Electrically driven small household appliance for mixing, stirring and chopping The present invention relates to an electrically driven small household appliance, for example for mixing food and beverages., For whipping cream and egg white, for stirring light cake dough, mayonnaise and for Grinding fruits, vegetables and the like can be used. It has a lower part designed as a vessel and an upper part containing the electric drive motor.
According to the invention, the small household appliance is characterized in that the removable upper part is made of an insulating material and has a centering rim to put on the lower part, that between the power supply from the outside and the electric motor there is a safety switch that cannot be operated by hand and the free end of the motor shaft carries a coupling, also made of insulating material, for inserting mixing and shredding eyes,
which coupling is provided with Ven tilationsflügeln to vent the motor housing, the whole thing in such a way that the circuit for the drive motor is only on. the lower part attached to the upper part is closed.
In the accompanying drawing is a. Shown from exemplary embodiment of the subject invention. It shows: FIG. 1 the front view of the device, FIG. 2 a longitudinal section through the side view of the same. _ Fig. 3 shows the safety switch on a larger scale and Fig. 4 shows the circuit diagram. this device. The illustrated small household appliance be seated a bell-shaped, made of an iso animal material, for.
B. pressed material, manufactured upper part, which serves as a housing 1 of a with its shaft 5 (Fig.1 and 2) running vertically built-in th electric motor. The stator winding of this motor is designated by 22.
The free end of the motor shaft 5 protrudes from the housing 1, which is open at the bottom, and carries a coupling piece 3, also made of insulating material, which on its side facing away from the shaft end with a bore for inserting the interchangeable mixing, stirring and crushing tools, of which in Fig.2 a whisk 6 is drawn is provided. Blocked directly against the motor housing 1, a fan housing 2 made of insulating material laterally encloses the space around the coupling piece 3.
Within this space, as a lateral arm, fan blades 4 on the coupling piece 3 are arranged, which exert a suction effect with the engine running in relation to the engine compartment above.
Between the lower end of the core of the stator winding 22 and the inwardly protruding ring of the fan housing 2, a vertical, tubular air guide ring 23 is installed in such a way that a gap remains between it and the inner wall of the housing 1.
The lower part of the housing 1 is provided with air slots 15 which break through the wall dough, as is the fan housing 2 in the area of the fan blades 4 with air slots 16.
When the engine is running, this arrangement and the action of the fan through the slots 15 sucked fresh cooling air from the outside into the space outside of the guide ring 23, which, in the upper part of the housing 1, does from there between the rotor and stator winding (see arrows in Fig. 2) to get back down to the fan 4, where it finally exits through the slots 16 into the open again. This air circulation prevents the housing 1 from getting hot.
For better handling is. a button 20 is screwed on the upper vault of the latter housing.
A terminal box 8, in which the mains connection terminal 21, the two contact screws 11, 12 and the contact bridge 10 of a safety switch are located, is made in one piece with the fan housing 2.
Said safety switch is inserted into the line of the power supply for the drive motor for the purpose of temporary interruption, which line from the mains terminal 21 to one end of the stator winding 22 and from via a manually operated toggle switch 19 attached to the housing 1 there is led to the other pole of the network - (Fig. 4). A centering rim 25 projecting from this plane is arranged on the lower surface of the fan housing 2,
the outer diameter of which is adapted to the clear upper edge width of the lower part 7 of the device, which is formed as a handle vessel with a cord-shaped spout. To dampen the work noise and to improve the stability of the device, a self-sucking foot 17 is attached to the base of the lower part 7, made of rubber or a similar elastic Ma material.
Apart from the terminal box 8, the fan housing 2 is made from one piece with the same, the former opposite, an approach with Triehter-shaped bore 18 is arranged .. When placed on the lower part 7 upper part, the opening of the funnel is accessible from the outside, and the The funnel mouth leads through the spout into the interior of the vessel. Through this hole 18 the inside of the container can be refilled when the device is in operation.
The funnel mouth is provided with a dosing screw 24 for dosing the refill material. If this approach, in a modification of the one shown in the drawing, is slightly extended downwards, so that it protrudes a little into the Ausgliss, it also forms a safeguard against unintentional rotation of the upper part 1, 2 to the lower part 7. The next Terminal box 8 described above is designed downwards in such a way that it forms a backdrop into which the upper edge of the lower part 7 penetrates when the upper part 1, 2 is attached.
In this setting, an axially displaceable pressure pin 9 is mounted, which is held by a compression spring 13 in the lower position shown in FIGS. At the upper end, opposite to the free end of said Druekstiftes, which protrudes into the terminal box, the aforementioned contact bridge 10 is attached., The ent against the action of two further pressure springs 14, 14 'is displaced parallel with axial displacement of the pin 9, until it creates an electrical connection on the contact screws 11, 12.
In the water Stelltuig, with the switch 19 closed, the circuit for the drive motor is closed; However, interrupted in all other positions, as shown in Fig. 2, 3 and 4 ge shows. This Axialversehiebumg of the pressure pin 9 is caused by the upper part 1, 2 placed centrally on the lower part 7 through the upper edge of the lower part 7 after light pressure by hand atif the upper part towards the lower part of the device.
Since the described and illustrated safety switch, which is formed by parts 9-14, cannot be operated by hand, it is practically impossible to let the drive motor run without the implement protruding into the lower part, and thus a possibility of injury to the operator.
By making all the parts that come into contact with the operator in insulating material, damage from the electrical current is also made impossible.
