Throat bolt fastening device on molding machines The subject of the present invention is a throat bolt fastening device on molding machines, in which the centering end of the throat bolt is inserted into the drive member and the throat bolt is held on the drive member by a threaded nut engaging the throat bolt collar.
Various fastening devices of this type are known for fillet bolts on the drive shafts of filleting machines. In one embodiment, for example, the fillet is fastened in that a union nut is screwed down over the fillet collar. Unscrewing and re-attaching the union nut every time a tool is changed, however, is time-consuming, so solutions were sought that would allow tools to be changed more quickly.
There are also known constructions in which a bayonet threaded union nut, which has to sit between the last ren and the throat bolt collar when the tool is placed on the throat bolt, is used to pull the throat bolt into the drive shaft and hold it in place. Such a construction exhibits. the disadvantage of having for each throat bolt. attached tool that is to be kept ready for further use, a separate union nut must be available.
The present invention does not have these disadvantages and is characterized in that, on the one hand, the nut in its overhanging part has at least two evenly distributed recesses on its circumference and, on the other hand, the collar of the throat bolt has the same number of evenly distributed over its circumference having distributed lobes, wherein by mutual axial displacement of throat bolts and loosened courage ter the lobes can be pushed through the recesses.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the invention, and it shows Fig. 1 a longitudinal section through the line II of Figs. 2 and 3 of a first Ausfüh approximate shape, Fig. 2 is a partial section through the line II-II of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 a partial section through the line III-III of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 a section through the line IV-IV of FIG. 5 of a second embodiment, FIG. 5 a section through the line VV of FIG.
1-3 show the upper end of a drive member 1, beispieJsw eise the motor shaft of a throat blower, not shown, which is supported in a radial ball bearing 4 in a housing 5 of the throat machine, where a clamping element is held by a not shown Cover 6 holds the outer race 7 of the ball bearing 4 in place. A threaded ring 3 sits on a thread 2 on the drive element 1 and clamps the inner race 10 of the ball bearing 4. The threaded ring 3 is secured against rotation on the drive organ 1 by means not shown.
On the thread 9 of the threaded ring 3 sits a nut 8 which, in its overhanging part 14 in the exemplary embodiment shown, has three arranged recesses 15 evenly distributed over its circumference. However, only two or more than three Ausnelnnngen 15 could be provided. In the first embodiment according to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, the nut 8 has notches 16 forming a toothing on part of its outer jacket. Instead of the notches 16, according to the second embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the outer casing of the nut 8 could also be provided with continuous grooves 24. A hook wrench can be used on both to tighten and loosen the nut 8.
A throat bolt 11 on which throat tools not drawn are clamped with. a collar 17 extends with its end 18, which is used for centering at the bottom in FIG. 1, into a bore 19 of the drive member 1 and rests with the end face 20 of the collar 17 on an end face 12 of the threaded ring 3. The throat bolt 11 is entrained in the drive element 1 by means of joint bolts 21.
The collar 17 of the throat bolt 11 has three tabs 22 on its circumference corresponding to the recesses 15 of the nut S, which can be passed through the recesses 15 of the latter when the throat bolt 11 and the loosened nut 8 are axially displaced against each other. The thickness of the covenant 17, i.e. H. the distance between the end faces 20 and 23 is dimensioned such that after the centering end 18 of the throat bolt 11 has been inserted into the bore 19 with the nut 8 loosened only 1/6 of a turn on the threaded ring 3, the throat bolt is clamped 11 comes about because the nut 8 again only has to be tightened by 1/6 of a turn.
In contrast to the known embodiments, the construction described has the advantage that only the fillet bolt with the clamped fillet tools has to be removed, while the nut can always remain on the drive members 1, 3. As a result, the threads in the nut and on the drive elements are also less exposed to the risk of damage.
