This improves the drop-out lengths of the occupancy relay.
In the following, three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are to be explained in greater detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
Fig. 1 shows a transmission setup for connecting a two-way connection to an exchange with pre-dialers. In this transmission facility, each subscriber station is assigned an occupancy relay R., or R2, and both subscriber stations are assigned an isolating relay TI. In addition, separation contacts TV are provided for blocking the connection traffic leading to the subscriber stations.
A simple representation of the circuit arrangement of a switching device GUm with the switch relay arranged in front of the subscriber stations has been dispensed with, since its circuit principle is known and is not changed by the invention. Each of the Teilnelimerstellen is connected by the two wires of their subscriber line with the switching device, in which each subscriber station is assigned a Wei chenrelais. These switch relays are connected on the one hand to earth and on the other hand to one wire each of the associated subscriber line.
When a subscriber loop closes, the assigned switch relay in the switching device is actuated by the office battery via the connecting line and the subscriber line. As a result, the relay designed as a remanence relay is disconnected from the one wire of the subscriber messaging and switches this wire through to the common connecting line of the two subscriber stations, which leads from the switching device to the exchange. At the same time, the user station not involved in the connection is disconnected from the common connec tion line by actuating the weiehen relay.
Due to the magnetic remanence of its iron circuit, the switch relay remains activated until a connection is triggered. When the relay is triggered, the relay receives a counter-excitation pulse via the connection line so that it drops out and restores the idle state.
The mode of operation of the arrangement shown in Fig. 1 is briefly as follows: When the subscriber 1 of the two-way connection picks up his handset, the Umselialteinrieleline G-Um is ground potential via the speech station connected to wire L "of the connecting cable.
As a result, the occupancy relay R: L in the transmission device Fe is actuated via the closed contacts al of the isolating contacts TV and via the contacts tj and rg ″ and the winding R, (5/6) . The relay RI. Switches the Spreehadern directly through to the preselector VW with the contacts rill and rl_, 112, in which the contact relay R (vw) is activated.
Since the a, wire is connected to minus potential via the call relay R (VW), a parallel circuit is formed with the occupancy relay R, the transmission unit Ue. The occupancy relay R is dimensioned in such a way that it remains activated after the parallel electronic circuit has been formed.
Due to the parallel resistance in the preselector VW, which is between 500 and 900 ohms, the circuit to the calling subscriber station becomes low-pole, and the switch relay assigned to the calling subscriber station is in the switching device GUm can respond. The switch relay, designed as a self-retaining remanence relay, disconnects itself from the subscriber line and switches it through to the connection line. At the same time, the subscriber station 2 not involved in the connection is separated from the connection line.
During this process, earth is disconnected from the subscriber loop in the switching device GUm. However, the Lb wire of the connection line is connected to ground in the preselection device VW n-.Lit so that after the subscribers have switched through to the connection line, the excitation circuit for the occupancy relay R: L is routed via the Lb wire to the transmission unit Ue.
The assignment of the preselector TW now takes place via the subscriber loop as with individual connections. The selection starts when the call relay R (vw) is activated. Before that, however, in the transmission unit Ue, ground potential was applied to the connection point of the two windings of the isolating relay TI by closing contact r11111.
However, since when the pre-selector VW is in the rest position, negative potential is applied to the winding TI (1 / ?,) of the relay TI above its zero step, at this point in time both TI relay vibrations are sensibly excited, so that the relay does not respond. However, as soon as the preselector starts up, the negative potential is separated from the weighting TI (l / 2), whereupon this relay picks up and with the contact tj.I the relay R, separates from the a-wire.
The relay R, however, remains switched on via the contacts t, 'wid ri'Ili. Finally, with contact rj., 2, the call counter assigned to subscriber 1 is connected to the wire d of the preselector VIV which carries the counting current surge.
When subscriber 2 calls, the earth potential is applied by the switching device GUm via the subscriber loop to the Lb wire of the connecting line and the relay R2 is actuated.
However, since the Lb wire is also connected to earth potential in the V-W selection, the speaking wires must be connected through contacts r211 and r2 1112,
so that the call relay R (vw) is actuated in the VW selection. The other switching processes are analogously the same as for a call by the subscriber 1.
If the subscriber of the two-way line hangs up his handset at the end of the call, the preselector V-W runs to zero after triggering the group selector and thus applies negative potential to the c-wire. This is thrown off by the counter-excitation of the winding TI (l / 2) of the isolating relay TI located in this wire, whereby it disconnects the holding circuit of the Rl relay at contact t11 -Lind its winding R,
(5/6) clialtet back to the L "wire of the connecting line. Contact t1111 also connects the winding R2 (5/6) of relay R2 to Lb -Ader switched back -and switched on in place of the earth potential on this core during the call, minus potential.
As a result of this change in potential, a dropping winding of the wave relay designed as a remanence relay is excited in the switching device GUm in such a way that the magnetic remanence of the relay iron circuit is canceled. The switchover relay drops out and returns the switchover switch to the rest position.
In the case of incoming traffic, the relay Tl_ is excited in the transmission device Ue- by the line selector LW via the c wire (cl or C2), which with its contacts th the occupancy relay R, and R.2 from the wires of the connecting line L " , Lb separates.
The connection of the desired subscriber station takes place via the ringing voltage applied to the Lc wire in the line selector LIV, which is generated after the line selector L'W (a-Ld al, bl or . a2, b2) via the L.,
or the wire Lb of the connecting line to the Urnschalteinrichtung is forwarded further. A Veirbin-Jung is triggered by the disconnection of the isolating relay T, when the line selector LW is triggered. The relay TI thereby effects the same switching functions as already described for outgoing traffic.
For individual blocking of the connection traffic to the subscriber stations, the corresponding occupancy circuits can be influenced by isolating plugs on the isolating contacts TV. These isolating contacts are of no importance for the invention, so that the description of the blocking functions they effect has been dispensed with.
2 shows the circuit arrangement of a transmission device in connection with a call seeker AS. In order to enable direct occupancy of the call seeker AS when calls are made from both subscriber rings, a suffices here single occupancy relay Rl, which is the subscriber station 2 zugeord net.
In the event of a call, the subscriber station 1 causes the start of the caller AS without a switching function of the transmission device Ue directly via the resistor WT . In this case, the call relay R (As) arranged in the call finder AS is actuated in a StromIceis running from the Umsehalteinrielitung GUmt via the subscriber loop and the wire L, the connecting line.
After checking the call seeker AS , the relay T is excited via the c-wire, which separates the occupancy relay R, assigned to the other subscriber station, from the b-wire, switches the latter through and also the in the L "7Ader lying resistor WT switches off.
This is measured so that the switch relay of the subscriber 1 arranged in the switching device GUm is initially not actuated by the circuit with the resistance WT. It only speaks to who the loop via the subscriber station 1 z-Lun call seeker AS is closed.
In the case of an outgoing call from subscriber station 2, the relay R, is actuated in a circuit leading via the Lb wire of the connecting line, which with its contacts r11,2 and rIIII while simultaneously crossing the speech wires to the caller AS < / B> switches through and occupies this via the subscriber loop, whereby the assigned switch relay in the time switch device GUm can respond immediately.
After checking the call searcher AS, the relay T is energized again, which separates the relay R from the Lb wire. The relay B, , however, is held in the c-wire via its second winding in series with the T-relay. In both cases, a connection is triggered by disconnecting the earth potential from the c-wire in the call finder AS , which causes the relays T and R to drop out.
With this arrangement, too, each subscriber station can be blocked for outgoing calls. If the subscriber station 1 is to be blocked, then only the bridge 5-6 has to be opened and 6 with 7 to connect to through the resistor -WRI. for subscriber station 2 to receive the trigger potential. When subscriber station 2 is blocked, connection 4-8 is broken and a bridge is inserted between 7 and 8 . Finally, incoming traffic can also be blocked by separating either bridge 1-2 or 2-3 .
Another, particularly simple example is shown in FIG. 3, in which remanence relays are used as occupancy relays which, after excitation, hold their armature in the working position due to magnetic remanence when the excitation current is interrupted. The main advantage of such relays is that they do not consume any electricity when actuated.
When using such relays in the transmission device of a two-way connection, there is the further advantage that no isolating relay is required in the transmission device. It only has to be ensured that the relay is thrown off again by a counter-excitation when it is triggered. This is expediently done n-dt with the help of a capacitor, the charging, discharging or recharging current of which causes the relay to be thrown off. The circuit diagram again shows the isolating contacts TV, through which the subscribers can be blocked individually.
The not shown Vorwäbler V-W corresponds to the embodiment in Fig. 1.
When the subscriber 1 picks up his handset, the switching device G-Um via the speaking station 1 switches the LC wire of the connecting line, an isolating contact TVal, the contacts r211 and r11I12 ground potential applied to winding 1-2 of relay R, L.
The relay R: L responds in this circuit and with its contacts rIII -and r1I2 switches the speech wires through to the VTV preselector, which means that it is occupied via the subscriber loop.
At the same time, the relay R disconnects itself from the a wire at its contact riIII2 - Lind switches its actuating winding to the c wire via a capacitor C . At this point in time (preselector V-W still at rest) the side of the capacitor C connected to the c-wire is connected to negative potential. The capacitor C therefore does not change its state of charge.
The relay R remains in the working position due to magnetic remanence. As soon as the preselector starts up when the relay R (vw) (Fig. 1) is activated, the negative potential connected via the c-wire is disconnected from the capacitor 0 , so that see this via the high resistance 'Wi charges.
The charging current is in the same direction as the excitation current of the relay R1, which therefore does not change its actuation state.
The transmission unit Ue is triggered at the end of the call as follows: As soon as the preselector VW has reached the zero position, the c-wire is connected to negative potential.
The charged capacitor C can now be discharged quickly, since the resistance in the discharge circuit formed via the relay Rl, the capacitor 0 and the c-wire after the minus potential in the preselector VW is relatively low.
The discharge current causes a counter-excitation in the actuating L-plug winding of relay R, which cancels the remanence effect and thus causes the relay to drop out. The Lb wire of the connection line is connected to negative potential via the actuation winding of relay R2, so that the switch relay located in the switching device GUm drops out.
The switching processes for a call from subscriber station 2 are analogously the same with the only difference that when the voice wires are switched through, they are crossed.
